Incredibly slow. We waited for glass of Frappuccino for more than 40 minutes

Good food and drinks, but terrible service. I have received my drinks, but they have a rule that is not clearly visible limiting the amount of time I can be there. Mission & Main doesnt do this. Kicks me out for staying too long when I have stayed at another Starbucks for over an hour and I was allowed to stay.

This is one of the BEST Starbucks locations you could possibly visit! Friendly and attentive staff, they ALWAYS have my food items stocked and the drinks are made well! It does get busy but they handle it with kindness and speed! There is one shift lead in particular that is always so sweet even when she is obviously busy. Wish I could do more stars! Keep it up guys!

Terrible service, I ordered my drinks on their mobile app at 7:55 and out of frustration at 8:30 because the drinks still were not ready. On the app it had an eta of 8:10 and obviously that was wrong. 35 minutes and I was only able to get 2/3 drinks and the incorrect pastry. Good job sucking guys, I won’t be coming back here again.

Its Starbucks, yknow? Its relatively consistent, and the coffee is good. I come every week or so to get something to drink while I work on my homework. Service is fast and staff are friendly, so thats nice as well. Bit pricy, but most coffee is.

This bux is great on the mobile DRINK orders, but it took 15 mins after our drinks were done to get two (not very) warmed croissants. I wouldn’t order food if you’re in a hurry.

Busy location since accessible through mall and outside. My mobile order wasnt ready yet, but when they overheard that my number had been called and that my table was ready at a nearby restaurant in the mall, they quickly made my order. Thanks!

I ordered my traditional holiday beverage : signature hot chocolate.Again, I asked for almond milk and precise I wanted the whipped cream...and again, I had to go back cause they didnt put any whipped cream.............And this, is what I got (see pic). Its a joke right?In rush hour I can understand, but there was 1 person in the line behind me, and the place had 6 people sitting.Starbucks is getting worse and worse. I wish there was a coffe chain at Hillsdale...

Huge improvement from the past year or so. They work fast, efficiently and provide great customer service. Bathrooms are open again and the store is clean.

This location was at Hillsdale Mall and compared to my regular spot (Metro Center, FosterCity), the staff here was not as cordial or welcoming.Not greeting or thank you from the gentlemen cashier. This is completely different from what I see everyday and experience daiky at the Metro Foster City location. Im glad this isnt my regular location.

ABSOULUTLEY NOT!!! i ordered 2 LARGE drinks and recieved the smallest size. I saw the big cups in the area and being used for drinks such as mine . paying the full price $11 . the lady procceded to tell me that they didnt have ANy big cups whatsoever. On top of that the drinks were completely melted like water after sitting on thr counter whilr i wss clearly standing right infront. I asked for a cup of little whip cream for a dog wich always come free . instead i got a completley watered down cup of whip cream WICH they charged us for . and the customer service was very rude!

My daughter and I ordered some Java Chip Frappuccinos. But my drink did not right bec the staff did not read my cup what I want to add 2 more pumps of chocolate. I went back and told him about it. He gave me a new cup and tasted better. He told me other cup that I had. I gave it to my daughter.

Colorful Sign was posted for a flavored tea but the barista was not trained in making it. He said it was brand new but certainly stupid to post something and not make it available. They had the air conditioning running so much it felt like an ice box. Had to go outside. This was at Hillsdale

Was just in there to get my coffee. took for ever to order it. Had one person making drinks and one punching the drinks into the computer. And lets just say its the worst cup of coffee Ive ever had from Starbucks. Go down the street to the one on 37th I believe it is by the mattress place they make a bedspread a cup of coffee and the quicker was service

Overpriced but always consistent is why I was addicted but now just a convenient place for average coffee.

Their coffee and snacks are probably as good as any Starbucks. But they close their bathrooms early and then cannot give directions to the closest mall restrooms.

No Splenda. They said they replaced Splenda with Equal. This is the only Starbucks Ive heard of this being done.

Just got a coffee and pastry to go. Service was good, clean etc.. Like that it is open later than some locations. Have been before, comfortable also. Convenient while shopping also.

We were very disappointed here because we went for the flavored tea and they are always out or say they need to make more and will take 30 minutes. Staff is lazy but if this is your only coffee option go for it. I would rather go to Nordstrom for coffee

Nice starbucks, friendly service as always, nice indoor places to sit, also outdoor seating. Get busy with long lines. Sometimes events like jazz music are held outside the Starbucks in the summer

This is probably the worst Starbucks location that Ive been to. Ive been here twice - both times it took forever to get my order and they were incorrect. The one barista didnt seem to care and just made the drinks however he wanted. He didnt even bother checking the sticker.

The place its kinda dark and small, but has an outside patio. The floors sometimes look a little dirty and some of the chargers are missing.On the bright side the stuff is nice and friendly, I live really close and often have meetings here😊

Very disturbing i come every day of the week and atleast once a week they dont have a certian iteam i ask to order its very irritating its not that hard to take daily inventory and have what u need for your customers

Today I have a very bad experience with the cashier who taking the order for us. Shes very rude. The register is near the display of the sandwiches, cuz I dont have my glasses so I cant see what the name of the sandwich, so I pointed to the display so she can see which one I like to order and she doesnt even bother to help me and just look at where I am pointing so she can get it for me. She just standing and keeping asking me which one. What kind of customer service is that??? She should be in the front like that if she doesnt know how to do customer service. She has such an bad attitude. Her name is Lacey... And it was very busy and shes just standing there and doesnt even help out the other 2 team members...

I work in this mall and I come here or send one of my associates here everyday. Some of them are rude, most of the time theyre slow and they consistently screw up my drink. I only come here for the convenience but thatll soon stop. Im a tea drinker. Teavana is much better.

Slow slow slow service, also they didnt follow our order. The restroom is in bad conditions. Disappointed.

Nice clean and of course the snooty staff. Plenty of tables to sit and camp out at. The sbux culture is just odd. I mean this is the McDonalds of this time and they are snooty.

I like this Starbucks location because they do a great job of preparing the coffee without burning it (like many other Starbucks locations), they have a very friendly staff, and usually ample seating.

Busy even B4 Mall is open. Outdoor seating is the Bomb 😄

This location is way too busy for me. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher at Starburcks ALWAYS, and the one I got here was the most disappointing. Its like they skipped out on product, because of the amount of the people that go there.

Maybe if our friend Victor didnt interact with the employees under the presumption that they were lying, and rather simply pointed out -- in a non prick way -- the ostensible pastries in his view he would have (A) discovered they were genuinely mistaken, (B) found he wrong due to a lack salient information, or (C) made it impossible for the goon to continue lying.

For the last 4 visits, there has been an error w my order. Which is too bad, I want this store to be my favorite, since my son used to work here, but ugh.

The worst service my 2nd time there waiting for my order 4 people came in behind be got there drinks and when I said I need to get back to work she asked what I ordered made it and set it on the counter and walked away no apologies, just attitudes my first cost also to a long time,is this how they work for their tips? Never again
