Such a great experience. I bought some flowers and they looked amazing. Lasted almost 3 weeks. After a week they looked even better than when I bought them.

Very quiet today. It was a very nice experience, no crowds or lines. Prices have gone up since our last visit and fuel is no savings over any other fuel station.

Late Opening, 9:37am and a lot of person waiting under the sunshine, Inside store everything is nice and neat.

I wish we had one nearby,usually shop there for food and articles,but its an hour away for me,overall its good.

Not the store is 1star. But unfortunately weve been attended twice by a really nasty employee. I calle her Mrs. No. There is no way she can say to you that shell be able to help. Is NO for everything, a copycat from government employees. Fortunately we received help from other employees who where watching. Really took less that three minutes to solve our inquiry wich by the way was trivial, very trivial.

The place is usually packed, so of youre planning on going, definitely have this in mind. Theyve got a lot of variety of food, specially if youre on a keto diet. Clothing and electronics are also pretty well assorted. Lines tend to be a little long, but they move pretty quickly.

Top of the notch CLUB Warehouse! Only place enjoyable to shop. Youll find something that you ARE not looking to buy. I also find that its always quality food.

Its.Costco. That is saying it has quality goods, electronics., techie stuff, home goods supermarket. It pretty much has everything you want!!! Bang for your buck on those special sales. I love it there.

I went to the warehouse/ Costco store today at Carolina PR and what a disillusioned experience it was. I even called to share my experience amd no one ever answered.It’s obvious that the cashiers must be in competition to finish each customer quick, because I have never felt more rushed and hurried than my shopping experience today. I almost left my groceries with Marilyn and her assistant. They where so cold and rude that, I said my husband is coming and she said, well he better hurry because we don’t wait for anyone!! I said, my husband is disabled and he is coming via a wheel chair, to that her response was “we don’t wait for anyone here” 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬. Costco is no longer what it just to be.

Was out of public controls. No distancing. Out of people respect. Did not have the articles published on the electronic shopper. It was like a crazy mad place.

Fruits are always fresh and just right. I can find almost everything I need in the food section and all the other stuff they sell. Love it

Very, very poor attention to clients, especially very, very, very poor when people try to communicate by phone there is no one to answer it any time from morning to evening and any day Monday to Sunday. Very, very, very, disappointed.

Great products at great prices, plenty of parking. Need plenty of time to navigate thru the store. Very busy lately... The pizza in the front of the store tasty!!! A pity they dont make the chocolate dipped ice cream bars on the concession anymore. (I know you can get them on the frozen section but I isnt the same) Friendly staff! Ohh did I mention great gas price!

We dont have many options on the island. You can get really good meat here. Quality chesses and wine.

If you ever been in a Costco, this is the same thing, but the Latin Style! They have everything that you could imagine, all the prices are a little higher than Sams. Try to avoid weekends from 11 in the morning onward, as is extremely crowded.Best times are first in the morning, or late in the afternoon. Be prepared to have a huge amount of patience, especially trying to find parking when is packed.Usual offerings in the deli are pizza, hot dogs, Burgers and Fries. Lots of samples without the store. Overall a decent experience, but if youre in a rush to get something, perhaps go to a smaller supermarket.

They do not accept Matercard, I seen no signs till I arrived at the register. This is ridiculous in 2021. Wasted a lot of time. They also told me I could not pay with my credit card because I was not the original costco card holder, only debit or cash. They make it a hassle to take my money.

A great Costco located in the heart of the metropolitan area of Carolina/San Juan. Very busy on weekends, try to go Mondays and Tuesdays and you will thnak me later

Best prices and customer service!!! Costoco ROCKS!!!UPDATE: Im dropping 2 stars due to this Costco dims the lights about 30 minutes before closing. I consider this a lack of safety awareness due that the eye sight needs to accustom to new light brightness. Lots of customers still in the store including elderly and small kids.Costco leadership should take a serious look at this.

In the Pharmacy the 6 feet distance is missing...by far. A lot of people waiting for pickup their medicines. Will be great if they redesign the space. Not only for the COVID protocol as for the person with health conditions were been stand more than 30 minutes is a real challenge.

Performed my gas purchase. Line was quick and you can only pay using your credit card. Gas at Costco on 1/2/2020 was 66 vs. Gulf that is normally between 69 and 72 for regular.

Really bad phone service. In different occasions ive called for items, food court, management, etc. And they either hang up the phone without answering or when they did answer (1/5 times)The person did not listen to my request & transfered me to another line, which there was no answer to. Why should I support this establishment if I get this sort of treatment? I wont, thats how.

April 2021 in covid pandemia: place open with good hours butless than before covid. Temperature at door. Sanitizer insode store many places. Usually very crowded. Economy doesnt seem to be affecting its members. Difficult parking because its full. Impossible during weekends. Store fully stocked. Clean. Hallways free. Employees helpful. Cashiers fast and ralid cashiers with less articles outstanding. Evaluate person flow in google maps and try going less crowded times. Easier than 177 Bayamon store for parking & crowdedness.

ROTTEN FISH. I bought some red snapper today and the package said It was packed yesterday. When I got home, the piece of fish on the top was pink and fresh, the one at the bottom (that you cannot see through the package in the store) was dark and smelled funny, it was rotten! I cant believe they fool customers this way. This is my worst experience at a Costco so far. Be careful what you buy in this store.

Costco doesn t keep a flow of wet cat food. Went to all nearby Costcos and same thing you have to wait under a cloud of uncertainty because they won t call of notify you when the cat food becomes available.

Since my last review store has gone down in all aspects but the worse is the publicly displayed of foul language and poor business attitude of some employees. Only area that actually has a good customer service is the tire center. Kudos to the team at the tire center.

This location has a great selection of all your favorite American things! It felt like a little piece of home, just on a tropical island!

I love Costco, just not this one. The bottled waters taste like plastic, as they evidently store them exposed to direct sunlight. You have to check meticulously all the produce you buy, as their selection of fruits most of the time have rotten items. The cashiers and most of the staff are rude, and they rarely update the hours of operation in google maps, wasting your time if you happen to go whenever they used to be open and are no longe open.

45 minutes in a small line in custumer service so i could return an item ...a big store like this should have a wider area for this volume of customers...Came back ..waited 20 more minutes ...and still waiting..worst custumer servise area

Way too crowded. Long check-out lines. Busy parking lot, even it is exclusive for the warehouse.

Well stocked. Friendly atmosphere and excellent merchandise variety of top quality.

For so expensive paid membership... you get a low quality in-store experience.Some rude staff/people, long lines, long waiting time, limited merchandise selection, and most of the time I end paying near $100 / 5 purchased items.

Parking sometimes at peak hours gets pretty packed. Gas is cheaper than other places.

The best thing Costco PR has, is its workers. Goodness! What they have to deal with. Treat them well.

Great selection on electronics, TVs, sound bars, groceries, laptops, wines, meats, supplies, generators, frozen food and vegetables, snacks, vitamins and supplements, jeans, ect. Now theyve more self-service lines.

All Costcos here ran out of the 27 gal. storage bins. In Puerto Rico we are just getting into a drought period and people use them to hold water. Its not 100% their fault but being hurricane season they shouldve had a lot more inventory.

Would like an app to buy online and go pick it un. 😉

Bought a great coffee machine which i could set it up before i go to bed and have my coffee ready at 6am. It was only $29.99.
