Great place found natural stepping stones, plants and mulch all in one place. Had the mulch delivered and dropped on a tarp perfectly for easy clean up. Great service and friendly employees. I have shopped here for a few years and have received great product and service each time. Recommend taking a look at what they offer. You can get as little or as much of rock and other materials for your project as you need!

We got great service here. We did not have large order.They even gave us some samples to take home when we stop by before to share with the family. They let you pick out exactly what you want. My wife picked out 30 flagstones from 3 different types. We got 5 types of rock. They delivered 4 cubic yards gravel and 500 pounds of flagstones. We also had them bring 4 bags of rainbow gravel as well.

The gentleman who delivered the trees was very nice and helpful- going out of his way to place them in our backyard and close up behind him. Easy to get to, and the staff was exceptional. We are looking for landscape rock for our planter beds, to replace the (hated) bark dust that was installed around our home. There were a variety from which to select, sold by the pound, and bags in which to purchase samples. We chose 3 colors, and will see which blends best with the house color and our paver patio/fire pit. Since we calculate we will need about 4 cubic yards, we may be limited to the river rock they sell by the yard instead of by the pound. Nice place and people. Well be back.

The employees went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. We ordered bark nuggets and soil in the spring and our plants and vegetables are thriving. I won’t go anywhere else!

Was recommended by employee to purchase the “Cow Punch” soil for my raised beds. Was told it was their top seller for raised beds..... Do not purchase it or, get it knowing you will have to HEAVILY amend it!!!My two beds that have it... nothing thrives. Stunted growth, pale sickly plants, my flowers that I planted three months ago are still the same size. Seedlings do not thrive at all. I finally pulled all my zucchini plants because they just wouldn’t grow. Zucchini people! Those are like weeds but not in this soil!It was a disappointment to say the least. My other four beds.... completely thriving! Those thankfully were filled with the compost my chickens make for me. Just didn’t have enough for my last two boxes this growing season.

Today I was supposed to get my delivery of rock in between 8am-3pm. It is now 7pm and it has still not been delivered. No call, no apology, no notice, nothing. I called 3 times today and was told they do not know when the delivery drivers will arrive. Finally I was told in between 5pm-6pm. They also told me they do not have a timing or tracking system, which a business like this should. They close at 5:30, but giving them until 6 since they told me the latest new time would be 6 I waited to call until them, no answer. I would think someone would have stayed there at least until ALL their customers deliveries were delivered, I was wrong. If I would have known that I would not have my rocks delivered by 3pm, I would have taken it upon myself to pick the rock up and not pay an additional $35 for a delivery that didnt happen in the timeframe I was promised. They are also closed on sundays my guess is I wont be getting my delivery until Monday. Dont waste your time and money here.

This place is an absolute gem! Their prices are great and staff is friendly and helpful. I bought 2 yards of rainbow rock and 3 yards of cow punch soil for my garden. Delivery was on time and the driver dumped it where I wanted it. I will definitely be back for more products.

Worst customer service ever. They sent the wrong product and would not replace it or offer any type of remedy. Kelly the manager basically called me a liar. Dont bother ordering 1 1/2 Montana rainbow rock nectar youll get mostly 3 to 4 inch pieces. They hassle lost my business.

He was having technical difficulties processing my card for payment but he went above and beyond to make sure I left with the product that day. The staff is friendly and products are very affordable. This place rocks! They were very friendly and there products are of good quality. We purchased rainbow rocks and large bark nuggets for our landscape. They have a good selection of flagstone too so we will be back to pick some up for our patio project.

I hope it is true, and because of their professional response toward me, I have changed my 1-star rating to 3-stars.Original post:I had 2 loads of cedar hog fuel delivered, 17 yards each. Friendly staff, good delivery, prices in line with competitors. Unfortunately, the hog fuel was full of garbage. Concrete chunks 5 inches down to concrete grit, various quarry rocks 1 inch down to rock grit, some small river rock,, broken tiles, one hunk of mangled wire from a hanging basket, and some old plastic film. Not just a little.... it was through both loads. Front to back, top to bottom. There was so much I took photos and plan to drive out and show the owners what I’ve been dealing with. I’ll be picking out this garbage from my landscape for the next year.Just spoke with a neighbor, who had purchased two loads bark chunks from this same place. Her first load was clean and nice, and the second load was full of concrete chunks. She thought it was a fluke until we started sharing our experiences.Hopefully this company will fix the cross contamination issues for their future customers. For me, I’ll probably go back to Highway Fuel, even though they are further away. Never had a problem with their products.

On 4/21 I went to the Lanscape Shoppe to buy some bark dust for our home. It was my first time ever being there, and I must say they have certainly made a return customer out of me! The lady at the front counter was nice and when I told her it was the first time I’ve ever been to their store, she actually thanked me for shopping with them. It’s not too often anymore where people thank you for being the customer. I ordered 2 yards of bark with them and I was surprised how reasonable their prices were. I paid and drove my truck out into their yard. I was surprised how careful they were loading my truck., considering my truck is definitely not the prettiest in the world, but they still treated it like it was my prized possession! Any business that will still treat you with respect, courtesy, and have very good pricing will always get a good review from me!

Terrible customer customer service!!! I would NOT recommend this business to anybody.I work for landscaping company and this shoppe was convenient for the company to get some stones for a big project. Upon loading the stones a man from the business came out angry because he didnt like how we parked our truck to load up the stones. The man came out to scream at us distrespectfully even pushed my coworker who had stones on a dolly. The man was rude, and unprofessional. I explained that the stone was heavy and the way we parked would made it easy to load up but he didnt care to listen and asked that we unload and leave the business. I asked to speak to a manager and he immediately said he didnt care for my business asked that we unload and not return. When insisted to talk to the manager so that we wouldnt unload what was half way loaded he said he was the owner. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I PERSONALLY MET A BUISNESS OWNER WHO HAD SUCH NASTY ADDITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO BRING HIM MONEY.THE OWNER ACTED LIKE TRASH AND VERY VOLGAR when approching his customers upset. The gal in the office came out and explained that the owner had a bad day and was very stressed. His stress should not be taken out on the customers. Never again will I go back personally or through the company I work for. If he cant handle the stress perhaps he needs change careers.

Bought rocks for craft painting. You get to pick your own rocks, about .32/lb. Also bought a flying pig cement lawn statue. Hysterical . Busy place. Bring gloves.

I absolutely would not reccomend Landscape Shoppe for any project you have. I provided specific measurements and details of my needs. The result was not the conversation I had with the associate. Then the office told me to call someone else to fix thier wrong which was going to cost me more to pay that person plus it couldnt be scheduled in until next week!On top of this terrible experience I have learned another very dissatisfying fact about this company. I was on thier website searching for thier CCB# (which I cant find on thier website) but read the following delivery promotion offer. I was charged 2 delivery fees because they do not own any dump trucks anymore that will deliver 8 cu yards of gravel. They hardly answer the phone and they were 3 hours late from my delivery appointment.

All the bark places that Ive called says the standard 8 ft long bed pickup will hold two two two and a half yards of bark everything I looked up online said the same thing but the guy at this shop insists he loaded me up with 3 yards of bark and charge me 60 bucks instead of $50 for two and a half will never go there again
