My first experience at this TINY (efficient) little shop had me in and out of there with a smile to go. The manager has the right personality for this job and many others. The crew is professional and skilled. They communicated with me and each other. They cleaned up, did a full safety (light) check, air pressure, and verified each step of the process. The benefit of being in your vehicle is you see everything they do, and they show you everything going in or coming out of your machine. Way better than those shops where they leave you wondering and you go back to check the oil when you go home. Ill come back to support this family owned business in 3000 miles.

Easiest oil change ever! Drive in and the crew changes your oil and filters, checks your tire pressure and off you go in 10 minutes or so. The crew lead was super friendly and helpful, even replacing my cabin air filter! These folks are great!

Very happy with the team and Perfect Lube. Friendly, fast and professional. I took a car in that hadnt been driven for a couple of weeks. As a result the battery died post oil change. Nothing to worry about, their team member brought their own car and jump started mine. No extra fee either. Great service.

These guys are insanely fast and so great with customers. The best oil change I have had in a long time. They are super friendly and let you know what they are doing to your car the whole way through. This is an untouched gem of the quick stop oil change world. You need to start going here before they get too many customers and start getting busy. They even cleaned my windows a well with all the ash that has been falling. Family business. Nice people that are very detail oriented. Fair prices and unlike many of the chains they only recommend replacing air filters when they are needed, not every visit. They are quick and you stay in your car which is especially nice with Covid.

I think one of the most polite people in the oil changing industry works at this shop. The guy who greeted us explained everything to us in detail made sure he answered all questions And made sure we were satisfied by the end of The visit. The one thing that will bring us back here again is the fact that he did not try and push the UPSELL. That annoying business practice guarantees you will never see me again. I’ve been coming over to this place for a few years and since I already left a yelp review of five stars, I decided to leave them on here.David has always been attentive to all of the details and shows great care about his job, by showing you the dirty oil filter or by checking that old dirty air filter that needs replacing and showing you the new ones they will be replacing.Today, I had a loose plastic on the front lip of my Q50 that needed a simple screw or staple and when I asked David if they could do something about it, they immediately were able to just add another screw and secure that bottom front lip.Great service and outstanding team!

I had a wonderful experience here. I went in to rotate my tires and get an oil change. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and the guys here were super friendly. They explained the entire process while it was happening, showed me the dipstick with the old oil, checked my tires for free and showed me the condition and didnt upsell me on anything which, if youve been to any of the big name brand oil change places, youll know is unbelievable.They were very honest throughout and even cleaned my filters for me without me asking. I really wish more places were like this. I will absolutely return even if I live 20 miles away when it comes time for my next change.

This was so convenient! I was worried there would be a wait around 5:30 after getting off work, but I only had to wait for the car being serviced. It was great to just pull up and not even leave my car. The customer service was awesome, with each person working on my car explaining what they were doing and showing me my fluid levels. When I came to Perfect Lube I was met with three very polite and professional gentlemen. One thing I loved was that I came for an oil change and that’s what I got, no up sale or telling me I needed extra filters and fluids replaced. When they say 10 minutes they mean more like 5 and this includes topping off fluids and air in my tires. Ive never had an oil change go so smooth. I will definitely be recommending Perfect Lube.

Going to Perfect Lube was like stepping back in time; I experienced good old-fashioned quality service, where the customer was treated like a queen. They new my name and used it often. The were done in about 8 minutes. They only charge $39.99 + tax!!! And, when they saw the check engine light on my dashboard, they brought out a diagnostic tool and told me what the light was addressing. Will go back, of course.

Just had my oil changed here for my 2010 Honda Fit. I was running errands in San Carlos and found Perfect Lube on Google Maps and decided to. The experience was great. John, the owner, was professional and made sure to double check the oil specifications recommended by Honda. He also didnt try and up sell me to synthetic since my car wouldnt benefit from it. I appreciated it since so many other oil change businesses will try and sell synthetic to anyone they thing will buy it. I would definitely recommend Perfect Lube and plan on going back the next time my car needs new oil. Thanks John!

Loved this oil change shop! I stopped by when there were 3 other cars in front of me. To make up for the wait, John (the manager) came by my car to get all the information about the oil change to make the transition faster, and gave me some snacks. He’s very informative and honest about the type of oil I should use, and how long I should wait to get oil change. I saw the shop send off one of the cars in front of me because apparently they came too early for an oil change. This shop doesn’t just want your money - they’re here to provide a trustworthy service.

Listen I didn’t think it was possible to care about an oil change place, let alone have a great experience at one that I felt compelled to write a review for, but here we are! I needed an oil change on a road trip and pulled up here after a quick search. About 10 guys greeted me, got to work washing my windows and filling my tires. In all it took 10 minutes for an oil change and air filter- we stayed in the car while they did it! They were so friendly A+++ customer service! I think I will get an oil change here every time I come to California! I’m not kidding!

David and his crew took care of my vehicle like it was their own vehicle. There was an issue with a faulty oil filter after the oil change I had yesterday so I had to bring the car back for them to take a look. They found the issue immediately and kept the car overnight to make sure nothing was wrong after replacing the oil filter and redoing the oil change. They also cleaned up the engine and made sure the car was running back to normal. I highly recommend Perfect Lube based on Davids integrity and character as a businessman alone. He will take care of you and your vehicle. I promise you will not be disappointed with the service.
