Nice and perfect... This Starbucks is beautifully decorated with paintings and some pictures... The atmosphere is really nice to enjoy everything they have to offer... Specially my Caramel Macchiato... Served extra hot as I like... The staff really friendly even though I get there late at night.. Always with a smile... They deserve an award for that!!! Thank you!!!

Everyone here has been very nice and good distribution paced. Been here good dozen times everything has been very well balanced.

This location is alright on my scale of Starbucks ratings. The drinks seem to be made rushed, the customer service at the window isn’t so pleasant and they are limited in the drinks they carry at this location. Inside is nice and cozy though, they do carry a variety of reusable cups and mugs that I haven’t seen at other locations. The seating outdoor area is quite small. If you truly in the area and desperately need a drink then I’m sure it can be overlooked

The staff is friendly... I order tea with no ice because it makes the drink too cold... For the most part they get the order correct but for some reason they keep putting ice in my drink... The Frappuccino I got today was not blended correctly... There were bunches of tiny pieces of ice in it... They get stuck in the straw and clog it up... Not fun...

Do not leave the store without checking what you are being served. This is at least the 3rd time in a month that I leave in a hurry (obviously my fault) without checking, and get to work to find up to 20% of my drink shorted. Im going to have to find a different location.UPDATE: I dont know if this issue has been resolved or not, but I havent had any other issues with this since then. Also, I emailed a complaint directly to the store and the management gave me $7 of free coffee. Doesnt sound like much, but that was easily two cups of regular black. They addressed the issue with me directly and Id like to think that they actually took action. I appreciated that.

This Starbucks is awesome, the line is always moving and the employees are so extremely nice! I love the coffee, but mostly their banana nut bread, so I order it very often, and (every time without fail) Im offered to have it warmed up! Man, this location is the place to go!

I was feeling kind of cruddy prior to entering this Starbucks drive-thru. I ordered a venti ice water (mmmmmm) and a Gouda bacon sandwich (favorite sandwich on the menu). Not only did the lady communicate very sweetly and professionally, she also made me feel better about the day ahead of me. Now that I have consumed both my sandwich and my water, I am feeling MUCH better and have really only Starbucks to thank for it.

Great location and they not only provide great customer service to me but to my fur babies as well. They provide by fur babies with a puppuccino whenever we visit!

Let me start this off by saying I have worked in the restaurant industry for TWELVE YEARS. I have been working in restaurants since way before any of the delivery services came along, been there in the beginning when all the kinks were getting worked out with the technology side of the delivery services, and I KNOW how aggravating it can be to serve the delivery drivers. As a customer, I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Starbucks. However, this morning I walked into the store and was greeted by Blake. I said hi good morning! I need to place an order with postmates. He immediately rolled his eyes and said “can I just see your phone, it’s easier to put the order in that way” so I said yes of course and handed him my phone. As he was ringing in the order I noticed he rang something in different than what it showed on the Postmates app, so when I pointed it out to him he RUDELY said “I can read!” I kind of chuckled but really in my head I was thinking wow I can’t believe I’m getting treated this way. At the end of me ordering he said (again, rudely) “just so you know it’s ALWAYS easier on us if you Postmates people come inside the store instead of use the drive thru” but I WAS inside!! Like what?? He was just so rude the entire time from start to finish. I hesitated even writing this review simply because you never know what kind of day someone is having to make them act the way they act. But the truth of the matter is, that was my very first conversation with anyone today and who wants to start their day getting treated like that? I was so kind to him the whole time only to be treated like I was such an inconvenience. TRUST ME, I get it and I’ll say it again, I KNOW first hand how annoying these delivery drivers can be. Maybe I shouldn’t have second guessed him when I saw that he rang it in differently, but I’m sorry you just simply do not talk to customers that way.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED ask to get a new drink because we tried a new one and 1.they ask for the drink back in a rude way “OKAY BUT GIVE ME THAT ONE BACK” 2. They all looked at each other with a bad face and made my new drink which by the way taste like nothing. Honestly they were rude and don’t know how to work with others (customer service)

Being unfamiliar with the area and getting utterly confused as to which store my mobile order went to, the team here not only directed me to the store, but remade my order so it was fresh. 5 stars for customer service! The order was correct and up to the quality standards I expect from Starbucks!

Love there drinks

With any of their specialty drinks lattes, cappuccino, etc. they are making them weaker. If you like creamy milky taste and not coffee taste this is your place. Dunkin is making them way stronger nowadays.

I love this location so very much. Personally its very close to home so im able to get my coffee quickly, but the drinks here taste much better than other Starbucks that Ive been to. The staff at this store are so friendly and understanding, they work insanely fast under pressure, epsically during morning Rush (like oh my god how do they manage to stay calm when 50 orders are coming out all at once!?). This is a great spot to just chat and have some coffee, or just enjoy the nice outside air!

So I was getting some work done on my truck nearby and I was very happy to see that there was a Starbucks this close by. The service was great the staff was very helpful and I got my latte which was perfectly made to order in a very short time. Sat down enjoyed my latte and enjoyed some free Wifi service. Very pleasurable experience highly recommended.

I just had the absolute most fabulous barista serve me at the Royal Palm Starbucks. I believe his name was Din? Any how this young man could not have been more pleased to serve his customers. I had to make sure he was recognized for his grade A++ service.

This morning I watched a male employee at this Starbucks empty a large trash receptacle. He took the filled bag out of the trash bin, and then replaced the trash bin with a new bag. He immediately went on to handle customers food orders afterward. He was not wearing gloves while handling the trash. He was not wearing gloves while handling customers food orders. He did not wash his hands either. If you are working in food service, you should be wearing gloves while handling food and trash. You should wash your hands and change those gloves too. Im just disgusted by the lack of sanitary controls here.

Theres always something wrong or not working at this location

I buy a coffee and breakfast everyday. I would have given them a 5 star rating. During the week the majority of the staff is courteous and can follow directions. However, on Sundays, my order is never right. Today is the 4th day, they made my coffee, and I had to throw it away.

Got one of their new Ultra-caramel - Frappuccino. Yum!! I honestly wasnt expecting the ultra to have such a noticeable taste difference compared to just caramel even though its still caramel. Tried the mocha as well, it was alright Im not much of a mocha guy myself but still delicious.

I went here at 730 pm and the girl at the window said they were closed. I thought maybe I have daylight savings time confused, but nope, it was 730 on my phone. They shouldnt advertise they are open until 8 if they are not taking orders at 730. I have a newborn and its a whole process for me to leave the house and even attempt to get coffee.

The coffee here always tastes rotten. Im not sure if they use unclean equipment or if they just dont care but Im never happy leaving this starbucks.

Wow, this is the second Starbucks I have visited in the last week with poor surroundings. Tables were dirty, and it just didnt feel clean. There were at least 6 people working behind the counter, but no one tending to the area where you add to your beverage or sitting area. The area that has milk, sugars, etc. was a mess with liquid all over as well as the trash full. It just surprises me that two visits to Starbucks with lack of attention. Maybe thats why most people go through the drive-thru.

I strongly agree with Amanda review. Although, I dont know Amanda she is absolutely correct about this location not filling your drink to the top. Shes right if I pay over $5 for a drink at Starbucks I want every sip I put my money too. This location is ridiculous and ghetto they consistently do not provide me with this satisfaction. At this location the staff are not the friendliest and the manager is a joke.I went to Starbucks on Sunday and they gave me the wrong drink. In addition, they did not fill my drink to the top. I was on my way to church and thats when I noticed they gave me the wrong drink and did not fill the drink to the top so I immediately called the store and spoke to a supervisor. She told me the next time I come back to the store the drink would be no charge. The following day I went to that location and the manager told me to call the store manager and they also told me not to come back to that location.Its surprising to experience this kind of behavior at Starbucks. The customers are the number one for a business like this.Youre better off going to McDonald on 45th street and getting a latte for half the price. I will never go to Starbucks again !!! It was terrible !!!Dont be fooled, this location is a joke, and the service was very poor. McDonald would have been a better choice !

I normally go here since its so close to my Job but honestly they put so much Ice on Drinks its not even Cool. I thought it was a 1x thing but it isnt its normally every other day. Becareful when ordering tell the LIGHT ICE. I forget every now and then and this is what happens I get a 75% of a venti cup Full of ice.
