They held me there for 8 hours and thats NOT acceptable. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. No water, nor good were offered. I ended up purchasing my sales person for his lunch. They dont recognize military here on the Island for discounts, thats only in the States, or like they like to call it, the Mainland.

Be careful with the dealer, they start to investigate your credit, without making you a pre-qualification or anything to force you to buy, do not fall! Dont give them your social security number !!! They make promises to you and even if you have a credit of more than 700 they always want to win and Fuck you to get a Naya commission !!!! I do not recommend them.

The only ones who can be given the 5 stars is the parts department staff, especially Michael.Overall, a settlement estimated to be in the thousands, I had to remove only because of how unprofessional they were in maintaining my car. They give me the car, dirty inside, I pick it up in a roofless parking lot and I dont even know if it was disinfected. (Eye: They are not taking temperature to the clients according to the protocol).The drivers seat with a strange noise when trying to move it to the front. Neither Rory nor the Manager were responsible ... If they did not know how to answer for the drivers seat, how do they think I will leave my car for a week and a half so they can dismantle the dash for a bigger job! No way ... to much of a risk !! I recommend that you improve the quality of both customer service and car service.** For 20+ years I have been to Dealer Auto Centro Toyota in la muñoz rivera and when I decide to go to this place for the first time, fatal experience, I will not return !!!Autocentro Toyota have 10 little stars and much more !!!!
