This Company is just the best. They were the 3rd one I called for an estimate. They had the lowest charge for the job i needed done, they came out within 24 hours, and it was a pleasure to interact with all the team members.The two young men who came out on 5/29/21 (sorry I forgot your names) were so nice - they were working past closing hours - and were very professional. Anyhoo, I would recommend this company to everyone.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were scheduled during the storm and was able to come out the following Monday! I have a new build and the garage door was installed incorrectly. They fixed it for me FOR FREE while installing my garage doors. Explained everything and even set up my car to my garage doors. I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE!

Completed their online form requesting information/quote about a residential door and opener replacement and never heard back. Reached out via phone and spoke with an employee who provided an email address. Emailed several times following up about getting a quote and trying to schedule a consultation and got a response back once then never again. Very poor communication and follow-up so eventually stopped trying to give them my business.

My garage opener broke and I needed a quick solution. The staff was great in recognizing my predicament and getting Jacob and Geronimo out the same day to install a new opener. They aggressively market by putting stickers and magnets on your property.it ends up blowing away, so I see their litter all over the neighborhood whenever I take a walk.

Can’t express enough how awesome these guys are. Had one company come out and give me a quote on replacing panels on my door. They were fine but just very matter of fact. Called overhead and they sent a new guy out. He took a look at it and said that they couldn’t fix it. I was fine with that. Thought it was weird but I’m cool. Jacob calls me and apologized saying the guy was new and that he himself would come out and look at it. He’s placed a new bar in the door and pushed the panel back in so it could go up and down again. Then told me that it would last a while but we would need to replace the panel. Asked “how much” and Jacob told me “nothing” Couldn’t believe what I was hearing. These guys are super friendly and good at what they do. Won’t use anybody else in the future. Thanks guys.

I had an amazing experience today! Brooke took my call and was so kind and patient while I measured my door. I never knew there were so many variations in garage door sizes! We made an appointment for the next morning but I told her if anything opened up later in the day that would be preferable since I was on call the next day. She called me back a few minutes later and confirmed that I would have a working garage door that day! Jude promptly showed up a few hours later right when Brooke said he would. Jude was so fast and knowledgeable. Our garage door working better that new and sooooo quite! Jude is even coming back to attach a support bracket to keep our door in tip top shape for years to come. We had a great experience with Overhead Door Company of Central Texas. We had a nasty case of a broken spring -- they were super polite and helpful on the phone; they sent Nathan out to fix it. He did this and more -- also educated me on what to do in the future, how to take care of the new springs, etc. Super nice guy to work with. Jude Coe is a master of customer service. I cant say when I have had a better interaction with a service provider. The first item was just a replacement to the remote which he dropped off himself. When the springs on our door broke, I contacted him again at about 5:30 pm on Monday. He had a team at my house at 8:30 the next morning and they were finished by 9:30. So refreshing to find this company.

I have had garage door issues for two years and with a quick visit to assess the situation this company returned a few days later and fixed a problem the original installer could not fix in 6 or more visits over the past two years. I would definitely recommend using them.
