Most useless store front i have even been to. They didnt have any phones on display to look at or play with. The lady at the counter looked surprised that a human being walked in. Avoid this AT&T store.When I said Guess ill go to Best Buy! She said OK!. Relief in her voice that a pesky customer is leaving.Maybe its Chipotles fault cause chipotle food is so terrible that it brings down every business around it!

Very sweet lady who helped me out yesterday I think she mite have been the store manager her name is Cynthia she saw me and helped me out quick. It was so easy I came in because I wanted to do a trade in to buy the pre-order for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the whole progress was so quick and easy and she answered all my needs and questions I really do appreciate that a lot. Thank you so much I most definitely will be coming back to this store!

I walked in today hoping to have been helped by one of the team members in the store but instead I was welcomed very rudely. I wasn’t offered to sit and the team member was not trying to answer any of the questions. All her responses were for me to contact AT&T through the phone. She didn’t even let me explain my self fully before she rudely cut me off and said “this type of AT&T store can’t help you”. She was just trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. I felt really insulted as she continued to be rude and loud. At the very end I walked out very upset and more confused than before... she gave me a phone number and told me to figure it out. Worse customer service I have ever received. I’m now double guessing my choice of switching over from Verizon. AT&T has given me such a hard time since switching. Even contacting though phone is a hassle and with everything going on in the world I’d hope they’d be a little nicer.

There was no wait, that was a pleasant surprise! The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable. She transferred all my data to my new phone. And told me about specials and options.🥇 Best AT&T store Ive ever been in!

ATT in San Fernando was excellent they were patient showed me all my options I felt appreciated as a customer great staff all them help me make my choice of phone and plan. Excellent 👍👍👍👍👍

I am taking my business elsewhere! This location has rude employees that are breaking a bunch of rules, like drinking on the job. I went in to upgrade my phone but ended up canceling my lines because Manager Alex smelled like alcohol. I get it, life is tough. But I had to keep repeating myself and then he started to get rude and dismissive as if it was my fault he was too buzzed to understand what I was telling him. He wasnt being slick about it either. Not cool.

Ive been with AT&T since 2004, and ive been in and out of each and every store in the valley, but me and my dad had such a great experience at this particular location. The sales rep Jennifer was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful and is more than happy to make some phone calls to answer any question youd might have. Overall definitely a great spot.

Very good experience, new manager on place, knowledgeable staff, less than 30 mins, got help with cell phones and Direct tv.

Store smelled like fried food, sales rep was terrible. She did not have a name tag, she was not familiar with plans and kept saying you should call the service center. She is not a representation of AT&T at all. Went to the Mission Hills store and Tyler and Alex answered all our questions.
