Came in to this store to simply switch an old phone over to a new phone that was mailed to my house and turn in the old phone. We just switched to AT&T and had amazing customer service through the Flint store with our other 5 lines. However, Nobody was helpful at this Saginaw location and I ended up having to call the Flint location to have them help me over the phone. We left the store without being able to use either phone (old or new) and were not able to turn in the old phone until after getting help over the phone from another store. We will never do business at this location again.

We came to purchase 2 new phones. My husband walked out with his new phone, & Melissa did a great job by transferring everything from his old phone to the new one. My new phone is being sent in the mail. We were happy with Melissa’s customer service!

The girls that sold me two major purchases, in two days. She is the best employee you have. Smart, answered my questions, and is the best employee you can have. Very much helpful, kind, smart, and in no time, Had my phone a products, running like a Rolex. All in all if I ever got to go back, I Pray 🙏😱 to God, She will be working. I wish I could remember her name. Ganean, maybe. I dont know but she is the best, she sold me two major purchases in two days, And deserves a wonderful raise, or pamostion, or I would give her both. I used to have a service here and it wasnt at all what I thought it would be. Everytime they would mess up something and I would want to leave they would try to offer something for free which is never free or try to sell me something. The customer service may be nice sometimes but I will never ever go back

Jeremy was very professional, polite, patient and understanding. He made the AT&T experience very welcoming. Even though I bought my AT&T phone and service through a third-party provider. Jeremy took the time to explain every aspect and linked my accounts to make it easier for me. Jeremy is a great asset to the AT&T family! Went to upgrade our phones and add our sons to our acct. Our Sales Consultant Kathy was amazing and after a three hour ordeal with a number she never quit, was amazing and kind, and was so knowledgeable. She displayed the greatest customer service that I have ever seen. Love ATT and because Of Kathy and her five star customer service we will be customers for life.

Jacob was extremely intelligent on different products that my husband & I were intrested in. He knew the pros & cons for what would fit me vs. what would be the best fit for my husband. He assisted us for over an hour while I got my new phone & my husband whos been indecisive about getting a new phone due to his love for his Active 8 he still had. Hes been thinking about upgrading for over a year. With Jacobs help he decided to finally pull the trigger & upgrade.

First off, we were there 2 1/2 hours when we had an appointment. Staff was very uneducated and unwilling to help with features and benefits of new phones. They set our phones up wrong, spent 11/2 hours on the phone with at&t customer service and then told the staff in the store set them up wrong and would have to return. When I called for an appointment there was no manger there and was told they dont make appointments. Funny I had one 2 days before. When I told the d*ck on the phone the issue, he immediately have me an attitude. This place is very poorly ran and should get negative 10 stars. Go to verizon.

I never used at&t service before. I signed for two lines and a phone and a worker named Jacob helped us with it. Me and my fren signed for 60$ plans, Jacob did his math and explained that i have to pay 168$ per month. 120$ for plans and 15$ for insurance for phone and around 24$ for a phone. He might have just briefly mention about activation fees but he didn’t explain us about our first bill gonna be 272$ which includes 60$ activation fee and 35$ reimbursement fee. When he was explaining things he wrote down the costs of the lines, insurance and installment for phone on a piece of a paper and came with the total of $168/month. But he just grazed over hidden fees(just imagine when u watch commercials on any medications and when they go through all the side effects at the end). I didn’t quite understand and he didn’t bother to explain them too. I had a new phone on my hand and on excitement i signed the contract. I guess that was a mistake from my part. I should have researched and took my time with it ..but all the people working there please explain all the things when someone walks in the store becz from $168 to 272$ it’s a lot of money. It is ur responsibility to explain each details to your customer.

Customer service told me I could exchange my brand new, unopened phone at this store that I originally purchased online 2 days earlier. I was told it would not cost me anything since the package was unopened. I told the woman that I simple wanted to exchange the phone, nothing else. I was charged a $45 restocking fee and she managed to slip $8/mo. insurance past me which was clearly not on my original plan. Additionally, my monthly bill is now $20 higher (not including the insurance) after the exchange for the same price phone. This is why I never go to these stores and always purchase online. That way I can see what I am paying for.Now I have to call up the 800 number AGAIN and have them remove this insurance and explain to me why my bill went up $20/mo. since I visited this store to exchange the same price phone. I am so sick of AT&T.

I had bought the S7 edge about 6 months ago and had to replace it 3 times because of pixels going out in the screen, this is now my 3rd replacement and yet again another pixel went out. I am not happy. 3 phones in the past 6 months and again Im going to have to replace this one.

Customer service is severely lacking at this store. Every single time I’ve stepped into this store it seems like no one could help me with my issues. Also, just a suggestion to ALL ATT stores, but maybe have a register for customers who’d prefer to pay their bill with an actual representative rather than a bs automated machine. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, I worked in customer service for 5+ years so I get the field. Honestly, the condescending sarcastic attitude is not appreciated. I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Cant say enough great things about our experience. We didnt buy anything, but were treated very well. We were splitting a contract among other tasks and were in the store for over an hour. Never once were we made to feel less important, because we werent making a purchase. Troy took the time to handle our account and explain all the details on top of going the extra mile to help me with advice to keep my teenager off her device.
