Gabriel was able to come out the same day. He was ready to fix my motor but I wanted new equipment since it was 20 yrs old. He never tried to upsell me. He had to order the parts and had it by 9 am the next morning. He has worked on three different garage doors in the past for me & is always prompt & professional. I wouldn’t call anyone else. Courteous, quick, and clean work. Gabe and his partner showed up on time, quickly looked at the problem, gave a quote and the usual this is what I expect it to be unless a problem shows up we cant see, but my 20 years in this business tells me Im right, and he was. I had a broken spring; both were replaced as they should, and he tuned up my door as well. I highly recommend this company.

The guys at California Coastal Garage Door have come to my rescue more than once. Most recently, my garage door jammed with my car inside the garage - I was trapped! I left a message at 7:30am, which was returned in 5 minutes. Fred was very helpful and rearranged their routes in order to get out to me quickly. Gabriel showed up at 8:30. He was friendly, competent and quick. I was able to keep all of my appointments that day without missing a beat! I’ve only needed their service a few times, but each time has been a positive experience. I don’t call anyone else.

Arrived two days after I called. Technicians were on time. Explained in detail the problem and the recommended repair.Work completed in a professional manner..One recommendation, when the technician is not on duty, he cannot answer the company cell phone and there is no message, so I called a different number the second day and received good service. Put a message on the cell phone so it does not continue to ring

CCG is the ONLY garage repair that I would ever recommend. I have used them for years and they are always capable, polite, and honest. Gabriel in particular is fantastic. Knowledgeable, and always looking to make sure stuff is not only fixed, but suggests ways to prevent future problems. Id give 6 stars if I could.

I had a problem with my garage door not opening, but they were busy and unable to come out. I was given a suggestion to check the breaker box. After I did the problem was solved. Free advise that solved my problem was totally unexpected. Will use them in the future and strongly recommend them.

Hope this helps home and business owners looking for a FIRST-CLASS, professional organization. Heres what you need to know. . .18 months ago we had new garage doors installed. The company that did the work is growing (maybe a little too fast?). Their tech made a number of mistakes that were putting a lot of stress on our two-door garage door causing the bracket holding the trolly track to the door to pull out of the door.I communicated with the company that installed our three new doors. Wanted $142 to come out and fix the problem. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!Called Jim and arranged to have him come out and tell us why we had this problem. Jim and Gabe showed up right on time, identified a bow in the door, and determined it was because the door tracks had been set up too high.As a result of the improper installment of the tracks, the door was getting jammed up into the door openers trolly track (the part of the device that actually pulls the door up and lowers it).This evidently caused the trolly track bracket to pull out of the door, and caused the door to bow when it was opened. To get the door down, we had to push the door open/close button several times before it would close the door (thats how jammed up the door was under the trolly track). Now, its one push on the button and down the door goes!Jim and Gabe got to work fixing everything. Lowered the door tracks, put the correct type of bracket on the door (one that was designed to lift our much heavier insulated doors), and were done in about 15 minutes.THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY THEM!!!
