I have nothing to say except wonderful things about HearingLife. Dr. Agrusa is super easy going and wonderful to work with. He and Paige, his assistant, got me in at a moment’s notice to fix a minor problem. One can definitely see that they care about their clients and bend over backwards to make sure that everything is ok and that the customer is happy. I highly recommend Hearing Life and working with this team if you are in the market for hearing aids.

Yesterday I went to the Royal Oak location of Hearing Life for my periodic hearing aid check and cleaning. Dr. Agrusa said that my 5 year old hearing aids were still functioning very well. He cleaned them and we talked, but I felt no time pressure at all.I’ve been to other audiologists in the past who seemed to be focused only on selling me a new pair of the latest technology units. Not so yesterday. He didn’t even discuss such matters until I asked him what might be available in the current market. He looked at my profile on the computer and made me aware of some possibilities and prices to consider when mine eventually need replacing.When we were finished he gave me a box of free batteries and said to call in about 6 months for another free cleaning (or any time that I have any concerns). I was very impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend Hearing Life to others.

And I did not go in there either I cannot wait

Do not go here!!!! Three months wait and still no hearing aid going on four months now. All they keep giving me are excuses of why it has not come in .
