I can’t say enough great things about this shop. The folks are always super professional and knowledgeable, and they have the best prices I’ve found anywhere. They have a 24-hour turnaround on repairs but sometimes they get it done way faster than that! Plus the owner is awesome.

Great experience with Galaxy. My bike went in originally for a broken wheel replacement, and I decided to replace the rear chainring and chain and get a tune-up and wash as well. I appreciate that the pricing is well-known ahead of repairs, and the work was performed quickly.After I picked up my bike, I discovered that my bike need additional adjustment, and Andy (owner) quickly discussed with me what I needed he addressed the issues when I brought my bike back.Galaxy stands behind their work and ultimately ensures that you are satisfied with your experience. Im not local to the store, but Im sure that I will be back.

Went there twice with some smaller problems with my bicycle and both times the guys there took care of it immediately. On top of that, the prices are really fair. Couldnt ask for more in a local bicycle shop.

Can’t say enough great things about these guys. About a year and a half ago I decided to get back into cycling after 25 years of not riding. They set me up with a great starter bike and after 1500 miles on it I upgraded to a much better bike which I also purchased from them. The service has been absolutely outstanding and their advice has been exceptionally great on getting the most out of my rides.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me honest pros and cons to different bike and accessory choices and options. I will be going there again soon for more accessories for the bike I bought there. Love this place!

What a service and amazing people!Ive bought my second bike here. Joel was so calm and helped with adjusting everything I asked for. Even went out of his way to help take out the front wheel as he was leaving for the day(it was 7:20 and they close at 7). I drive all the way from Austin and its definitely worth it. The other bike shop from Austin would not even remotely care as much about my bike.Thank you guys for being so good at what yall do!

Ok yall, this shop has 5 star reviews for a reason. Today, Ram helped me find the bike I needed. He was VERY patient with my lack of knowledge and explained things to me in a kind way (without being condescending) and let me try out a few bikes. I left with what I needed (despite this crazy supply chain issues all over the world - Thanks COVID) This shop is exactly why you should purchase your bike locally. The prices are fair, the customer service is excellent, and I left feeling good about the money I had spent. Fair warning - I have been to several bike stores as of 8.15.21 and the inventory is slim everything, Galaxy was the best I could find in terms of choices. Will be going back.

I love these guys! They ways tell it to you straight and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. If you need a new bike, or just need your bike tuned up or fixed, head on over. They will treat you right.

I like the guys that run this shop. They do good work and provide valuable advice. They have more retail space than the shop downtown did. We all need a place that can handle repairs and provide spare parts and supplies. Help support this shop support you. Maybe some items cost more but through your support you can have a place where you can take your bike to fix loose spokes, leaky hydraulics, or a bent derailleur hanger.

Havent been to the new location yet, but Im sure everything about The Hub will carry over, because the strength of this store is its people.In terms of service, hands-down the best shop Ive encountered (out of dozens, and have worked in four). Level of skill, amount of knowledge, and unheard-of turnaround time are unmatched. Even for unusual/specialty bikes. Fair pricing, too.Old store was small and had limited selection, but everything chosen for their shelves was good quality without being overpriced. Can only imagine thats still the case, but with better selection in a larger store.If I lived in Austin, Id probably make the drive to have my bike serviced here. Lucky me, I dont have to go far!Keep up the good work, guys.

Spoke with someone over the phone. They were unwilling to replace a broken spoke on my tire as it is an e-bike, though I already sourced and bought the spokes. Really a bummer for all the great things Ive heard about this place, but thats money walking out that I have to give to another bike shop.

Ive used Galaxy for a few repairs in the recent past. Different bikes and different problems. Everything was taken care of within 24hrs and done well. Todays service was taken care of on the spot and free of charge. Ill be using them in the future. Open 7 days a week and great service.
