Mark was extremely helpful!! I just got my mattress delivered today and its even comfier than it felt in the store. I got a queen spring and wowowow is it awesome!Salesman Mark didnt hover while I needed to lay on the matresses, it was great.Only bad thing that was actually a good thing is it was kinda warm in the store. But hey! Id rather have lower prices than a cold store any day! Great customer service in and out of the store: I wasnt home when they tried to deliver the first time and my housemates didnt accept for whatever reason. They attempted a 2nd delivery and I was there. Great mattress, great store. 👍P.S. I loved the realistic spill themeing around, some of them were very realistic lol Thanks, Mark!

Really liked this place! Got lucky google maps brought me here. I went and bought a mattress and the owner (i believe mark) was super welcoming. Told him my price range for a matress and the comfort i was looking for and he not only showed me all my options but worked with me on different deals we could work out for a sweet set up. Not only walked out of there with the most comfy mattress but also a dope bed frame and some pillows all within my budget! I was happy because i spent more on my last matress i bought from denver mattress company in colorado and this bed is way better and the frame is super sick. Helped me when loading it all in the truck to. I love the spots with authentic american owners who look to serve their customers as best they can. I am going back to buy so more pieces like a dresser and a night stand. Highly recommend.

Purchased a memory foam mattress and adjustable base about a month ago. Mark has the best prices by far. We shopped around first at bigger stores like Mor and Jeromes but the customer service with Marks family run business and great prices cant be touched by his competitors. Free delivery and the product is amazing. The show room doesnt have a ton of stuff but he has books you can order from so even for a picky shopper like me, I easily found the things I want and will be back.

Lowest prices and the best customer service. You cant beat these guys. I bought the perfect day bed and memory foam mattress for far less than the chain stores. (less than half)and they delivered the same day. Let me tell ya, these guys know how to treat theyre customers rite.

Based on reviews, my wife and I drove from Diamond Bar to San Marcos. We were met by Mark. Mark was just super as he showed us what we were looking for. We asked for extra firm mattresses in both Queen and King size complete with Box spring.Mark delivered as promised. When my wife and I tried the extra firm, we realized that we had made a mistake. We drove to see Mark. Mark and his wife listened to our story. Within minutes we had agreed to do an exchange for a medium firm mattress for a small exchange fee. A few days later (today), Mark delivered our medium firm mattress.We had sent our son to receive the mattresses. He reported to us that the new mattresss were perfect and that we would be very happy.At this moment in time, we are speechless. Mark and his wife are super folks. Very caring about our comfort. Honest to a fault. They both deserve a 10 star rating. We have ordered a special bunk bed and waiting for delivery later this month. Mark showcased a mattress that had hydraulics and rainbow lights underneath.

This company was great ! Bought a king size mattress from them and it ended up being firmer than we hoped for they allowed us to swap it out no problem since we purchased the protective cover also. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful even the delivery guys were awesome !
