We rented bicycles for 24 hours. Solid bikes w/ whistles and pedal brakes. The real thing for me was all of the info we got from Nancy. She was so helpful and kind. Gave us a whole bike route to do so we could see popular tourist locations. Gave us a great layout of the city, where to bike, where not to bike, where the bike paths were. We had so much fun exploring the city and then we had a serious bike ride on the way back. We felt like we knew the whole city after. Thanks Nancy!

This was the only bike rental service still operating despite nearly every business being down due to the earthquakes in early January. This was our last day on the island and we had plans to do the bulk of our shopping, but since most places were without power, we decided to rent bikes and do some exploring instead. We got two hybrid bikes that rode smoothly through the Old San Juan brick streets. This happened to be my favorite of the 12 days we spent in Puerto Rico and its all thanks to rent the bicycle! Would absolutely recommend and use their services again.

Super friendly and reliable service, for me biking is best way to get around a new city, put on over 60 mi in two days, Green Way system was a blessing, fairly flat terrain allowed us to build up easy miles so we could stop and enjoy some drinks.

A great way to see Old San Juan. The staff drew out a map for us to go see the sites including the forts around Old San Juan. The city had bike lanes which make it easy to get around the city. We went to one of the forts, had lunch at a plaza then finished our ride with some gelato at one of the cute cafes in the city. Definitely recommend it as a way to see the city!!

Booked this excursion via Allure of the Seas. We had a fantastic time with our tour guides Tony and Edwin. Water was provided with light fruit snacks. Please be prepared to ride for more than 11 miles and short walking distances. Our family of four was pleased.

My wife and I took a guided tour with Rent a Bicycle with Nancy as leader, assisted by Edwin and Kimberly. The Tour was booked through Royal Caribbean Cruise line on the Allure of the Seas. We were met just outside the cruise port entrance at the designated time by Nancy who had the participants fill out paperwork while waiting for all members of the tour to show up. Once all accounted for she goes through a safety speech, then a short walk to pick up the bikes. During the walk she will stop along the way to point out places or things of interest. Once at the shop we were met by the Owner, Tony, who like Nancy and the others was friendly and informative about the tour. Edwin and Kimberly do a great job at issuing the bikes and getting you squared away and ready for the ride. There are bike lanes and a small portion when you are on a shared road, but I never felt uncomfortable. The group was kept together with Nancy leading the way and Edwin and Kimberly alternating on traffic control Drivers in the area are very accommodating. The riding is easy and only has three hills that any skill level rider can tackle. Nancy is super friendly, fun and filled with local knowledge, it wouldnt be a tour without her. I would definitely recommend the tour as it is a nice way to see the local area that you may never see on foot. Plan on the tour being two to three hours long. I would no problem doing this tour again, as it was so enjoyable.

My husband and I had the best time on our bicycle tour with Nancy! She was so fun and knew so much about her lovely city. We weren’t too excited about this at first as we aren’t big bicyclists, but we are so glad we did and mostly bc of getting to meet Nancy and hanging out with her for a couple hours!!

Great service and price. We rode self guided with easy access to paved trails and protected bike lanes. Great way to see the old city and local traffic is very bike friendly.

Tours perfect for knowing the Old San Juan surrounds. The tour is perfectly setup so you enjoy some history without loosing the fun of riding around. You will love it! Bring sunblock and a nice hat ;)

During our stay in San Juan from start to finish Tony was very helpful. Easily to communicate with and great customer service all around. The bikes made the trip even more enjoyable for us. Getting around in the San Juan heat in June is no joke! I had a little mishap with some equipment and Tony was very helpful with the assistance. Would definitely recommend while youre in San Juan to stop by...rent a bike and tour the city. The green routes for bikers were really a treat!

I booked a bike tour with Nancy through my cruise ship and it was a fantastic experience....Nancy is full of energy and a great host. I highly recommend her San Juan bike tour as it shows you a good portion of San Juan and you learn a lot about the history and culture of San Juan.

You could travel the globe and not find a more enthusiastic and knowledgeable bike guide than Nancy. Shell take you on a tour through the vibrant and beauitiful streets of Old San Juan, hitting the sights and running into her friends in the Spanish-style squares. If youre lucky, the woman who sells snow balls from her kitchen window will be open for business; if youre not, Nancy will hand out macaroon-like candies from a street vendor. Its a sweet end to a perfect bike trip.

Nancy was very kind and generous. Provided great recommendations and gave us her parking spot. Bikes were reliable and was reasonably priced.

We had an amazing ride with Nancy this morning. Best way to learn about and love San Juan. Thank you Nancy and Tony - we will see you next time.

Bike of poor quality. I rented one and after 20 min the air chamber went out and the tire was totally on the ground. They just have the front brake and 225 lb. is the maximum weight.

We didnt understand each other about the timing for the bike, and when i was late to bring the bike back they were very understanding. The bikes are solid, a little weird to ride if youre not used to it but good bikes and great service.

I went there to have my bikes rear flat tire repaired. They didnt have the same tube, but she fixed it to get me to where i needed to go.
