This store will overcharge you and not give you a receipt and when you ask for the receipt they say that the printer is broken and they say it was broken just this morning.I pay my phone bill this morning and I was not allowed to have a receipt from the gentleman at MetroPCS is name is Gage me but what happened was my bill should have been $54 cuz I paid my other phone bill is and different MetroPCS and they explained to me that is only supposed to be $54 and not $58 the man would not give me a receipt and when I called 611 customer service they were belligerent with me and unhelpful but watch this particular MetroPCS because they will rip you off and not give you a receipt despicable Despicable Behavior Metro PCS address 5634 Highway 78 in Sachse Texas shame on you

The worst customer service. I wont advise people to go this store. The worst ever.

Beware of that place! I bought a new Galaxy S9 Phone in this store and I had a problem with the battery and the next day after I bought it I took it to inform about the problem that did not take even 20 hours of damage purchased. The answer was that it cannot be changed because it is an expensive phone and if it were cheap they would change it but make it expensive to call the warranty.

Just finished speaking with an agent at the store. Looks like he doesnt have any empathy for the customer and was really rude. I am not sure how these guys run their business. The google review posted must be heavily biased ones which prompted me to speak with this store.
