This practice runs like a finely oiled machine. Super efficient and friendly - a winning combination. Not easy to do both. My family is thrilled to be new patients here after just moving back to the area.

I’ve been coming here for years. The receptionist that booked my appointment and the one who handled me when I came in were both very pleasant and professional. Dr. Freedman and the technicians are excellent. Highly recommend this office! And a great selection of glasses!

Very helpful and knowledgeable when selecting new glasses. Dorian gave us her undivided attention and we didn’t feel rushed! We would highly recommended shopping for glasses here.

Staff is welcoming and right on the ball. Dr. Freedman is wonderful. Kind, patient, friendly and he REALLY knows his stuff!! Eyeglass prices are pretty high, though, especially if you need transitions, ultathin lenses and progressive, no-line bifocals, but at least you know they are well made and fit perfectly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patkins for almost 30 years. He is wonderful! Always professional& polite. The staff is always courteous and everything runs smoothly. If you are liooking for an eye doctor I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Patkin in particular.

My elderly parents missed their appt. by 15 mins. Both of them had to reschedule their appointments AND both got charged 50.00$ for a rescheduling fee, nice to see that this establishment is willing to work with the elderly on fixed incomes, mind you they were paying cash for this appointment because they couldn’t afford the eye coverage on their insurance policy, I WILL be sending them to Independent Eye/Micro surgery eye consultants in Peabody where they actually work with the elderly and don’t charge 50.00$ for running late...

The staff is DISRESEPECTFUL. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!! The lady on the phone hang up on me with ATTITUDE without me explaining myself!! rude and unprofessional.

Terrible. I made an appointment to get a fitting for my contacts. I get a call the same day saying it has to be cancelled because of “CDC Covid Guidelines” I took off work for this appointment and if you cancel your appointment after 24 hours they charge you. They called me hours before my appointment. Then I call back and get the emergency line. They know nothing about that place, so why do they have the phones forwarded?? Then i call again and another receptionist tells me i cancelled my appointment? I told her what happened and she said I can reschedule it after i was told i cant. This place is a joke... wasting my time. Dr Levy was great but they have to do better at hiring the front desk! They are legit the people who make it or break it for patients. Do BETTERRR

EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THE STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE, ITS THEIR JOB TO ASSIST YOU YET THEIR TONE AND ATTITUDE MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOH ARE BOTHERING THEM. I CALL THE OFFICE AND THE FIRST THING THAT SHE SAID WAS HOW CAN I HELP YOU!?? NO OTHER GREETING. I AM DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN THERE AGAIN!!

This is the second time I saw Dr. Ung.. And it is the last. Treated me like I was nothing cause I had mass health! She cant even write a prescription right, and doesnt test it w trial lenses that other doctors do. When a RX is a sphere it doesnt have an axis. Well I guess Im a first! Prescription wrong again!

Great eye exam picked out wonderful glasses. Went to pick up yesterday one lense was wrong I get it thinks happen but when they re retested my script ( that they wrote) I couldnt see a thing. Have to go back and get a refund exam. Supposed to drive across the country, currently i cant see....

They charge $225 for an eye exam!! No thanks! Ive had my eyes examined many times over the years and have never ever paid that kind of price. Shameful!!

They refused to take me. They would not bill me. They wanted me to cough up $219.00 to check for conjunctivitus where my job is at stake.
