I landed there yesterday when my car had a flat tire and I had no cell phone. The store was quiet in the middle of the afternoon. On delivery day, the delivery guys unloaded all the furniture very carefully, installed, and rearranged it exactly how I told them to. Best local furniture store by far. I have bought 3 bedroom sets from these guys and today went and purchased a sectional. If they dont have the product in store, they can usually have ot there within a week. They call when it comes in and have it delivered to you and set it up for a small fee. They actually have 2 stores both in Saginaw and they are both phenomenal customer oriented businesses.
