Dont bother calling them for help or insight. they wont answer. they also only cash out scratch offs at certain times. OH and theyre most definitely not 24/7 open. even though it says that. they close at weird times and only allow pickup. and had horrible customer service.

The store is nice and clean and has a good atmosphere. The prices are usually very comparable and lower than other 7-Elevens around the area because its right across the street from Murphys (Wal-Mart).Thats good for me because I ALWAYS go to the Wal-Mart but the thing there is its across the street and I have to go out of my way. But when I noticed that this place had the same prices as their competitor across the way, I now start going here because its on the Northbound lane of the 78 that Im on.The reason I dropped to 3 stars is the staff did not seem too friendly when I went inside. Two guys passed right by me headed to the back of the counter without saying anything. The lady behind the counter didnt talk much nor say hi to me. Then all 3 of them started communicating in their own language as I was standing there waiting to be served and not one of them said anything to me.So Ill go make use of the cheap gas but I dont think Ill go inside to interact unless I absolutely have to.

They are supposed to be open 24 hours but when I went there on 5-23 at 2:30am the store was closed . The guy would not open the door because he was mopping. Bull!!

Overall, a nice 7-Eleven to visit. Nice tables outside where you can just sit, eat your hot dog on its butter bun, and then drink on some tea.

I wont be back, the sign says open 24 hours, the clerk is inside and he wont open it. no signs as to why he wont Upham them either. Ive come at this time of night for a while now and never been closed. it would be nice to know why.

The people in the morning are very nice and helpful... but the guy that takes the night shift always has the store close ! It’s supposed to be open 24/7 ? I go at 4 am close, I got at 5am close, then at 5:30 am and it’s still close !!! Like really ?!!

Why are the doors locked if its 24-7??Well, apparently they close down for a couple hours whenever they want..Good store, good location...just dont advertise 24-7 when you arent 24-7.

Frank...store clerk locks customers out at night when the store is supposed to be open 24 hrs. Makes no sense. Pray you don’t have any sort of car emergency late at night.

Cahiers can be rude and not properly trained for issues that arise

I was in the store on 10/29/2019 to get gas and i prepaid for the and I told the cashier the wrong pump number so went back in to let them know that. Had did that and was moving around to the right pump and in the time I did that the the cashier refunded the gas and come told me to come back in to pay for the gas again so ask the man that came out to get me the a business card for the manager and he asked my what is a business card and started to put his hand in his coat pockets and to get his phone I will not go back there again

Everytime I go into this 7-eleven between 3:30-3:50am the doors are closed. The guy who works that shift is named Frank; and has told me that he locks the doors so he can get his work done... I thought 7-eleven was a 24hr store. I get a different excuse eveytime I go up their. I also have co-workers who visit this store and have been told different stories on why the store is closed. Frank has waved me and my co workers away from the store and has told us multiple times to go to a different store.

I came in to get my winnings on lottery tickets. The guy gave me wrong amount. He said what you dont believe me. I said no because I have checked. After arguing with me he gave my tickets back and told me to leave... The worse 7-11 ever..

I have come to this 7 eleven multiple times, and I don’t know if it’s just diesel but it is extremely slow. It took 5 minutes to get 6.6 gallons of diesel. I have never seen such a slow pump. Last time I was here was a before Christmas and let them know to look into their pump. Gas I can’t speak behind, but if you have a diesel and need to fill up 30+ gallons it’ll take you 15-20 minutes to fill up. Go somewhere else.

The staff at my time of visit was extremely sexist towards me, continuing to only acknowledge my boyfriend even though I was the one paying for our snacks as if i was using HIS money. This is 2019, get it together.

Not open 24 hours

The people giving 1 or 2 stars need to quit complaining. The staff here has always treated me right.

This 7 eleven is really nice new and clean but the african guy with 1 arm that drives. A grey silver toyota 4 runner locks the doors between 330 am and 5am every night.and locks out customers and will not open tge door and blocks business and customers from buying products at this location. While all other 7 elevens do not please fire this guy or re train him. For now this 7 eleven gets 1 star because of this.

The 7-Eleven is nice and clean. We bought the lottery and gas there.

Ive been in this store 4 times. Ive been short changed a dollar once, overcharged twice (once was not given the discount on 2 cigarette packs as advertised and charged for a large slurpee i didnt get) and if you prepay gas and do not sprint to your car immediately it will charge its hold fee but wont let you get gas because it has like 10 seconds before it shuts off. Today i wasnt given my change or a receipt. This store is the worst 7 eleven ive ever been to. Really sucks its the only one near our new house. We have been 7 eleven customers for over 20 years. Not anymore. HORRIBLE.

Either this 7-Eleven isnt actually 24 hours or they close the store at 3 a.m. even though theres a cashier inside.

I have also experienced slow diesel pumps over the past several months and have even told the people inside, to no avail. The regular gas pumps do not have this same issue.

DO NOT GO HERE. If you ignore this advice, watch the cashier, and check your receipt. This is the second time they have overcharged me. This time, it happened to two other people while i was standing there. The guy in front of me got some items, handed the guy a $20, and said put the rest on pump 7. Ok, now I go check out. I did not ask for gas in any amount. I wasnt even parked at a gas pump. My total was too high and I knew it. I asked several times about my total. Of course the guy barely speaks English, and wouldnt explain what I was charged for. There was a line, so I paid, then had to ask for a receipt. Which he was angry about giving me. I looked, he charged me for gas, in the same amount as the guy in front of my got, which he had already paid for. When I questioned it he tried saying I told him the wrong pump number. Uh...no. because I didnt get any gas at all. I had to argue for 5 minutes, pointing out over and over where I was parked and that I never asked for gas. Finally the other guy, I think manager, after arguing even more, just gave me the money back. While I was standing there, another guy was also waiting for them to get honest because they shorted him $20 when they gave him change. Either the guy is totally incompetent, or a theif. But when this happens over and over, and every time it benefits them, and hurts the customer, im leaning towards theif.

I went in to this store to cash a 25.00 Instant ticket at 1015pm was told they cant do it its a Texas law wrong

The clerk could not get Samsung pay to work and that was the only form of payment I had. I had to dump out my coffee or get cops called on me a dollar 7
