We had an issue with the mattress we originally got. But Ken was very understanding and was able to help my husband and I. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Responded to our emailsUPDATE: In September of 2020 I purchased a Cal King mattress. After 4-6 weeks we noticed the mattress starting to feel uneven. By November it was noticeable I thought it would get even out through time because it was brand new. The body compression on the mattress was getting worst and uncomfortable to sleep in. By January of 2021 I contacted Ken and he helped us get another mattress that was covered through the warranty. I had to send pictures of our box spring and of our frame to the manufacture to make sure that was not causing any damages to the mattress. We got the new mattress on June 2021 and SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO THE NEW MATTRESS August 2021. My husband and I went with this place because it had excellent reviews. We spend $900, I highly recommend for everyone to think twice before purchasing a mattress at this store.

Great experience. My daughter has a cat who decided to make my bed his kitty litter box. So I was I need of a mattress and ken understood the urgency. He also was kind enough to give me a waterproof mattress so if the kitty peed again my new mattress would be protected. I called about a new bed and I recieved a quick response from Ken. Yesterday I just saw the sign for the mattresses in here in fallbrook mattresses by appointment this guy can made our whole day we bought two box springs and a mattress I have never met anybody so honest so just good theres not enough stars for this guy his mattresses are awesome his box springs are awesome he delivers hes just so awesome and we had just bought a bed from somewhere else and I wanted to beat myself in the head for doing it cuz after I bought his stuff his stuff is so guaranteed and so nice and were all the way out here in fallbrook and this guy came all the way out here and brought us our mattress and our two box springs and I am so happy Ive never been more happy in my whole life and my last bed I bought a mattress and a box spring almost $2,000 and believe me I just threw it out because it was no good his stuff is guaranteed and awesome

I contacted Ken about 2-3 weeks ago after reviewing some other mattress dealers and felt like he was a better choice for what i was looking for. I was able to make a same day appointment and walked into a few clean warehouse. Ken asked me questions about what it was I was looking for never once discussing prices but actually listening to what my needs were. Ken was awesome. I didnt get a name brand mattress, but it is VERY comfortable and of good quality. Made in the USA, which I believe is more important than ever. A fancy name doesnt always mean quality, but does mean higher price (ie. Louis Vuitton $2,280 ping pong set!!!). No fancy showroom that the customers pay for and is really not neccessary for just a mattress.Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. He delivered it on a Saturday, helped carry it upstairs, and turned down the $20 I tried to tip.I was a bit skeptical of the sign at the freeway exit, but glad I took the chance. This is a two-part review. Ill be giving a new one after some time has passed and the honeymoon phase is over.I got a Queen--sized Quaker mattress (one up from his least expensive) because I believe in mattress toppers (no boxspring). I also got his last mattress cover. I laid on the next one up, and the best one, and I was happy with my choice.
