Worst service ever!!! They never answer the phone and the few times they do, they cannot give you an appointment. They always say that they will call you back but they never do. Don’t buy a Land Rover in Puerto Rico!!!

I was treated very unfairly over the phone. Everytime I would ask where I could file a complaint the dealership they would transfer me and then disconnect my call.

Management of this dealership lied and mistreated me as a customer for weeks before finally violating their own service requirements and refusing service. For two weeks they sent me on a wild goose chase for paperwork requirements they supposedly had. This caused a few arguments and a ton of misery for me as the paperwork was impossible to obtain and my vehicle was dead. When the paperwork was finally provided after much difficulty and cost to me, the next day I received an email from Jorge Santiago Merino and Gilberto Rivera blatantly lying to me. They both told me they wont service vehicles that have been worked on by other mechanics, or even just touched by someone else. This is a direct violation of their obligation under Land Rover USA to service vehicles. Its my assumption that they simply dont like me and created this new fake rule so they dont have to service the car. They have treated me poorly and played games with me intentionally out of malice. I have a case open with Land Rover USA who has confirmed that these two are an embarrassment to the brand and violating their obligations as part of Land Rover USA.

* (1) The procedural rules in the service department are lousy, such as the appointment process and the shift taken from your arrival to the moment you enter the shop to be seen by the mechanic, 3 days to to verify the operation of the a / c of the unit seems to me ... you judge.***** (5) Luckily not everything is bad, score of 5 chocolates for Liz Marie at reception and for Jeser Rodriguez as a service advisor for his professional and careful service always giving 110% which others should imitate for the good of all of us who sponsor the brand.

I said good morning at the entrance to the parts department and none of the three employees at the front greeted, 2 men and a woman, I imagine that because I was in shorts and badly dressed, but to their surprise I am also a merchant and it looks very unpleasant not to say hello for your appearance, maybe if I go in a suit they will have me up to the door. So much that I like their vehicles but with that service, say.

Wow, I see that they are still the same, I bought an LR in 2002 and after 3 years I got out of it because in addition to the lemon, the service was fatal, they left me on foot for weeks and they did not give him a courtesy car. I loved the bus, until it broke down. If the service had been good, I would have stayed with her. But I was terrified every time something was damaged. I could not apply for low lemon car laws because I was already 3 years old. Fabulous, lousy service. Too bad I didnt discover CARIBBEAN ROVERS in time

Terrible service. I headed to this place today just to realize it. That To be a place of Trolleys for WHITES the sales staff Is Pesimo. A Very Short Boy Received Him. This Morning JANUARY 28 2021 AT 11 AM. The deal was very bad. IM not coming back anymore. FOR NOTHING DO I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND YOU HAVE TO BE MORE SELECTIVE. WITH THE STAFF THEY CHOOSE. The service is fatal, my unit is going for a month and they still dont have an accurate diagnosis. Today I turn 26 in three days I am 38 t after 2 weeks 42.Visite 3 times the confeccionario and apparently I was the one who gave the servicio.Nunca q left me I was talking to the technician. I know that the units are broken, but the service must be excellent. And with me it was a mockery.
