I go to Chippi for all of my cycling needs. Excellent personalized service and fair pricing. For everything gear & maintenance for my triathlon race bike to my purely recreational bikes I would not trust my service to get done anywhere else by anyone else.

I just barrowed a bike to find my bike and they called the police

I had my bike tuned up - wheels trued and effort to correct trouble shifting gears. Still wasnt right, but then a new better quality chain was recommended - that has worked marvelously! Thanks for patience and diligence to make things right!

Went to RAYS bicycle shop and got laughed at for 20+ minutes by some gentleman that worked there. We then left promptly and went to this place. The associate was super friendly and helped us pick up a new mountain bike for a great price considering the brand and quality of the bicycle. Thank you sir for helping us!

I bought a bike from Walmart. They put it together just enough to make it look like a bike. I have little knowledge of how to adjust everything. I took it to Chippi and they did a remarkable job!

I have purchased a bike from this place as well as recommended many of my friends and family members here in the past that have also bought bikes. The owner Brad (that has recently been accused of discriminating against a woman with epilepsy and not allowing her in the store with a service dog) has honestly never been very kind, friendly, or honestly very welcoming towards me but they have a couple bike mechanics that have always been informative and very amazing! I will no longer support this shop and I will no longer suggest them to anybody I know. In fact I will be sure to bad mouth them every chance I get. This situation was handled very poorly by the business owner and I feel horrible for the woman that had to deal with him and his behavior. If you’re out looking for a place to purchase a new bike don’t shop here, check out Rays or Schomaker’s instead!

I stopped by this place to get a new seat for my bike and not know exactly what I wanted. The gentleman at the store asked all the correct questions to find out what I needed and wanted. By doing this I hot just the correct seat for comfort. I was also having a problem with my handle bar stem the person there was able to figure out exactly what was needed to fix it and made my ride so much better. I will definitely send my family there to get them a bike. Great customer service and reasonable prices for the quality of the product they have the store.

Received help with vaccum but professionalism wasnt as friendly this time. They have been acting weird ever since the epilepsy incident. You lost a customer. Very disappointed.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased multiple bikes, a kid’s bike seat, helmets, and vacuums from Chicky and Chippi over the years. I appreciate their thoroughness explaining their products to help me choose what’s best for my needs. They are never pushy and are always so helpful. The customer service is as outstanding as their products.

I am very happy with my new vaccum. Brought it home and started using it right away. Very light weight. Robert was very helpful and knew his product. At this point, having just purchased it, I am totally satisfied with both the purchase and the service.

7 years ago I bought the best vacuum I have ever owned. My Riccar is still going strong today as it has adapted to three different homes over those 7 years. I called bicycle village to schedule a quick maintenance on my bike that I initially bought from bicycle village. The person was upfront and said the waiting time would be exactly ten days before they look at my bike. I called chicky and chippi and they were really cool about me coming in and taking taking a look at the bike. I dropped it off Sunday around 1 and it was all fixed around 3:30pm! Thanks guys for the quick fix! Bike works great!

I went in to buy a cable for my gear shifter. I asked him if there was a trick to get the old one off and he went into a song and dance about liability if he gave me advice. Every time I asked a question he gave me the run around. I felt like he took advantage of my lack of knowledge instead of teaching me. He reluctantly gave me prices for stuff and I left with a new gear shifter instead of the cable I asked for. I went down the road to Bicycle Village and the first question they asked is Do you know how to get the old one off? I said no and they proceeded to explain and demonstrate. Chicky & Chippi may have made a sale but they certainly didnt gain a customer. Its Bicycle Village for me going forward.

I went to Chicky hoping to find a new vacuum to use on my wood floors as well as carpet. With 4 dogs I needed something that could effectively “defur” my house due to my son and I both having allergies. In follow up we have been contacted regarding the service we received with an apology. I am changing the rating of the review since they at least responded with an apology and have offered to refund us our service fees. Thank you.Very disappointed with the ‘service’ we received. Took a power vacuum head in as it was shutting off. They called and told us there was hair in the rollers but the mechanism apparently had heated up and had melted parts as well ( I never smelled anything burning). The parts could not be ordered and they quickly offered to sell us a new $800 powerhead, which we refused. My husband took the head apart and yup there was hair around the rollers (so they didn’t even clean it to see if that was the issue) . We removed it and the unit powered back up. We also ordered a new roller/belt unit ($20) and installed that and it’s working just fine. So I’m really not sure what they did or didn’t try to do to fix it and parts are still available for this unit. I think all they want to do was make a $800 sale. So sorry to say I can’t recommend this store.......

I was looking for a mtn bike and drove to 7 different stores. Stopped here while on business trip and was impressed by the customer service and product knowledge. Ended up driving 2 hours round trip to pick up my new 27.5+ fattie but it was definitely worth it. Robert and Ben were awesome and extremely helpful. Love the lifetime adjustments policy also!

In March 2016 I went in looking for a bike. I was shown a few bikes in my price range I was looking for and was looking to try them out. Unfortunately the size I needed was not available for trial. I was told to return the next day to try a bike they would put together for me. I arrived and started to get on the bike to find it wasnt the right size based on the specifications. Fortunately Tyler the associate helping me asked if Id like to try another bike that was my size. Upon riding it, I fell in love and although it was out of my price range a bit, Robert the owner did everything he could to meet my expectations and pricing as best as they could. I walked out with a new bike and every time I need something, Tyler always takes care of me. Ive sent several people there as well

Best bikes in town. I purchased a high end road bike a few years ago and it runs perfectly. You get what you pay for. Their accessories on the other hand are overpriced. You can get the same items on Amazon for half the price.

WE have three dogs and have purchased the most expensive vacuums the dept store had to offer and we where lucky to get a year or so out of a so called pet vaccum. Went and saw Robert and Brad at CHICKY@CHIPPI and they showed us a made in USA RICCAR RETRIEVER VACUUM made with metal parts not all plastic like all the dept store vacuums .
