This Planet K is amazing! The staff has been super helpful any time I have a question or ask for a suggestion. They even gave me a Planet K lighter on a whim and let me tell you, it’s absolutely amazing. Sometimes the rolling paper stock is a bit low but they always have good suggestions and even can help find you something as close to what you were wanting as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone.I will say that my only downside is that none of the staff were wearing masks. I get that more and more people are fully vaccinated, but for now the assumption just can’t be made. Till the pandemic is declared over in the US people working should still be protecting their customers as much as possible.

I stopped by yesterday on (SEPTEMBER 22). I went in looking to purchase a cartridge battery, as I look at the collection, an African American worker with a cap, begin to insult and argue that I did not know what I wanted and that he didnt understand what Im looking for something cool meant. The whole time this interaction was taking place another employee was laughing, and did not attempt to resolve the issue. I African American worker was also threatening to kick me out.. This interaction was very unprofessional, and seemed very disrespectful. As a reoccurring customer I will say that this is my VISIT!

Had a great experience, got some amazing help from an employee named Sarah. I was very new and overwhelmed with everything, but got some great help. Definitely will come back and direct others to this location.

They sell CBD carts that dont work and wont exchange them . Complete scam artists ! Two cart I bought and both were bad . Tried to show them that they didnt work on several different batteries. Pretty much told me get F&$ked . Go else where for CBD carts .

They should have everything you need and a bunch of really surprising and fun finds that are great for gifts.

Love going to this Planet K, its Staff are always polite and helpful. They have interesting gifts and lovely incense 💯👃

This review is based on my experience last night. Normally I go in here and everyone is super helpful and friendly. Last night no one wanted to help us, the guy didnt even want to let me know what flavors were actually in shock of the product I wanted. By far the worst experience Ive ever had here.

First time going to PK and I’m an Austinite!!! Love LOVE LOVED IT!! A smokers paradise. By far the best employee in the place was Michael. First off, I Love the fact that this is in Round Rock. Second, its got all the same feel as every other Planet K, including the somewhat claustrophobic lack of space inside. It always amazed me how it was smaller inside than it looked outside. Its like a reverse wardrobe if you catch my drift. Awesome selection of pipes and glasswares basically all your smoking needs in one spot. Theyve even got wraps and cbd and novelty items. Plus stuff for growers. A must visit for any partakers. Planet k is a great novelty and smoke shop. They have all sorts of fun stuff to check out, tobacco smoking products, cbd products, toys, books, a small selection of erotic stuff, whip cream charges, ect.

Such a refreshing atmosphere! I love walking into a smoke shop and finding something more than what I bargained for! Im a really big glass geek, so having a staff that not only knows their stuff, but they can help you find exactly what youre looking for even when you have no idea what that is! So far Ive only purchased a 10mm bowl piece for my water pipe, but Im sure to come back for a full piece soon!

Ive been coming to Planet K for years now. Whenever possible I try to shop local and support small businesses. Plus they have a great selection and have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Theyve even had a Bernie 2016 poster outside for years that they recently updated to Bernie 2020. Then two things happened today, on Wednesday March 10th, that have guaranteed that I will not be back. First I come in and not a single employee is wearing a mask. Then as I am about to leave I notice a sign up front that said Now hiring full time with a pay of $9.00 per hour. I spend around 30 to 60 a week there on CBD and related products and of course I have known for years that I could get everything in their store cheaper on Amazon. Which I will now be doing. Thanks largely to Bernie Sanders, Amazon now pays all their employees at least 15 an hour. They also require that employees wear masks and take other measures to prevent the spread of covid19. I will continue to shop local whenever and wherever possible, but only to local shops who practice what they preach.

Store manager is quick to apologize but is otherwise useless. It’s hipster central and extremely overpriced.Selection is mediocre and they rarely have the parts for the devices they sell.From round rock to south Austin every store has been the same type of experience.

I like Planet K, but I think it’s interesting that they have a Bernie sign out front but barely pay above minimum wage.

Nice to see that 6 months later and employees still not wearing masks.... Your Bernie sign is false advertising. Never coming back even if they change this moment. The employee told me they have a policy but it’s “a free country bro”.

My girlfriend needed some cbd rub because hse was in a car accident. They had it but i would order online if you didnt need it the same day. Prices are really high.

Normally I love this place, but I visited about a week ago and the majority of the employees werent wearing masks. The ones that were, had their noses out. Im disappointed. Yall dont care about your customers health and clearly not even your own. Lets hope yall dont cause an outbreak.

Typically Planet K is a nice place to go, but the Teenage staff here was incredibly rude and acted like having to do their job was not what they were there for. The teen male w/ brown hair was at the counter being belligerent to customers, while the teen female w/ blonde hair openly laughed....? Is this a business?

You can find just about anything there, from 70s toys we grew up with like pick up sticks, jacks,snacks,apparel,stationary,posters, tapestries,and novelty items of course.Take your mother shell browse for an hours at least my mom did. She actually enjoyed it,as i walk out with a water pipe for my incense. I can go on and on... I love everything there!

This place was great. The staff was friendly. They had really cool stuff. I had my small dog in my arms and one of the staff members was petting him and talking to him. And anyone that knows me knows that i am just a little more then obsessed with my dog.

They have a great pick of plants decor and all types of plant food and other products.

Worst service ever. No one welcomed us in. Everyone was just standing around customers were waiting to pay and two employees were standing by the registers and they didn’t even acknowledge them at all till they said something. Some girl with blue hair was just bad couldn’t even help us right. Just a bunch of kids that don’t care about anything. Never again. You guys are gonna lose a lot of customers that way. Get rid of some people and replace them with some people that care. Lots of people need jobs right now trust me you won’t have any trouble finding people that care. This was at 4pm 7-16-20202

The staff here have a more laid back presence. Theyll help you if you need it, but you have to ask first. Some people might not like that but I actually prefer it that way sometimes. I came in for rolling papers and couldnt find it-- it was behind the counter. They gave it to me and when I took out my credit card, they told me not to worry about it. I was super happy about that and it made the 90 minute drive back home a lot more pleasant. I wish this location wasnt so far from my house, I really like the atmosphere.

The new staff is extremely rude, seem hesitant to answer a question or even smile and offer any help. If I’m spending the upwards of $150 on glass I expect to buy from knowledgeable people. This location does not seem to care about public health since NO ONE is wearing a mask, there were 5 men and one woman. There were really no safe social distancing policies in place except for the squares on the floor but this seems really counterintuitive when you check out about a foot away from an employee with no mask or glass separating the register.Customer service is a real thing and apparently not important at the RR location. I’ll be heading to Duval where I feel welcome and extra perks of petting the kitty.

Gotta love Austin ppl here. So helpful. They know what you need if you let them know there to help not score a sell. So ask them bet you wouldnt mind grabbing a beer or a smoke with one of them. Dope. Keep it real.

The location was the only good thing that happened on my visit to this Planet K. the employees overall were rude, the prices on kratom were 200-300% more than other shops, and there was a collection of homeless people standing out front. Not going back

My favorite planet k

Love this place. EVERY time Im given great service. Best incense as well. Burns for what seems like hours on just one stick. This is my go to for tobacco products and accessories.Edit: after reading the reviews, I feel bad for the owner. I have an amazing time here every time. Sometimes, the ladies arent friendly thats true everyone has a bad day or three. But the dude with the beard makes up for it. Reasonable price for the quality. You get what you pay for.
