We recently rented a cabin in Ruidoso this past week. The hot tub wasnt working. The office told us to call this number, my step daughter spoke with Jeff on the phone. He said he would be out shortly and he was. Very pleasant and professional, fixed the problem fast and we were able to enjoy the hot tube for the rest of our stay. Id recommend this company. The owners of Sierra Spas are dedicated to great products and service. Ruidoso would be in trouble without them. The rest of the outfits in town that service tubs are fly by night at best.

We have a vacation home in Ruidoso and do not live there year round. Sierra Spas has been excellent in keeping us informed of things that need to be done with the hot tub on a regular basis, and calling to check with us in general. They always meet our needs with friendliness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who has any sort of hot tub need.

We are not full time in Ruidoso so we have come to really rely on Sierras Spas and Hot Tubs. We purchased our hot tub from them and they have serviced it from that point forward. It has been over five years and we have never had a issue one. They go out of there way to accommodate are every need including going out before we arrive and turning it up. making service calls after hours to service our tub so to insure we can use it during our stay. During the big fire, a few years ago, they even went to our house and checked on it for us to ease our minds. They are very professional and do a great job on the maintenance of the tub. From the purchase of the tub to serving and even the after hour service call, Sierras Spas and Hot Tubs prices have always been very fair. I would highly recommend calling Sierra Spas and Services for hot tub needs.

If you are looking for a place to buy a spa or for service for your spa, no need to look any further. This company has it together. They are very friendly courteous and know their business. Their prices are reasonable on both services and their products. We had service from them and bought another property and liked their spas so much we had our new propertyequipped with one of their spas. We think it is wonderful. I have never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally until I called these people to ask about the maintenance on my hot tub. She basically called me a liar as I was trying to tell her that no one had been to my house to service my hot tub in over a month. She talked over me while I was trying to explain what was going on and her response was maybe I needed to find someone else to do it. Thanks to Mountain Spa Services my hot tub will be taken care of tomorrow. I would highly recommend not even call Sierra Spas and Services as evidently they are lacking in customer service and basic phone skills. On a scale of one to ten I would give them a negative minus 100. I guess they do not need the business or just poor business people.

We moved to Ruidoso in October of 2015 to own/operate Story Book Cabins, inheriting 6 different hot tubs in the process. Jeff and Joy and their staff have been nothing short of wonderful in all of our dealings with them - from educating us on best practices and maintenance to recommending new chemicals or quickly changing motors in hot tubs when needed. This past December just prior to the very busy Christmas/New Years holiday, one of our hot tubs died and Jeff and his staff found time in their very busy schedules in order to install a new tub so that we would not have disappointed guests.Jeff and Joy are very knowledgeable about the spa industry and I would not trust our hot tubs to anyone else.

Fast hot tub service..

Called at least 3 times and each time was told they would get back to us. Had a serious problem with our hot tub. They NEVER got back to us. Luckily we found help in Alamogordo.

Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service, ineffective communication and argumentative when called out on how they handled the account. I fired them.
