The saleswoman was extremely professional and gave us a great deal. Then, her supervisor came into the game offering to sweet the deal. But he was too aggresive and trying to put muscle in the deal. Im sorry for the nice saleswoman, but we bought the unit some where else. That guy was disgusting.
Horrible service experience. Came at 11 with a oil change called at 12:30 they told me the car was being worked on now. Came back at 2:50 car still not ready and not in service area. Horrible service and lies. I appreciate the truth. Not to tell me it was being worked on
Staff are nice, but the departments dont seem to communicate well between themselves and virtually no English is spoken here. If youre an English-only speaker I would definitely go somewhere else.

So far i have had very good experiences taking my mazda3 to serviced there for the last 10 years. The only bad experience was when in one occasion they ordered a part and it took two weeks to arrive and install. Besides that occasion all other visits for services have been good experiences.
The person who received me was very nice and helpful. Then a I have to wait a little to a representative call me and get some information. Some minutes later other representative called me for transportation. Overall very nice.
Worst service ever.They kept my car from Saturday thru Tuesday. Too long.The transportation coordinator was very bad.I requested pickup 12:30, they arrived 2:30The service charges recommended were 3 times the cos of other dealers.A complete roof.I will never go back.Will cancel the extended warranty, its also a hook
We had an appointment for 7am to run a diagnostic for our AC.. we were advised to come early despite having an appointment. heeding the advisement we showed up 6:50 am and were the 3rd car in line.we were told that we would be receiving a call around 9:30 for the simple diagnostic. fast forward to 12:30pm.. no call. so we called. we were on hold for so long their end hung up on us so we called again requesting the service shuttle come pick us up. THEN we were told that the technician working on our car did the pressure test and would check the results after lunch (1pm).. around 1:15pm we went to ask of any progress on our car, our service rep was nowhere to be found so we went to the parking lot to watch our car and saw it being lifted to prefirm said test.. thats when the supervisor told us we were not allowed to wait there and to return to the waiting room. around 1:35 she came inside and we were given our estimate. to add to the ridiculousness i had to ask for the diagnostic discount (50%) after getting her to admit that we not only should have received a call but she did not have an answer as to why we waited OVER 6 hours for a simple diagnostic that should have MAYBE taken 2 hours.Im not a mechanic but Ive had many cars and many services for the cars I have NEVER had such a ridiculous wait time with no explanation other than we had cars from yesterday & your car wasnt a priority (even though we had a scheduled appointment)we just left the dealership maybe 15 minutes ago and the dealership just called to offer us a trade in credit for our car- asking us to bring it in to have it evaluated for its value. the audacity of this business is astounding.I guess its nice to be the only one of two dealerships on the whole island and the only one on this half of the island.. no matter how bad your service is, youll still get business.
I asked for warranty on a 10k miles car, the rep said it had to be thru a specific appointment. He told me Friday he will set up and let me know. Asked him several times at drop of and during a call. The rep never made the appointment for this Non-sense of an evaluation if the warranty covers or not; shouldnt a rep have training to determine that in an official Mazda dealer; which at least he could document and not need to come again (which he never called to let me know when). Serious training, practicality and value to customers time should be enforced to this location. Beside changing oil is a bit expensive.
Excellent customer service, and they speak English! They gave us a high trade in value. We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived and the salesperson was with us through the whole process. Used Vehicle was completely inspected and so far all is great!
Unfortunately I was the last person leaving the facility. I have a 3 hour waiting time to get my car back. They told me the close at 5pm, I arrived at 4:30pm to pick up my car but I received it at passed 7:30pm. Although I received a courtesy engine cleanup on my next visit and the associates treated very kindly and well, I think people times is the most valuable thing in the world. I had a 1:30 minutes drive back home. May be next time I will think about it twice before using them again except for a recall.

I bought a car five years ago, and the car has had a problem with the front suspension since new. They have change the rack & pinion twice and the car still has problems. Now every time I take it the technicians say the cant find the problem even though its still making the same sound. In the last three months Ive had to take the car for other problems, (which are covered by the extended warranty) and the technicians never seem to find all the problems at once, even though they say they verify everything I tell them. Every time I have to return the car it stays in their shop for a couple of weeks. The team service is horrible and they have a bad attitude. Even the service Supervisor had me waiting for him to return my call for three days, because it was end of the month car sales and he was too busy. I will never buy another car from them again!
The receiving team were ready for me. They had all the paperwork done just for me to sign. The customers service driver took me where I needed to be. Everything went smooth.

First of the employees where very nice i have to say but the wait time for an oil change and a multipoint inspection was horrible. My apointment was for 10am and since i live 45min away i had no where to go, so i waited for 4 and a half hours till the car was ready. Four and a half ours for and oil change??The Good was they did wash the car, or was it thet good?...🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔So i was tired as heck and did not bother to inpect the car fully so i left and dropped of the car at my wifes work place, as it is her car. When she got home from work to my surprise there were liquid stains running down the the cream colored fabric side panel.. My wife was fired, so was i. 4 hours and a stain what a day. I just called up the dealership and i am still waitng for a response on what are they going tdo about it.... i will update.. Flaship mazda has to up there game on time management not every one has 4 1/2 hrs to throw away like that..

The worst service I have ever received. I put a star because it is not possible to put zero. The first service appointment for my car. Ive been waiting five hours for an oil and filter change. The only reason a customer has to put up with this outrage is that seeking maintenance service elsewhere loses the Mazda warranty, according to what they tell you when you buy the car.

Horrible, they have a terrible service, the treatment of the staff is poor, mainly the attitude towards the client, for example Yaritza, she attends the client over her shoulder as if she were the one who paid for the unit, she really does not have any kind of empathy. My vehicle has repeatedly gone for the same problem in less than 2 months. They know that the failure is repetitive and even so they do not solve the client with a rental unit so that he is calm, not to mention that it takes three days in diagnosis and they still do not have a result.

I was very interested in the NEW 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature. The seller told me to go try it out and discuss the price in person as I had more bargaining power in person. When he went to turn it on, the bus didnt start. I had to wait in the sun while he found a team to jumper it and light it. Then I ask her, can I guide her? everything is alright? and he says yes. I start to guide the bus and I notice that it does not accelerate almost and is giving me a lot of errors (eg, front brake system error) (I leave us on foot!), Then there he tells me that it seems that I do not jumpear well and have to take her back to be fixed to wait inside. I was like 20 minutes waiting in the room to finally be able to test the bus that was new and when I got on it I still said that I had the error but at least this time I let it accelerate. With fear I tested it and GAD gave no problem this time. The most incredible thing is that AFTER all this bad time I wait like 10 more minutes in the room in which he discusses the price with his superior only for him to tell me that the price is the same, they cannot lower it more. I was insulted. What a lack of respect. With everything and a discount I did not want to buy it because clearly the bus gives problems but I felt that I deserved a good offer after the bad time! Totally disappointed with the service.
In other service centers, after working on a car, a technician explains what was done and his recommendations. Here they charged, pick up your car and nothing else.

Since Dec 23, 2019 I took my mazda3 from 2004 to Kennedy waiting for his fix on Dec 31, they tell me that the computer was damaged. Calling all the time because nobody tells me they dont have it. Fatal communication. Today I take the car hoping it will not damage it more than it was. Bad service

Only one person was attending to all the public that arrived for service because the other staff was on vacation. Specify from the beginning that my unit did not wash it out of courtesy since they had given a treatment to the painting and when I went to pick it up it was already washed.The attention and service of Koralys was excellent and very attentive to the needs of the client.
3 hours for an oil and filter change. When they tell me its ready, I have to wait 45 additional minutes because my representative is on break. On top of that, when they give me the bill, they recommend me to do a lot of things, but they can not take it from me, they take the time to explain it, I had to see it on the bill. First and last time I go.
