My favorite CVS in all of Palm Beach! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love their after holiday sales and they have a massive makeup selection compared to other locations which is so great. I also love to pick up their $1 hair bows for my daughter. The best CVS~

Ive been going to this pharmacy for many years. Within the past year Ive had three undesirable experiences. I tend to double check each time I pick up a prescription. First, after receiving my prescription I found two unknown pills that were not prescribed included in my bottle. Second, after checking my order they did not include all pills that were prescribed. After two bad instances I checked my order the last time I picked up my prescription only to find that they did not put the full quantity of medicine that my doctor ordered. If you use this pharmacy be sure to double check that you have the right prescription and that the prescribed quantity is correct.

So, it looks like the CVS store Royal Palm beach splits into team store and team pharmacy. I also would say that the store in general is very nice, the not so cool part is the pharmacy. I had one young lady assisting me and being very helpful until to the point the pharmacist came into the game. The blonde lady that represented the pharmacist, that actually could needs some hair care products but thats beside the point, seemed to have a bad day. I could waste my time to go on and on and on about my experience with her, but I dont want to give them too much of my time. To bring it down to a point, there are nice people in the store but I will never do business again with is the pharmacy especially the pharmacist and I feel bad for the young lady that works in that department.

I went in for my scheduled vaccine and was told they ran out. They told me I would have to return the next morning. I told them I could not because I work it would have to be around 6pm. The lady told me she is unsure how I was able to make an appointment at 6pm since “all cvs stop vaccinating at 5:30”. I asked her how was that is possible if my first vaccine was at 6 and 6:30 for me and my husband. She was unable to give me a reason. We drove to another CVS arrived at 6:10 and was told if we would not mind waiting 20 mins they would be able to vaccinate me and my husband. Called the 1-800 for CVS they told me the store probably ran out due to a large number of walk ins but the store should have put vaccine to the side for all scheduled customers.

The Pharmacist Jessica went above and beyond to help me this morning! I was having an issue getting a coupon for a medication applied and she spent a lot of time and made multiple phone calls to get it applied. She was amazingly patient and kind. They had a great group working in the pharmacy this morning.

The worst service every, they dont acknowledge you when you are at the counter horrible. They sent the wrong fax number to request my transcripts, when I was told they would be ready this morning today, talking about all over the place. What if this would have been a medicine I needed in a timely manner. Corporate do your research. Take your job seriously Catalina and the staff she worked with yesterday and today same crew🙁.

Bad experience. Dropped of prescription. Never got a call back that the prescription was done. When I called, infinite waiting on phone and no one came to answer. Had to physically go without knowing if the prescription is ready or not. There were only 2 people ahead of me, but it took 30mns to get my turn !

I love CVS but this one is horrible! I came 3 time for fill different RX and 2 times they lost my RX and the last time my 7 yo was just released from the hospital after a weeks stay, I was told her prescription would be done in an hour, two hours later when I had to go back to pick it up its still wasnt done. The man in front of me also was waiting for his prescription that the doctor called in four days before. Come on CVS in Royal Palm Get your act together.

LMAO all these 1 star reviews, I can’t believe I filled my prescription here! Staff literally told me to fill somewhere else after not filling my 2nd prescription after a full WEEK. I expressed this fact to the aggressive pharmacy employee and she said to just go somewhere else because they have too many orders. Why would anyone go here instead of across the street to to Publix, which seems to be superior in every way?

As a chronically Ill person, if I can swing by instead of getting my meds delivered I always give it a try, and honestly the last few times I wenr, I was helped by Catalina and she really just constantly brightens my day. Its so weird how an interaction with a stanger can really make my day, but during covid, im really looking forward to my pharmacy trips, because shes always so happy. Its like shes always just heard the best joke on earth and shes just like so happy and smiley and oh my gosh is that human interaction the best right now. So, thank you for being the best part of random days in my life.

Rx app alerts you that your Rx is ready and most every time it’s not ready. You wait in a VERY LONG drive they line only to be told you have to come back. Then the excuse is there’s a glitch in system. Customer service is the worst at this CVS and has been for a long time. Time for a change.

If you want to be guilted in to apologizing for a companies poor customer service approach, shop at the RPB blvd and Okechoobee blvd CVS.Not only was the tech not very understanding of my situation. They even at one point, while I was in mid sentence, hung up my call.Being a fellow service employee, I understand the stress and struggle of working to complete tasks while also being micromanaged by annoying customers. I get the frustration and the feeling of “enough is enough, why am I gonna try when all the customer cares about is themselves”. I’ve been there, and many others have too. But that’s the unfortunate nature of the industry.That being said; As a service employee, there is a certain level of personal comfort you give up when you enter your place of work. It sucks but it’s true.I still need my prescription and as of now, I am still waiting to be contacted back from my pharmacy.I’m not angry just disappointed.

The worst pharmacy there is. No customer service at all. There’s always a long wait. The prescriptions are never ready on time. I had purchased cash a prescription of hydroquinone for $50 that my insurance didn’t cover. I returned it the next day after finding out that I could not use hydroquinone. They refused to take it back and reimburse me. I lost the money. Another time, they wouldn’t refill a prescription for Protonix,, and would not give me the prescription back. The tech even asked me why I needed it back, and if I intend to go somewhere else to fill out. Very rude pharmacy employees!

I go here frequently. I’ve gotten prescriptions there and been happy with the service. I had an unusual circumstance and the pharmacy tech handled it very well. The staff is great at the front check out, very friendly and engaging. They seem to have sales all the time. I’m impressed with this CVS. It’s the best one I’ve been to.

Being a snowbird, it is a task getting prescriptions switched to a different pharmacy. In the north we love our neighborhood CVS pharmacy, they are kind, helpful and really love and care for their customers. We were SUPER disappointed when we tried using this pharmacy- not once, but theyve failed us twice. The first when my husband was extremely sick and needed an immediate filling of a script from Urgent Care. The second time when I needed a script refilled- the doctor sent a brand name not covered by insurance ($90 vs $9 script- no brainer get the generic), the CVS app asked for my new insurance information- which I uploaded prior to refill. Last I checked, a pharmacy is supposed to work with insurance providers to determine coverage of pharmaceuticals. This CVS wants the customer/patient to do their leg work to see which exact drugs are covered and which are not. I promptly switched back having my script refilled at Walgreen down here. They didnt hesitate to help sort this out, were friendly and professional. Thanks Walgreen!

I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this pharmacy is absolutely one of the worst I have been to. The lack of customer service and care is appalling. I do understand that they are busy, however this level of rudeness to every single customer is not understandable in any level. I hope that they see theses negative reviews as a way to improve their service. I for one will not do business here in the future.

The pharmacy is slow. They never can give you a prescription while youre there. They always tell you you have to wait. Even for prescriptions that are already set up in a bottle. They have no customer interaction at all. This is the worst CVS that I have ever patronize

Horrible service. Never have medication. Instead of ordering medication when out of stock they tell you they don’t have it and give you script back. Has happened multiple times. Never fill prescriptions on time or tell you when they’re ready to be picked up. I always have to call to find out and they then tell me they will start to fill script. Staff is very rude and never have any idea what you’re talking about or about any medications. Don’t know how they got hired to work at a pharmacy.....edit: different day now. Medication was sent to them. They never filled it. I had to call them to get it started. Told me 30 minutes. Called two hours later told me no one had started it to give them 30 minutes. Called an hour later still no one had started and told me 30 minutes. 3 different people I have spoken to and no one has yet to fill my prescription and no one knows why. Unbelievable.

Are usually have no problem going to CVS but so CVS has been very disrespectful to me lately as I want to CVS to go pick something out the store I had to use the bathroom very badly I placed on the items that I was going to get and I rush to the bathroom as soon as I walk out the bathroom I was bombarded with a bunch of questions from the manager asking if I store merchandise . I showed him where the merchandise was to prove to him that I did not take anything that I do have not purchased I stormed out the store and I walk out immediately and told my mother what happened as soon as she walks into the store and question them about it and said we go to the store almost every other day why would you accuse my daughter of stealing they replied we didn’t accuse her of anything which was a lie. I have never seen a CVS so slow in filling prescriptions. Several times my doctor has sent in prescriptions and 4 to 5 hours later they are still not ready. Never had this problem at other CVS locations.

Technician Deborah is rude and does not have any customer service skills at all. Was in a rush and brushed us off saying I could speak to Pharmacist Holly when asked to transfer prescriptions sent to Walgreens by JFK because it wouldnt be done until next day. Patient was discharged after having a stroke and bypass. No concern for importance to obtain medication. Pharmacist Holly suggested I take it to a 24 hour CVS if I was going to get mad. There is no concern for any human being at this CVS at all!!!!

This location is extremely busy, so busy customer service goes out the window. It’s so unfortunate, my dermatologist even stated that this location was horrible. Some people don’t know what they are doing, I’ve picked up medication that wasn’t complete (called multiple times to get it corrected; until I stopped by the pharmacy and they finally gave me pills that weren’t given to me in the first place.

My daughter goes to this pharmacy all the time. If we could give it a zero rating we would, they constantly tell her the prescription is ready at 5pm and when she arrives it’s not. Than she has to either wait for it which takes about 1 hr or she has to end up coming back for it the next day, because she can’t wait that long. This is the third time this has happened. Management needs to improve their process and performance.

Tried to return medicine our doctor did not even describe and they wouldnt even listen or take it back. Even after a previous phone call where the pharmacist said it was no problem to take it back. I have a prescription with automatic refills. Was last refilled on 4/13/19, so it shouldve been refilled around 5/13/19. I had to call to check on it today, 5/18/19. They said it would be ready within an hour...I got there 1 & 15 minutes later, they tell me its not ready and did I want to wait? I told them it was supposed to be ready by now, actually 4 days ago, so they needed to get it ready now. Asked if there was a lag time on automatic refills, they told me there could be. Really?? Doesnt that defeat the purpose of auto refills? Transferred to CVS after my insurance stopped using Walgreens as of 1/1/19. I gave them 5 months to prove themselves....Im done. Transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The girl in the pharmacy basically tried to hurry me off the phone stating she has a line in front of her. But i was on the phone for 22 mins and they hung up. I hate the service at this pharmacy. I am done with this pharmacy. They don’t fill, only half fill, don’t have it, or when they say it’s done you go to pick it up and it’s not done.I even called corporate to complain. I don’t know what the problem is here, but there is definitely a problem. Save your blood pressure for something else and find another pharmacy. It’s not worth the aggravation.

Go anywhere else but here for your prescriptions. They always take around 2 to 3 hours to fill anything. But after today I will never go there again. My wife and I waited for nearly 2 hours with our sick 2 year old for his pneumonia medication. (We waited because we kept being told 15 - 20 minutes until it was ready.) After almost 2 hours of waiting they finally give my wife SOME of his prescriptions and they didnt even tell her the whole script wasnt filled. It wasnt until she opened it she noticed a script missing because they needed something from the dr. Why couldnt they tell us that forever ago? I then spoke with Brittany who is either an assistant manager or csm but she is a saint. She may be the only good thing at this store. She handled everything because the incredibly rude and unprofessional pharmacist WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO ME. Seriously, that lady is the absolute worst type of person Ive ever met. But, like I said Brittany was able to help sort things out and for that I sincerely thank her.

First incident with this cvs, My doctor placed a prescription for me and it goes electrically. When I arrived they didn’t have it ready..? It has been two days. And when I went by they told me they’ll get it in “20 minutes.” Ran into a second incident with the SAME CVS, today 6/17/19 my doctor called the prescription at 11:00am and I called at 7:00pm, after waiting 45 minutes on the phone on hold; they told me to come pick it up in half a hour. The cashiers are nice but there very rude in the pharmacy they have no customer service and treat there customers like trash. WROST CVS I EVER BEEN TO!! If I could give zero stars I would.

This is an update to my earlier very negative review. I was mistaken to name Shannon as the rude individual it was the pharmacist herself do not know her name. While waiting and exorbitantly a long time for my prescription one of the pharmacy techs named Kat Started screaming at a vulnerable adult who is waiting on prescriptions. It was awful she never received an apology and management and pharmacist did not handle a situation . They passed the buck . That poor woman was so upset and blaming herself when she was the one who is mistreated. Disgraceful!

The pharmacy is horrible! They treat their clients poorly and never have my medicine done on time. I get texts saying my medication is ready for pick-up and when I arrive HOURS later, my medicine is not ready. This happens 9 out of 10 times. If they were at least pleasant I wouldn’t be writing this review. For anyone looking for a pharmacy, avoid this one. If I could give 0 stars I would, but it’s not an option.

I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies, but this one by far is the worst one yet. We have used this location for years, never had a problem until the last year or so.. first it was the very unfriendly staff, always miserable looking and not wanting to do their jobs. Then we started having problems with getting our prescriptions filled at all or on time. Now it’s to the point that we never get prescriptions filled, the staff doesn’t want to help and try to bully us into leaving and coming back because THEY screwed up. If it wasn’t for the fact this is the closest location to my house I’d switch but unfortunately until we move, we are stuck.

Between the long lines at drive thru to the incompetence of counting pills -CVS takes the cake for the worst customer service ever...but today they were exceptionally horrible. My pills werent ready eventhough I called them in days ago, and responded by text as well. When I get there, Shauna - who could barely stop flirting with the guy infront of me to even pay me any mind, tells me when I finally get to the counter (because I wasnt going to sit and wait 7 cars deep in the drive thru) that my scripts are not ready but she is going to expedite them...20 minutes later I ask them to please give me what is ready because I have groceries in the car that cannot sit in heat much longer. She finally rings me up, and its only one of my scripts, and its the price of 2 of my scripts!!! I LOATHE dealing with CVS . I think Ill have to suffer with Walgreens because this is unacceptable. Im done. CVS sucks.

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy location Ive ever used. The pharmacy staff treat their customers very poorly. Prescriptions are never ready when promised, or they magically lose your insurance information. I dont understand how they still have customers, other than the fact that many health plans require patients to use CVS in order to receive full prescription benefits. Ive personally started driving a little farther to another CVS location thats slightly less incompetent. Otherwise, I would need another Rx for blood pressure meds in order to deal with the aggravation here.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Yesterday the wait was ridiculous just to pick-up. This CVS sucks when it comes to filling out prescriptions. unless you have a written paper script you can forget about getting your meds here. they never receive anything. No matter how many times my doctor sends things they are always like we dont see any scripts for you. And its this particular CVS. You are better off going to the CVS down the road on Okeechobee in the Super Target Plaza. I needed scripts for my surgery tomorrow and of course this one said they never got it. But i called my doctor and told them to send it to the other CVS on okeechobee and in a few hours I called that CVS and sure enough they had it ready to pick up. This location sucks.

Service is bad more than half the time I go there. Twice on the same med I told them I didnt need to but it back and they didnt listen the one I needed which the auto system said was being filled was never completed. I was told to come back in 15 minutes came back over 2 hours later and they still had not filled it and were trying to give me the one I told them to put back. Also check for discounts online CVS wont give you the info I actually got a cupon that saved me $180 on a 90 day supply.
