It was a quick and easy experience. Lady that was working there was knowledgeable and friendly. Rates were competitive.

They are price gouging the community during a time of need. I was in there 2 months ago and they were charging $60 above spot price to buy 1oz of gold. I called the other day to buy some gold coins and they were now charging $120 above spot per oz and $30 above spot for 1/10thoz coins. I went down in person about 10 minutes later and they raised it to $125. The girl working the counter said it’s because it’s more expensive for them right now... that’s a lie. They are being greedy and price gouging. If things get back to normal I will only buy/sell gold with a more honest company. I could never support a company that takes advantage of people in times of need.

Lady was great she walked me through the process made sure to ask permission many times before doing things like pulling watches apart. (They do melting value not resale so only hold parts are weighed) and in the end I walked away with cash for things I could not or would not use. Good place.

Fast and easy with a trustworthy staff that doesnt change

Called ahead to ask what they paid for silver and they told me $1.00 under spot price, but once in the store they were only willing to pay $2.00 under spot price. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody except those in desperation.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Just called to ask a simple question and got extreme attitude from these people. So so extremely rude, I would ONLY recommend if you want to be made uncomfortable by people who think they’re better than you. Shaking my head. HORRIBLE customer service.

Went in to sell some silver coins. Cynthia told us she didnt pay premium price for coins only silver value, yet right behimd her is a display of collectible coins! She then appraised our silver at silver prices minus her fee (10 to 18% as she worked it out). She gave us the value of $2,197.00. Wrote out a receipt and gave us the money. Later that night she called and stated shed made a mistake and she should have only given us one third as much. We said wed be n the next day and bring her the money, which we didnt have to do but we felt it was the right thing to do. When I got there she had yet another new price and wanted $594.00. I feel like it was a catch and release scam. I am not at all pleased. Ive written to the BBB about this incident.

The only reason why I gave a star its cuz it was open when they said they were other than that one of the worst places you can go to trade in your gold or any other item

I went there in desperation with jewelry. I should have walked out but didn’t it was my own fault. But she totally ripp d me off. I thought she gave me back some of the jewelry but she didn’t. She also lied and told me the shop I was headed to was closed. It wasn’t. They are crooks as far as I am concerned. While I was there a woman came in trying to get her stuff back. I should have known then. Like I said it was my fault I let them take advantage of me. Dont trust them!
