Small place. Very crowded even with COVID restrictions. They use pagers to notify if ready. Rolls of ice cream are barely noticeable if you do not see the process. I would still come again for variety of ice cream and local details. Also had to wait about 25 min - while staff appeared barely moving and talking to each other a lot.

Great variety of ice creams that are unique and amazing choices of flavors. Kids had a blast and we visited again the next day too. Wait time is long so better to order it online for pick up. Must try for ice cream. Due to curfew they close at 8:30pm, so order timely.

Delicious ice cream, service isnt bad. I gave it a 3 because theres no point to taking a temp when someone isnt there to enforce if customer has a fever. they have 6 as the person limit but again not enforced

Very cool experience. Not very expensive either. You pick your base flavor of ice cream and then get to pick 3 toppings. They make and roll the ice cream right in front of you which was really cool. Went a couple times while in the area.

Very small place and can get crowded quite easily. However the assortment of ice cream rolls are very varied. The condiments are in even bigger variety. It certainly is a unique form for ice cream

If all I had was the ice cream I would have given a 4. It was great, but not worth the 25 minute wait after I ordered. I have a three because we also got Pina colada smoothie which was watered down.

We waited 30 minutes to pick up 3 bowls of ice cream. Meantime number 20 is still there but they are serving number 25. Upon request, told to wait another 10 minutes.

Took too long to then have one of the ice cream bad made, so we has to wait for another one. Though weve always known the place is so small, the employees were too loud and unprofessional.

They do not have parking, they are in a downtown area, pretty urban so you will find here street parking or paid parking, the good news here is that in PR parking is super cheap so most of the time you are better off putting your car into one of those rather than on the streets.the place is pretty small, when I say that I mean it, they have maybe 3 tables in the back and it is a corridor style place pretty small and looks crowded pretty easily.the noise of the staff beating on the ice cream on the cold plate is a bit or a lot annoying too in such a small space so I would tell you to get out of there once you get your ice cream cup.the menu is pretty straight forward, the flavors are the stuff they put on the ice cream and then you can pick 3 toppings.MACHA TEA - AMAZED! this is a underdog I must say but if you are a fan of the warm tea beverage you must have this with some coconut and condensed milk, this is a life changer ice cream, trust me.in PR ice cream is always welcome since the weather here is always great so make sure to come by, you will love it.

This ice cream shop is on Ashford Avenue in Puerto Rico across from the La Concha Marriott. They have all kinds of ice cream- rolled ice cream, shakes and all kinds of ice cream novelties. Its a fun place to get ice cream.

I love the ice cream, I would give ice cream itself 5 stars. However, the staff gave wrong toppings, and the place is small, its hard to find space to sit and eat.

I went here after seeing a huge line at Ben and Jerry’s and I figured I’d try something more homie and this ice cream was amazing very fresh and natural but this isn’t the best part the clerk had an Issue with the machine and could not charge me she let me have the ice cream as it was not my card but the machine that was not working. This was a very professional move I believe they will always have my business going forward also I will return tomorrow to pay themIn cash!

Amazing place! All ice creams are order made with fresh fruits! Only $6.68 (tax included) for a huge delicious 3 toppings ice cream! Ice creams are so good that it is sometimes really overcrowded and you have to wait in the street! But it really worth it!

Good Rolled Ice Cream!

Its a rigamarole to get ice cream because theres always a long line and they take awhile to make it, but this might be the best ice cream Ive ever had. Just be prepared to wait and possibly go deaf from the loud music in here. Across the street from La Concha.

Great hidden-gem in Condado. A 10-min walk from the AC Condado hotel. It gets pretty busy and packed because of how small the location is but dont be fooled, its well worth it. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. You can see the start of the process from milk to ice cream. We got the oreo option and it starts off as an oreo crumbled up over the flat freezer with milk and the mashed and pounded with spatulas until they roll up your icecream into your containers. Well worth the experience! They do accept credit cards.

Best ice cream around. If you havent tried rolled up ice cream, then this is the place to stop by.
