Teresa is wonderful! I was searching up and down and all over for a shop that makes custom dresses only. I was finding that the ones in LA who did alterations and customs weren’t able to give the detail for the creation or the seamless lines. Soo glad that I randomly found this shop. Teresa has taken her time in each meet to make sure that everything is exactly done right. Willing to completely change when I don’t like something. She is truly happy when the bride is happy. After spending an entire week looking around for a wedding dress I came across this particular shop. When we entered Bridal City in San Fernando we were greeted by a very nice and polite lady Teresa. She was very attentive with all of my requests and needs. She was able to create a picture in my head of how she would create my dream dress. She offered me a custom hand made dress to perfectly fit my body type. Every time I went for a fitting it looked better and better. She created the perfect dress in about 4 months. During all the planning for the wedding this was one part that I did not have to worry about. She is truly talented and puts her entire heart into her work. Anyone looking for a dress in the area should stop by and see what she can do for you.

Im so blessed I found this bridal shop I was supposed to get married last year back in 2016 but for family issues we didnt get married and they hold my dress for year and made altered alterations to it throughout the year to make sure that my dress fitted for my wedding date September 17th Im so grateful with them they are the best .😘👰🏽👍🏼👍🏼

This review will be long and the main thing I want to say is not to be scammed by this lady, she does not fulfill the promises she makes and she hides behind the contract that one signs to steal the money that one leaves as a deposit, when she has the money From the people in her hands, she doesnt mind being polite or listening to her customers. Beware of this supposedly professional lady. The dresses that she has in her store are more expensive than designer dresses for a short and simple dress, she charged me $ 1,000, I left a deposit of 500 that she does not want to return, although she has made mistakes in making the dress. Teresa, the owner of this business, was very kind the first time she entered the store, she listened to me and promised that she could make me a tailored dress to my liking. I had two tests where both times I told him that the sleeves were tight, short and that the shape of the neckline was not as we had left, both times he told me that he was going to fix it and would call me in a few days to measure the finished dress, on this visit I asked her if she would give it to me dry clean and ironed and she said yes. I was not calm because the dress was uncomfortable and I made an appointment to fix what bothered me about the dress before I finished it. To my surprise on the third date it changed completely I could see that she realized the error she made, she cut the sleeves badly, but she did not want to accept it, even though she tried to explain what bothered me she did not want to listen to me and at the On the contrary, she became defensive and told me that she was not going to work for free and that the problem was me, that the shape of my body did not match the material of the dress. She announces in her business that she makes tailored dresses and that one can design a dress to her liking, that is a lie since I pay her to make me a tailored dress and she does not want or does not know how to do the job correctly. On the fourth visit she allegedly fixed the sleeves but still had the seams on the sleeves crooked and the shoulder seams one higher than the other let her know and she says my shoulders are the problem. In addition to all the dress looks dirty I myself have seen how he throws it on the floor and now he says that he will not give it to me clean either. In short, this lady is not a professional in sewing, she is a professional in deceiving people and then staying that money that costs you so much to earn. It is not reliable and much less could you recommend it to anyone.Be ware with Teresa the owner, she scam people promising things she can keep up with. Shes keeping $ 500 that I gave as a deposit and doesnt want to give my money back or finish the job correctly. she has terrible customer service. Please check other bridal salon with better service and much better prices. This lady charges more than a famous designer for a simple dress.
