The staff here is very active and attentive, they really knowledgeable in general and very detailed in their respective areas. Expect a large variety in pretty much anything you are looking for. Quality from home diys to professional and commercial level items. Price is on point. Expect to spend triple the time you would at any other hardware store just because of all there is to see . Trust me, you will find yourself wondering around just for pleasure...

Good products. The folks in the shop are helpful.But you have to put up with poor attitude from the sales people. They make you feel like you’re doing them a favor by shopping there. Worse are the people in the wood and paint departments. You just have to arm yourself with patience and focus on buying what you need, because these folks don’t care if you buy or not.But as far as strong variety of products, this is the place to go in PR.

Finally found there what I was looking for at least 20 hardware stores uncludibg the big ones. Personnel showed good knowledge of their products.

This hardware store is amazing. You can find everything for any home jobs. Power tools, wood, hand tools, decorations, etc...Client services is good.

I attended to this hardware store to purchase a piece of plywood. To safe some $, I tried to get a piece that was demage by a forklift. When I was going to pay I was surprised about the price $37.00. The salesman said do you wanted or notI answered I am not going to pay top dollar for piece of boar that its demage., your salesman give me no other options. I really think that if the salesman use all available tool to help me the store could get a satisfy customers. Thank you for your help.

They have a huge variety all in stock items. Friendly help. Keylla stayed with us and explained all items and offered a lot of technical support. We ended buying almost everything we needed for 4 bathrooms! Great prices great experience.

Maderas 3C is a big hardware store located in Bechara Sector, in San Juan. They specialize in wood, construction and hardware materials. They also have a large selection of face masks and security stuff for workers.

A lot of variety of products but little high prices

As a contractor it is a last resort always, prices are steep and for any counter material dispatch be ready to wait at least an hour. They are the only good store in the area of downtown San Juan or Santurce in terms of stock.

Worst experience in my life!!!!!! We are a respectful contractor company, with great and extensive experience in carpentry from the Wood technology center in Seattle. The company is comprised of associate engineers architects and designers working with us Our business had to quote 15 different terrace In different measurements We had to figure out cost to be able to quote for our clients. They refused to give us cost because it could change??? Extreamely disrespectful never been treated with so much arrogance in my life. As a commercial costumer I do not recommend this store! Nooooooooo!!!
