I was searching for a new spa maintenance company last year after repeatedly receiving bad service from the other spa company in town. After speaking with Mark, I realized just how much I had been missing. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and calm. He was quite familiar with my complaint about overpowering chlorine smell In our spas.We moved our service and maintenance to Mountain Spa Doctor and could not be happier. No more chlorine smell. Clear water. Updates in a professional manner. Everything we wanted and more.Recently, guests reported problems with our older hot tub, and I was worried we would have to replace it. Mark sent a crew to the cabin immediately to diagnose the problem and it was fixed in a few hours. Not only was the pump replaced and working like a charm, but every jet and waterway was thoroughly cleaned and polished. It looks and acts like a new tub now, and the guests were overjoyed. I just cannot say enough about the care and professionalism offered by Mark and his polite crew.I just wish I had found him sooner so we could have purchased our hot tubs from him. Better late than never though!!

Mark responded to my broken hot tub the day after I called. Part was ordered & hot tub was repaired and ready to go in 2 weeks. Very professional service and great communication.

We are extremely satisfied with our new spa and the service! The Spa Doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The spa is very comfortable and we really like the non slip texture of it. The LED water feature adds a nice touch. Everything was done in a timely manner and overall was a great experience. I would highly recommend the Spa Doctor.

When no one would answer during a spa emergency the spa doc did and came over after hours to help me in extremely cold weather. Very professional and kind to an under educated spa owner ! Not only did he help fix the problem he taught me many ways to keep a healthier/ cleaner spa !!! I highly recommended him ! I will definitely have him keep my hot tub up !!! If I could give 6 stars I would !!!!

Mark has been doing a fabulous job helping me maintain my Spas. Highly recommend Mountain Spa Doctor. I do NOT however, recommend the Spa brand Strong Spas sold by a different company... I have 2 and they are trouble, trouble, trouble. Strong Spa construction makes it difficult to get into fix any problems that result, and there are problems (and both these spas are new!) Mark is methodically helping me to address the problems with these Strong Spas, even though he promotes a different manufacturer. Very appreciated!
