I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership. First time an ok experience. Second time around worst experience. My car in a year was worth way less than what i pay. It has been in the shop so many times. Service department doesnt answered calls or lets you know the status of your car. No loaners so very inconvenient when car keeps been in service. For the prices I paid I expected a better vehicle and better customer service . Would not recommend. Save your money.

Tried to purchase a Range Rover from this company after waiting two days for a price they sent me a quote with a $10,000.00 Mark Up adjustment over MSRP. That was just Price gouging at its very best. They did lower it to $5,000.00 over, at that point i told them that RR will look better in your showroom than my Garage (NEVER PAY OVER STICKER FOR ANYTHING)

Terrible Customer Service. I went to go buy a Jaguar F-Type. I test drove it over lunch, and told them i had to run back to my office. I further told them i was serious about purchasing and to just start to send me numbers to make a deal. They never called or emailed. I tried to contact them a week later, and would not return my emails. Weeks later when i posted my story on Facebook, they finally started to call me. As far as Im concerned, I would rather not do business with them. I guess I didnt look the part to drive a jaguar. Now Im scouring the internet to purchase the car, but i am just disgusted with the brand now. Such a shame, i did really like that F-type. #jaguar
Where to start. We agreed to terms on a beautiful Land Rover only to find out that when my wife signed papers to pick up the keys the next day they changed it from 60 months financing to 62 months. I hope you enjoy those extra 2 payments because that’s the last money your dealership will ever see from me. Literally the worst dealership in the valley and that says a lot.

My Discovery Battery went completely dead and called Land Rover San Juan, and Anabelle Garcia waited on me in the Service Dept. Was pleasantly informed that the battery was still under warranty. Anabelle took care of me fast and had a very pleasant experience, she was very curtious and even found out there was a problem with my car antennae that they replaced as well. Overall had great experience and very satisfied.

Maria is great, my only issue here is with the sales reps, times I’ve gone in they tend to run, I’ve gone sat down and was passed around to 3 sales rep... and not only if they schedule a call back, if never happens, it’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting from a sales rep to call me back. If I could go to another dealership I would but I love Land Rover and jaguars.. other than that, save yourself the time and going in, look for a different dealership who sales jaguar or Land Rover, cause here they really need to work on their customer service skills... and I mean a lot. You are buying the name but not the customer service. And that’s a big part of the sale...

Came in for a routine service appointment and was told that I needed to pay them over 3 thousand dollars for new brakes and rotors after driving the car 6 thousand miles since the last brake job. This dealership is nothing but a scam, never giving them another penny.

Took my vehicle here for a service. When I received the vehicle back my air bag light was on. Other shop told me it looked like the unit had bumped into something and that the SRS module would need to be removed and replaced. Called the dealership and denied any issues. Will not be servicing vehicle at this location any further. Not clear if the mechanics are out joy riding vehicles.

The service center are always doing a great job. Not just on how fast they fix my vehicle but they always receive me with a simile, they dont wait for me to go into their office because as soon as I park they step outside and they ask me how they can help me and they always keep me updated. Mrs. Annabelle, Mr. Eric and the rest of the staff keep up the good work.
This dealership has consistently provided horrible service. Unfortunately my vehicle has had too many issues arise with it since first purchased (supposedly has to do with computer updates) and to top it off, the Service Department is severely lacking. The Service Technicians are not in tune with the Service Advisers, which causes a lot of confusion and misinformation to be relayed to me--the customer.
The salesman was great, the facility itself is very pleasant, expected of a Land Rover dealer, however Im disappointed at the finance dept for adding a markup product I never requested that was $900. I recommend future buyers to check what your signing .
I’ve been dealing with Land Rover San Juan for a few years now. Purchasing parts on a daily basis & my parents got an Evoque a while back. They have always had excellent service! Ms. Erika is always a great help with getting a hold of anybody we need to speak to and is always extremely nice and respectful when answering the phone. Great operator to run everything ! Nathan is the best when it comes to parts, always knows exactly what’s needed, accurate with descriptions and pricing. Can always count on Nathan and his team for what we need. Would not think about going any where else, have been more than satisfied as a customer! Nathan is definitely the man to speak to with any parts needs !

Just Saturday 11/23 we bought a Cadillac everything was perfect till the end, we were signing paperwork in finance as we rejected GAP and the Wheel protection Warranty, literally the finance girl Amy still added it after we declined, and without our consent, after we had already said no she said ok dont worry I got you i will throw it in for free and added it I looked at the paperwork when we got home, and sure enough she added it and got charged for it, now they are saying they cannot write out a check to refund me even though they have the money there for it, lol they said they will send it back to the bank and refund the bank Im refinancing it with, instead of giving it to me there, I dont get a check you dont get a commission either what bunch of sneaky snakes! never again, will I be purchasing a car here.
I love this Dealership. They are there to please. I live in Corpus Christi so theyll deliver a car if my 2015 Range Rover Sport needs attention. I would certainly buy another Rover from them. Ive owned at least a dozen Land Rovers over the years from the Disco I, II, several LR3s, several LR4s, several Sports and the full-size Range Rovers - bought from Dallas, Houston, San Antonio.... This is my new go to dealer!

My salesman Armando was awesome the entire time I was looking for car, along with the general sales manager who really helped my family and I a lot. Eveything was awesome. However, the people in charge of the rentals and car services was the worst. They gave me a rental with empty gas, I gave it back to them as received and I was still charged. I waited 6 days for them to replace a window on my car when it was supposed to be two.
Following the recommended maintenance schedule is much better than having to buy a new car. Jaguar Land Rover of San Juan successfully completed all of the required maintenance in an outstanding way, keeping the car it tip-top mechanical condition. Service folks are professional and so friendly. A pleasure to work with.

Awful service. When they see you walk in they greet you and are very friendly, but once you tell them you need to buy accessories and not a car they don’t pay attention to youI wanted to buy a present for my dad that recently got himself a Land Rover, something like a keychain or a jacket. I spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to find they keys to open the window where they kept the clothes.Everyone was smiling at me but they were not useful at all. At the end I got the only shirt they had on L, and after 20 minutes more waiting to be charged I finally left.

Terrible service, they attempted to give me less for my trade in, didnt want to hear any offers on a used vehicle i wanted from them and then to top it off i cam approved from my bank and they seemed imminent on using their finance staff...i agreed after hours of them pushing at their own finance being able to get me a better rate but i told them i want only 1 inquire on my report and they agreed would be a soft inquiry at that...i look today and see not 1 but 5 inquiries...ridiculous. and then when i left they called me back and offered me what i wanted for my car which as i told them was NADA value that i confirmed...dissatisfied potential customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone who knows about finance!

When I found it at Jaguar Land Rover San Juan and spoke with them, I immediately knew this was my car. And within 2 days, Eli made it happen and it was delivered to my door in Houston. While I was signing papers, the driver was out there spit shining it in my driveway! Next level care and attention to detail! I would say my overall experience with this dealership was good. Can not stress enough how friendly the staff was. I was treated very well while I was there and during phone conversations. Every call I made with questions was returned promptly.*I was attempting to buy a vehicle from them and I live about 3 hours away. Everything went off with out a hitch. I was even informed that I was overpaying for the vehicle. Since I had a cashiers check already made out before I went down there to make the purchase I couldnt change it BUT I was assured many times, at the time of purchase, I would be mailed the difference once the paperwork was processed.*Now here we are several month later, I have called no less than 6 times and I get the same replies, We will look into it, I will get with accounting and call you back, the person that handles that is not here right now....guess what, never, ever get a call back, no response to several emails sent during this same time. SOOOO their friendliness, attentiveness and follow-up seems to die after the sale is completed. I will attempt another call this morning witch I am sure will yeild equally disappointing results.
Please shop elsewhere for a vehicle. I have never been more disrespected when purchasing a vehicle. I currently live and Dallas and drove down to the valley to buy a car. I am a native of the Rio Grande Valley and prefer to give back and support my community. Unfortunately, San Juan Land Rover is the only one available here. They lost my business and I will be purchasing elsewhere.Issue:For two days I was working with an Agent. We had come to terms on a price. I had already worked out the finance with my bank. We were only waiting for the documents to be faxed over to the dealership to finalize . The day of the vehicle pickup, I was texted by the agent as I pulled up to the dealership (keep in mind I was driving from Brownsville at this point ) that my vehicle had just been sold. This agent had been texting with me all day telling me the vehicle was being sent to clean and prepare for pickup. I had informed him I was on my way to pick up the car. At no point did he mention that he was selling my vehicle to someone else. The agent felt no remorse and claimed he was honest.I did speak with their manager ( not GM, because of course he was not there). They obviously dont care about customer satisfaction and making a buck is priority over retaining and creating long term customers.I am extremely dissapointed in the situation. It disappoints me more that this happened in my hometown. This dealership gives a bad name to the Rio Grande Valley. I am honestly surprised they are still in business with the way they handle transactions. Once again, be aware of this dealership. Take your business elsewhere. If you want to be treated with respect and given the highest customer experience; this is not the place.

I am very disappointed with the service I received here, salesman Manuel was a liar and made promises that were unkept. Gave a down of $2,500 for a Mercedes CLA on a Thursday and said itd be ready by Saturday-Monday. Saturday came and was sold to another person and was not informed of this until Tuesday when I called. Very unprofessional of Manuel and the sales manager doing the deal.

I recently moved to the RGV, and took my Range Rover in for a broken part; The staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous . They asked me immediately if I wanted a coffee or other beverage. They escorted me to their comfortable waiting area with free wifi so that I was able to finish a few work related items. While waiting 2 different people came up and asked if there was anything they could do for me. My repair time was about 1 hour; which was much quicker than I imaged it would be. Once I got back into my SUV it had been washed and smelt amazing from the interior fragrance they had added. This dealership hasnt forgotten what great customer service looks like and I applaud them! If you ever get a chance to purchase from Land Rover San Juan or have your vehicle serviced here I would highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed!

The Sales Department is fine, however, I would not ever recommend the service department. My Eco light was on and I notified service and they did not seem interested, When I took the LR4 in to have the transmission warranty work done, they returned my vehicle with the ECO light still on, even though it was under warranty. Every time I took my new LR4 in, there were always recommendations for new this and that. When I declined, something else would come up like a nail in my tire causing the need to purchase a new tire for over $400 and while I am paying for my new tire, a woman in the cubicle next to mine also was paying for a nail in her tire. Last catastrophe was rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors with only 16k miles on my 2015 LR4 (and no indicator light was on)which I didnt even use on a daily basis. I have received 3 emails from Jaguar Land Rover requesting me to give us some feedback on your experience. This has been my experience. I have spoken to personnel and have been told they work on commission in the service department.
Very bad experience with Land rover. First they were charging me some taxes on my lease and had to drive over and get paper work to clear that out. Then they sent a notice for maintenance service; which I thought was included on the lease. They charged me $ 200, returned car with empty gas tank and didnt even vacume the car. Ive leased other vehicles and they always do free Full service on your lease. I thought these people would do the same especially since lease is much more expensive...not good service at all. For now Im stuck with the lease but this is the first and last time I will deal with them.

My wife and I bought a Range Rover from Salesman associate Walterio Vasquez last month where he failed to disclose that the vehicle had been in an unreported accident which causes the vehicle to thud hard from the rear back chasis area and the front base thuds when coming to a stopping halt!!! Mr Vasquez said that the vehicle had just arrived from next door from the parent dealer at Acura and had not yet been inspected when we purchased. Vasquez kept the vehicle to fix the items that the service manager pointed out we need to get fixed and it took 6 days to receive our $70,000.00 vehicle. When we did receive it, Mr. Vasquez brought it us in the rain and never got to run it out after he parked it. This is a vehicle my wife uses for work and is essential in our lifes as transportation!!! When we bought the Acura at the dealership next door, Mr Cavasos and his wife met us and treated me with dignity and respect when we bought the Acura brand new. Now we decided to buy an Land Rover Range Rover Sport and it has many mechanical problems with it making it a lemon and deceptive by law and makes us lookj like fools. We do not appreciate this behaviour and will contact Mr. Cavasos personnally.

They really low ball you on your trade and try to use the discounts to their advantage. They tell you they want to earn your TRUST but forget that when they low ball you like that and play their numbers game. Its always to thier advantage and quite frankly a rip off. Now how can You TRUST someone like that? No bueno...
