Horrible customer service, had an appointment for a fitting that they changed 3 times I get there for the fitting and they had double booked at the same time so I was never able to get fitted. The girl at the counter was rude. Honestly your better off at, Colon cycle or even rute 167. Super disappointing

I travel all the time and was in San Juan for the day. Called them the day before arrival and explained the time constraint.They took my bicycle anyhow and did a regular tune up and brake adjustments. They accommodated their busy schedule to my needs (rush fee 20 USD), They took care of little details and left my road bike in great state; The price for the service is fair (30 USD the tune up and brake service) and the service provided by Mr Juan Torres and other staff was fantastic. I recommend this shop.

Wow. Awesome service. I am not a regular customer. I was in town for 1 day waiting to get on a cruise ship and my Shimano DI2 system had an issue. They worked me in immediately and saved my vacation. Thoroughly impressed. Nice shop with great selection and worth stopping to visit if you are in San Juan.

I was looking for a cheap but decent bottlecage and they did everything to get me one. But couldnt. Couldnt find a low profile helmet that fit either. Staff was nice though.

Ive never felt better about spending $557.50 on anything that isnt a car, house, or computer, let alone a schweet bicycle! they hooked me up with an XL frame, disc breaks, some killer tires, and a water bottle. now to ride it home, cuz it wont fit in my car!

The attention is acceptable, the repair service takes too long eg. Two weeks to change the 2 bearing of the headset .. Take a Creo Sl to do a firmware update process that according to Specialized takes about 10 minutes and is already three days

I visited the facilities today, they were attentive and showed me different clothing alternatives. I am not complaining. They have variety and options for the cyclist.

After several visits I can say that the customer service leaves a lot to say. They are not interested in guiding or assisting customers in either selling or needing bicycle parts. They are not guiding well on the phone.

I have rarely written a review of any trade or service, however, the way these people work should be highlighted. They are ultra professional and with exceptional treatment. I congratulate them and recommend them all!
