The Thai tea with boba was delicious! And so was the ice cream.

Great service, great location and great tasting offerings! I think this is place that has to be tried if you are in town, tried a few things but I really loved the watermelon lemonade with mango boba!

Loved the ice cream. I bought my wife the Natella Ella Ella ice cream and Milk tea with Boba. I bought myself the passion fruit boba tea. And the rest of the family bought assorted ice cream. We really enjoyed the ice creams and teas. We enjoyed the staff who served us with a smile and were courteous to our family. Will come definitely come back when we come back to town. A great place to come to for hot summer days like today.

Delicious ice cream with a twist (or roll). Fun concoctions and sundaes with boba tea if you are lactose like me. Kinda pricey but it’s a fun experience.

Loved this place! Hipster spot in downtown San Marcos. Ambience was pretty chill. Restrooms very clean. Customer service was great... friendly workers and wait was not long at all since there were so many workers ensuring fast service. But most importantly, the ice cream was delicious. Recommend the Fudge That on Taco shell. Parking was easy. Will definitely be back!

Really good ice cream. Better than marble slab. The place is kinda sterile, could use some more cozy decor. Its also expensive. $6.50 per cup. But since its so good, its pretty worth it. They also have ice cream tacos and buns. The strawberry cheesecake and espresso flavors are top notch.

The ice cream was overpriced and not worth the hype. The boba was good and the Thai coffee was ok. My kids thought the ice cream lacked in flavor and they could taste flavors from what ever ice cream was mixed before theirs. We were very disappointed.

Love this place!! Was visiting my cousin at the University and stumbled on this place for a cold snack. The space is really cute and the rolls themselves are pretty unique! What else do you need besides ice cream when it’s 100 degrees out?! There was a line but it moved pretty fast. Great service and cool idea. I will definitely be back. :)

The employees were not knowledgeable about gluten, but were happy to accommodate and modify recipes to meet our needs. Good ice cream and its fun to watch them make it. It is a little overpriced, though.

After watching all the videos of this new phenomenon, I finally gave in and gave it a try. Its fun food and tastes really good too. The price point at $6.50 is perfect. Lots of flavor choices. The toppings and drizzles are unlimited on the first round. $1 each afterwards. The ice ream is surprisingly creamy after the sub polar temps fall to a edible realm. Its a good show with a great finished product. I had cookies and cream drizzled with caramel, peanut butter and chocolate. I would say that it was good but I honestly prefer Cold Stone Creamery over this.

Drove past this place a few times, decided to give it a go. My expectations weren’t that high, but wow, it was amazing. I ordered the Donut bun coffee flavor, definitely gonna have to try the other flavors later on. Staff was friendly, the decor and atmosphere is pretty great, nothing too fancy. Overall, A+++. If you’re looking for a quick bite, you won’t be disappointed :)

Just what we needed on this hot afternoon. The Avocado Alamo had just the right amount of sweetness and the almonds and coconut complimented it very well. No it did not taste like straight up avocado. Slight hint but I think it added to the creaminess.

This place was amazing. The staff was super kind and patient as my daughter took a moment to decide while in line. It is super fun for everyone to watch the staff make your order through the window and it turns pit beautiful. I am definitely coming back her as soon as possible!

Got tired of seeing such amazing treats on Instagram, luckily found this wonderful place and got to try a Bun sandwich which is basically the homemade chopped/rolled ice cream you see in the video (I got red velvet oreo icecream) and the bun is a donut just without icing. They have a large variety of toppings, and ice cream combinations. And yes that is a toast marshmallow in my picture. So sweet, so worth it. Lovely workers, nice music, great first experience. Definitely recommend and will come back soon. Side note: they have alot of options like smoothies, boba tea, coffee, a bun sandwich, Ice cream taco, and the traditional rolled ice cream. They might have more than that, but thats what I could remember off the top of my head.

Good new place. I wish there was some more flavor options, or a way to at your own topping choices into the flavors when they are made. A little expensive. But a great experience for people who have never had rolled ice cream. The strawberry cheesecake flavor is good.

It was amazing! Ive been wanting to go since it opened but never had the chance to until recently. For coffee ice cream fanatics, try the number 8. I added peanut butter sauce, condensed milk, and chocolate chips. I was excited by the taste. The show is pretty cool too! They have a technique they use to roll up the ice cream. Definitely worth a visit!

The place had a nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful to us first timers. We got the ice cream rolls as a cup and took the spoons that were offered. Those spoons were really cheap and I snapped two of them digging in on those rolls. I think am option that would be better would be chopsticks. The rolls are dense but hold their form really well.

Lots of flavors to choose from, and lots of fun! Start by picking your favorite flavor. Your ice cream starts off as a liquid which is poured over a frozen metal surface, then spread into a thin layer of icy goodness. Your icy goodness is peeled off of the surface and served as rolls, which you can add toppings to or flavored drizzles. It is a little pricey - but I cant give them less than 5 stars because the experience was fun, the customer service was wonderful, and the treats were delicious!

Ice cream that is made in front of you! What more is there to say? Well this place is amazing, they make the flavor you want, add all the toppings you want. It was delicious. If you have a nut allergy they do their best to accommodate you and they have one of the freezing plates reserved for nut free orders. Each serving is just the right amount of ice cream. Next time Ill have to try the taco or bun.

1st time here had no idea about it. Was told to read menu. No personal touch in service. Did enjoy what i ordered. I just like people to make an experience memorable. Didnt have that here.

I went there when we went to the river and the teas and ice cream were pretty good! They have some very tiny cute cups they use for water. Idk where they got them from but they’re so adorable because they’re miniature buffet type of cups!

The bubble tea was one of the best Ive tasted! The ice cream is thick but also good flavors. Very nice interior.

We ordered our ice cream and they completely forgot one of our orders. We have been here for 30 minutes now and still havent gotten it yet. We will never be back here ever again!! This is by far the worst service, very unorganized, and no one has a clue whats going on. And they best thing they can is sorry about that....like really???
