Ice cream is great. Its awesome watching you do your thing on the cold stone too. But I cant help wonder if you would get the order right the first time if your employees took the earphones out of their ear when talking to customers. 🤷‍♂️

Horrible employees. Made us wait outside because there was 1 group of 3 people in the building. Then they were pushy and rushed us. We felt like we had no time to decide what to order. Bad experience!

Went in there today for the first time in a long time. I always knew the ice cream never melted like real ice cream, so I thought I would check them out again for a milk shake on a hot day. Went inside and the kids working there showed me a small plastic cup and then maybe a 12 oz. cup. These were the 2 milkshake sizes. The bigger of the two which is about the size of a standard In N Out shake is a whopping $8.99 including a single mix in. More mix ins cost even more. This is their chocolate ice cream ingredients from their own website: Milkfat and Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Whey, Cocoa processed with Alkali, Mono and Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Polysorbate 80, Cellulose Gum, Carrageenan. I asked if that price was in US dollars it was so unbelievable. Way over priced for a cold chemical product. I walked out and left the place empty. My advice: hit up a place like Handels or Freddys, get some chocolate or vanilla, break a Mr. Goodbar into it which is 2 mix ins (chocolate pieces and peanuts) and be happy you avoided the Coldstone chemistry lab.

For 3 years I have come to this location and never had a complaint. Good attention, very nice people working here! 5 starts always but today, I asked for more fudge chocolate on top of my chocolate devotion, and they charge me $1.99 for nothing! Really for nothing! So disappointed! 😖 zero starts today! 😭

Called at 9:30 to see if they were still open. Kid sounded like he was lying when he said they were closed. Their store hours clearly say close at 10:00My wife called and they said their stone was broken so they couldn’t serve anything and had to close early.Some straight bs

Dont waist your time they sell candy apples supposedly but have gone multiple times and have no selection. Management must not care. When I asked if they can make it they told me No. Guess they dont like to work.

I live deep down in Escondido, and I will drive past another Cold Stone any day just to come to this location. Staff here have always been very polite, professional, and helpful! And for some reason, the vibe at this location has always been my favorite! Keep up the great work!!

Horrible ice cream. Tooo expensive

Soon as I walked in, it smelt delicious like diabetes and sugar rush. I ordered a small half cake batter with half oreo cream fill ice cream; mixed with whipped cream, and lemon cake. 🍦🍧

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. We bought two caramel apples and when we got home one was rotten and had mold in it. We called and they told us to bring it back into the store only for them to tell us that they couldnt find the transaction and we would have to speak to a manager who wasnt going to be there until Wednesday. Weve left several messages no one has returned your call we are very disappointed with this situation customer service there sucks.

Employees are really nice. In the Walmart shopping center. The prices are a bitg high, like most ice cream/fro yo places. Decent variety of flavors. Good place to stop by for a quick, yummy dessert.

A typical cold stone, which is always great, but this one also has a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside which is even more awesome. Both were great!

We found a cockroach and we told an employee and she did nothing about it. She just said oh really. VERY GROSS AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

We bought a birthday cake with spiderman theme but the cream is so bitter . I dont know why it was bitter. they didnt even refund for the such a bad cake

I didnt get anything from here only because the guy serving announced he was sick and after witnessing him not wear gloves decided there were a few holes in the customer service effort. Store looked clean though.
