I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received during the whole process at this location. I stopped by on a Monday to pick out a new pair of frames and the lady who helped me was so nice! I got the call on Thursday that my frames were ready, I rushed there and got to the store right at closing time. Debbie was so sweet, she even told me that my new frames looked really cute on me!! I was so pleased with everything, my glasses are super clear and I know that when I am ready to get a pair of prescription sunglasses I will go right back to VisionWorks in Salisbury!! Im so HAPPY!!!

Absolutely the worst web site to order contacts. I would rather poke both eyes out than to ever try ordering online from Visionworks again.The site needs to be redesigned by another monkey.

If I could go with a negative star rating I would but you have to give them at least a star to review them. This place has the absolute worst customer service. My husband and daughter waited patiently for someone to assist them while the ladies working there talked about their own stupid lives....if you want service go to Walmart eye care center. They know how to treat a customer.

Took over 2 weeks for contacts. Never offered to adjust my frames on glasses either. The lady who works there is nice and did save me money upon ordering, but the time was ridiculous...I was told 5-7 days and it Took 16 days for contacts.

Im leaving a 1 star only because this site is requiring me to leave at least 1. Worse pair of glasses Ive every bough and service was EXTREMELY terrible! Will NEVER buy from Vision Works again. The lens are not correct. They cant be cleaned no matter how many time I clean them. Worse glasses ever

Terrible service, 7-10 days to get a pair of lenses cut/fit to the frame? Clearly they dont do any of their own work, also represented in their prices. Cant get anyone to answer the phone while theyre open. Randomly closed during open hours. Spend your time and hard earned money somewhere else..

Before I would have gave this place a zero. BUT this new Lady Named Kris works there fixed my glassees after being told on many occasions that they cant be fixed three different people worked on them for months and then finally she fixed them took hwr time told me to come back later and i was amazed not to mention to spent 400 plus dollars on these glasses. Very poor customer service. I ordered frames and they were supposed to arrive within 7 to 10 buisness days. I started calling on day 7 to see if they had arrived so I could pick them up before work and they just told me they were not there yet. I was not upset until the 11th buisness day when they told me my glasses should arrive any day. When I pressed for an answer for why it was taking so long the man looked my name up in the system and told me the factory had made a mistake two days into the order and so it would add to my wait time. No one had told me about this problem any of the previous times I called and the man could not give me a new arrival date. Its been 15 days now and I still have not heard anything from visionworks. If they dont arrive tomorrow I am tempted to cancel my order and go someplace else.

I have been a customer here for 10+ years. Everytime I go I get a great deal and my glasses are done right in a timely manner.

They lost the original pair of glasses that I chose...had to wait additional time for a new pair..

Very, very unprofessional and unorganized.
