Overall, I was pleased with the service. They did take some time with my vehicle, but communicated upfront and frequently, explaining the situation and costs involved. I liked how they were willing to work with me on ordering cheaper aftermarket parts, etc. Ill go there again. Just FYI...they are WAY better than the Bella Group Honda dealership. They actually care about doing their job and providing good customer service, while showing self-respect and integrity.

The service was great. They had Covid19 protocols in place and even emailed them to me the day before my appointment. An outside waiting area was set up with social distancing. Services were explained and carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Overall service was excellent.

I went to change my cars oil and filter and it was great! everything went as advertised. Had to wait a bit after they called me to pick up my car which was a bit awkward but otherwise it was okay

Good experience, went in for oil and filter change.Rates a little higher but your suppose to get a courtesy car wash. Employee said Manager suspended because of Covid 19 situation. No one is allowed in their facilities according to protocol so that is a ridiculous excuse to cut cost. Shame on them.

When you are at the dealer they offer you villas and castles. Then they dont want to answer you with the guarantee; They charge you for every maintenance service. They do not want to answer the phone and you, after you leave the dealer, neither know you nor remember you; they are rude and sarcastic. If you have a chance, go buy your Honda car from another dealer. Then do not say that you were not told.

The entire team does not know how to communicate with each other if you have a problem and you have to talk and try to solve it they keep going from person to person without complete information they do not let you talk to the managers they do not tend to you in time to tell you what The time to struggle has passed and it cannot really help you, bad service, many things happened in my case, I am not going in detail because it is a lot, but they verify the cars well before removing them from this dealer.
