Great customer service even through the phone! Best Buy Pacoima had me on hold for 54mins and didnt answer any of my questions. GameStop San Fernando didnt put me on hold and answered ALL my questions and I was off the phone within 3mins.

Love this place. 2 blocks from my house and the workers are very nice and helpful. Ive gotten to know a few of them a bit over the last year and its very clean and family friendly if you wanna take your kids to find a game or 2. And the workers are always knowledgeable about the new games. As with all Gamestops, selling your games doesnt get you much but thats nothing new. And the rewards program is very helpful in terms of saving money. That extra couple dollars really add up.

What company doesnt answer their phone. Ive been trying to reach them several times to ask a simple question and yet no one picks up. I got annoyed that I had to go to the place in person just to ask them a freakin question.

Great place to buy your game, T-shirts, toys, and Collectibles. And favorite part is when u walk in they greet you with a hello, and with a good bye have a nice day.

Only one employee was working at the time of my visit at 2pm. The employee was helpful and detailed and gave great customer service but it took me 25mins to leave with my purchase. Wasnt too happy about that.

Currently standing in line, 2 customer service reps and 14 people in line. One rep has spent over 40 mins with 1 customer(female), the male repnis doing his best to move customers along. As customers we need to know what we want, all Q&A can be done online and you can buy there. To come to a store to hold up others with your lack of knowledge isnt fair to others. This store some to need help, so I will fill out an app and will keep u informed on the process. Poor Customer Service on her part.

They have some pretty good games & accessories here but nearly everything is so expensive and as I cant often afford to splurge like this, it means that I cant really afford to shop here often. Its in a good area though, and the staff is rather helpful so theres that.

You find all the latest video games. And you can change your old games for money or credit for them

They are pretty knowledgeable and the store is really clean that being said they can be more friendly and not have so much attitude and not say dude and bro as much when they think are annoyed with a customer with some new workers this place can be great

They ask you if you need anything as soon as u walk in they are very known with everything they sell service was amazing affordable prices as well
