This is the exact type of business that should close down, when your employees make mistakes that seems like its on purpose, Ill never waste my money and order delivery from this Starbucks again. How you send some of my order and mess up on one of the Caramel Macchiatos, for the record, if it doesnt have Caramel its not a Caramel Macchiato. Learn how to do your jobs and stop charging people for something that they didnt order, how hard is that. So thanks for the $20 Caramel Macchiato, but Ill just keep my loyalty with with the Starbucks that give me what I pay for.

This is an absolutely good Starbucks!! The stuffs are so kind and friendly. When we were handling our math assignments, a lady gave us yogurt, salad and sandwich!!!

Many edgy people there, but great matcha green tea late

I ordered 2 grande coffees to go with “room for cream”. It happens that arriving at home the “room” was almost 1/3-1/2 of the cup. The worst is that when I call to complain, after explaining the barista the incident she just asked me with a rude and a totally “I don’t care Attitude”: “So what do you want??!!!”. I paid the price for Grande Coffee, however her attitude is what made super mad.

Really respectful, and my drinks were finished quite quickly.

I really love the amazing building and how nice Starbucks looks. But I’m kind of tired of hearing my friend complain about her order being wrong for literally 5 times now. Everyone who works here, except the “cute guy” as I was informed, needs to step up their A-GAME. In general, life is short, so smile a little, and get your orders right please.P.S: I’ll change this to 4 stars if she’s happy for the next 2 months. She’s a regular customer.

Really nice staff and a clean environment to drink and study. One of the few Starbucks Ive been to that gets my customized drinks just the way I like it. Gets a little packed on school days when the schools nearby get out. Lots of parking spaces available.

I love this place very friendly people always greeting people coming from outside. I come here every day of the week my first stop before heading to my business. Some customer are pain in the butt this is why no matter what you do they are not satisfied welcome to America the land of cry babies because if they know how to appreciate a morning coffee and people they serve them life is beautiful!

Great experience. Service was awesome. Restrooms were clean. The coffee tasted amazing as usual. Lines were not long at all. I cant wait to go back 🙌

This Starbucks had very nice helpful employees. I tried a new dragon fruit refresher drink. I also ordered a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. Only thing it was totally cold on 1 half of sandwich. Yuck. Almost frozen. I wish Starbucks used real egg for the sandwich too. Come buy for the great staff.

Nice people behind the counter. Order never completed. Waited to long. To many f $#_÷!÷ on line orders. This business model is more of a distraction and disrupts those customers that walked in. If you have to order via your phone...leave earlier.

Awesome service! I had got a horrible drink from starbucks in La Habra and asked them to fix it and gave me another horrible drink! These guys replaced it and made my day way better. I love my home store ❤

I felt like they didnt want to service me or help me I even bought in my own personal cup and she filled it exactly to the line which never happens at Starbucks any other Starbucks I go to and they gave me really cold hard butter and when I asked them if they could give me a softer better they hesitated before they could just tell me they could put it on a toaster for a few seconds and its like why cant there be a little softer butter Ive never been to a Starbucks that doesnt have soft butter for your bagel your warm bagel it was so cold and their whole attitude and demeanor towards me was just not helpful so I will not return to the Starbucks and they did not get a tip

Poor they took 20 minutes just to get my toasted white chocolate mocha. I finished my sandwich before they could serve me the drink.

This is a nice place to get some coffee. Its Starbucks so I doubt you need much convincing. This location gets the job done and hasnt had any issue with my orders.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained.

Very professional and quiet environment. The shopping center was nice and the workers were efficient and friendly. Not quite as big as other Starbucks but it was inviting and welcoming for sure.

They dont accept any bills. They only carry 1s and 5s EVEN when we ordered 4 venti drinks. Ridiculous! They were rude and they just shook their heads. We left without ordering anything.

The baristas are very nice and are very knowledgeableMaddie and Marlina are especially nice, they go above and beyond to meet customer needs! I recommend coming to this store.

My favorite Starbucks. A lot of starbucks i go to now they are getting rude but this Starbucks has always had friendly people. They make you feel so welcome.

They got our order mixed up and barista are not friendly. I asked for a cup of water and barista named Adam wanted me to go to register and stay in a long line which he couldve hand it to me and made their customer happy. Very poor service!!!! Do not go here!!! Revised: Ok I got my water and apologized Id say fair service.

Internet was decent, at least while I visited on a weekday morning. It was a smaller location, and was ok in terms of outlet if you dont stay long
