Ordered shirts for my daughter and got them a week and a half earlier than they quoted me!!! I was very happy with that. The staff was quick to assist me and and made the transaction easy. I definitely recommend this place for all your screen printing needs!!!

This place is so wrong. Dont order here if you want your order a specific size! Which obviously you do . I placed my order a week in advance. I called literally daily to ask if they were ready (2tops) and they always told me it was going to be ready 1 day before. So the day before my daughters birthday I get a call to go pick up the shirts and that the BIRTHDAY GIRLS SHIRT was not the correct size because they lost it, so they did it 2 sizes bigger! They shouldnt wait last minute to advice customers... better yet they should do it with enough time in advance just incase errors like this happen!. My daughter is slim and now this shirt is going to hang low and loose on her. I told her I wasnt happy and she didnt even care to try to get another one made she still had 24hrs to fix. They didnt bother to discount me nor fix the shirt! And I have no time to correct this sloppy order. Please go elsewhere.

All I can say is that I will never go get any work done there again ......they not only ruined two ariat shirts but also tried to sew a button they pulled out and tried to sew it back on wrong I go to put it on and you can clearly see where the button is way off....the embroidery was off told them about they said they would call me back nothing! ...... I suggest for anyone looking to have some type of work done go to real professionals....... Very disappointed to say the least!

ALWAYS get the shirts wrong. Would not recommend whatsoever..didnt even offer to fix. Really bad attitude, like she made me a favor in a making me shirts, that I paid for....

I order here often. I have gotten back design shirts that I did not order but shirts are good quality so I didnt mind that the mistake was made. Business here is usually so backed up and disorganized that Ive learned that shirt orders are usually ready the weekend AFTER youre told your order will be ready. The female sales person seems to be in charge as she seems to delegate well and the male sales person does not ever seem to know whats going on with orders placed for pick up. Im not hard to please so if you arent in a rush and youre content with slight design mistakes and order alterations, this place is good enough. Again, the quality of the shirts (like SportTek) are pretty awesome for a decent price. Probably best to order in bulk in order to avoid a pesky mistake and the hassle for just one shirt or two. Lastly, Im not sure what time they close for the day but its not 8pm. I believe they close at 6pm which may turn into shutting doors around 530pm or so. .. if your flexible, everything will work out.

Horrible service!!! Ordered 14 shirts and took 1 month for them to be done. Need to be more polite and helpful with their customers. They told me they were going to call me back and they never did. This happened 3 times, i had to be the one that called them. Terrible experience! Dont recommend it to anyone!

Very bad experience, unprofessional in terms of what they promise and above all they never have the orders on time !! You schedule your events thinking you have the shirts ready on a certain day and nothing. You arrive and they still dont have anything ready.
