I was very pleased with the quality of service, and expertise the mechanics at Valley Import Center showed my car. I had a cracked oil pan, and needed it to be replaced. The quote they gave was very reasonable, and the time estimate to fix it was accurate which was helpful for a mom of 2 to plan her day! I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail they gave. I will definitely return for car maintenance.

I would recommend this very honest business.They saved me a bunch of money: I went in thinking I had some problems with my alternator. but it turns out it was something else that I already fixed myself. Since I was already there, I decided to take care of some overdue routine maintenance and some bigger repairs (bad bushings) that Ive been putting off.

I brought my 2013 Prius in after the check hybrid system light came on. I was called after a diagnostic check was performed, and told I needed to replace the inverter. (very expensive). They took the time to check Toyotas recall list and actually found the part I needed was on the list. AND they called Toyota Walnut Creek and got me an appointment that day! Saved me a bundle of $$$! I had such an AMAZING experience here. I was referred by my mother who does nothing but rave about how amazing they are. I was not disappointed!The car was turned over really quick, and they gave me the run down about what was happening with my car, and what they would recommend going forward. I also felt really confident about the price, which I feel like is hard to come by with shops. They were really upfront and I didnt feel like they were trying to get me to upgrade or buy services AT ALL. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

As usual Jeff and company did a great servicing on my car. Also I had a blowout and called them up from the freeway because I could not find the jack or lug wrench. They were able to tell me where to find them so I was able to put the spare on my car and head on over to their shop. They were also able to fit me in for a servicing. We have been taking our cars to Valley Imports for about 18 years now and always get a high quality job done. They can fix cars and fix them good. They use quality parts and are very thorough. Not cheap but more than worth it for reliability. Owner run shop and it always shows. Tuesday the battery light comes on and I call Valley Imports. I know the battery is good, so Mark says dont drive around like that and bring it in that day as it most likely some type of Electrical problem. Accommodated me when I really needed it. Same afternoon they have it checked and diagnosed and I need a new alternator. Wednesday they do the repair and our car is rolling and we are back on the road in tip top shape that day. Their online appointment scheduling tool is great! I scheduled an appointment Sunday night, and they were able to see me Monday morning. I had high quality, efficient service. Just Terrible ! Was charged $85 for a Brake inspection that wasnt disclosed at time of appointment scheduling only to learn after that other shops do it for free. When I asked about it I was told Oh well, to bad !Felling ripped off. Lots of auto shops in San Ramon... I would try one of the others.

As always, they are on time. I will continue to take my 10-year old SUV here.

This is the second time I have had a vehicle serviced at San Ramon Valley import center and both times have been amazing. They take great care of me and my cars. I recently purchased a used Lexus and took it in to have them look it over and do an oil change. Jeff was super helpful and informative. Took the time to assure me that I purchased a good car and gave me his recommendations on what needed to be done service wise. Ultimately the timing belt needed to be done but it was the length in which Jeff went to to reassure me that it was a crucial service. When I picked my car up he took the time to show me the old belt which was badly warped and cracked and in DESPERATE need of replacing. Once I saw that belt I knew it was absolutely necessary to do and he saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by recommending the service. So while no one ever wants to spend money on a car service I’d much rather pay to service a working and running car rather than to replace an engine altogether. So if you’re on the fence about a good shop look no further. They take real good care of their customers and I’ll be going back anytime I need something.

This shop is awesome! I brought my 2003 Mercedes ML 350 in for service and wasnt quite sure what to expect. I read from the Yelp reviews that these guys were fair and would not try to sell you service that you did not need.I needed a maintenance B (whatever that is) and to check the A/C (it wasnt working). I worked with Mark and he explained everything in a manner that I could understand.Mark let me know what was critical, what could wait, and what was up to me if I wanted to spend the money.I was very pleasantly surprised when what I actually paid was less than the estimate that he presented.I will and have already recommended their shop to to anyone that needs to have their car serviced.I know I have found my shop any car that I own.Thank you Valley Import Center!

I had an aftermarket bump steer kit installed on my car.. it misaligned the front wheels.. these guys not only aligned the four wheel to factory spec, they even looked up the installed bump steer kit specs to make sure it would work nicely with my car.. my car drives and handles beautifully.Thank you.

I am very impressed with these guys! I wanted to have my front and rear wheel alignment checked on an SUV and found that it needed to be slightly adjusted. I was able to set up an early morning appointment and they got it done in no time flat. I decided to wait around the area (had some breakfast at a local location, and walked back and it was done). Very professional people and they were very informative to describe what exactly was done. Computer printout showed the before and after. Great job! Will use these guys again for other services too!

Great service. Love working with these guys. Im pretty particular about my 2003 BMW convertible. They take excellent care of it. Latest service was for a full, four wheel brake job. We discussed the pros and cons of the different brake pad choices. Came up with one that solved my brake dust/dirty wheel problem. Ive been going to them for many years now. Had my 2000 Audi TT serviced. Work included oil change, replacement of water pump and timing belt, and fixing an annoying squeak in the left front of the car. Mark Williams kept me informed of the progress of the work and gave me up to date cost estimates. All work was done perfectly and costs were less than projected due to a 15% Costco discount on parts.

I was hesitant to skip using the dealer for repairs but Im glad I did. They didnt sell me anything I didnt need for my scheduled maintenance, unlike the dealer, and the price was MUCH more reasonable. Theyre pros.

Great service, reasonable rates, convenient, and very professional staff. After researching the shop, I was already impressed with their credentials including the Diamond Certification. I bought in my 2004 BMW X5 to have an expensive part of the engine repaired. The cost was less than the E. Bay BMW dealer and the repair was completed right on time and the SUV is running great! So after the very positive first visit with San Ramon Valley Import Center, I brought in my second car, a 2009 Civic Hybrid, to have minor services done, when went very well, again. Then being very satisfied with the shop, I brought in my 3rd vehicle, a 1998 Toyota Sienna, to have a series of work done like rear shocks, side auto window, dashboard lights, dome lights etc. Everything was repaired at a very reasonable price and the van now runs much better than before. Any questions/concerns that I had before and after the repairs, were professionally answered and taken care of. This is a great auto repair shop. Not only can I get my vehicles repaired at a reasonable cost, they have a professional staff, courtesy shuttle, and a 2 year warranty that no other shops that I know of has. I have total satisfaction and peace of mind after bringing my vehicles here for repair!

My son was there and they asked him $500 just for diagnostics an 18 years old Nissan. I owned many cars including Mercedes GL which is not cheap in maintenance and I never heard crazy price like this just for diagnostics. I’m scared how much they charge for repairs.

My BMW needed a new radiator so I called around for quotes. Jeff from Valley Import was extremely professional and was happy to give me a quote over the phone. The amount he gave me was the complete price with taxes included. I hate it when you get a quote but the tax is not included as that could be a substantial amount depending on the services being performed. Valley Imports price was very competitive so I chose to have the work done and couldnt have been happier. I was able to email Jeff the night before bringing in my car so that he could have the part ready in the morning. I dropped off my car, rode my bike home and rode back in the afternoon when the job was completed (earlier than expected too.) The final invoice was the same price as the quote-no extra parts or materials were necessary as everything else looked fine. I will happily return when I need work done on my car and Im very happy to have found this repair shop in my community. Thank you Jeff and Valley Import Center.

My car engine suddenly started misfiring so I took it to a garage I had been to before for a fix. Their estimate was a bad cylinder (valve) which would cost about $3.5K. I was concerned as garage was under new ownership and I didnt want to spend the money until I had a second opinion. I received an email from Valley Import just when I needed a second opinion on my car (It was perfect timing). So, took the car (4 Runner) and Im so glad I did as Valley Import did an outstanding job troubleshooting the engine. It wasnt a bad cylinder costing $3.5K, but a bad spark plug wire, which costs 1/10th the costs. As my car was due for some general maintenance work, I also had the timing belt replaced and a few other much needed fixes. My car has 192 K Miles and now runs like a champ. Thanks to Mark and the mechanics.

This is the 2nd year that I brought my car Valley Import Center in San Ramon for an annual checkup and some major electronic repairs. A critical electronic component needed to be replaced but was not available until the end of the week. By the end of the week, I was informed to wait for another week as the component had not been shipped from Germany to the supplier in Concord yet. By the end of next week, the supplier still had not had the component yet. On the following week the component arrived and I got my car back. I was lucky not needing a car during those 2 weeks. I wished that I have had my car to drive while the part was being ordered (I dont know, may be its just too much trouble for the shop to re-install the old component while the part was being ordered).My car was fixed to my satisfaction. There was no unnecessary repair or extra charge. The car was taken to a car wash before giving back to me. I lived in Danville about 7 miles away and was given a ride to my home after dropping my car and a ride from my home to pick up the car.Its very easy to make an appointment and the staff were courteous. The price was reasonable.

Jeff took one second at the hood latch that was having trouble latching, and fixed it in 30 seconds. Didnt charge me for anything. I chose this place because Andrew at Premier Auto Service referred it to me since they were too busy. I chose both places because they both sounded nice on the phone. The other places I called sounded too impatient to deal with my hood latch.

For over 15 years I took my cars to San Ramon Valley Imports and got excellent service every time. Even tough jobs like replacing the electro-hydraulic power steering they did proficiently and rapidly. Jeff, Mark and Sun were always clear on what needed to be done and what it would cost. I recently moved to SoCal so I shall have to go elsewhere for repairs My loss.

We found San Ramon Valley Import online and based on the good reviews we decided to give them a try. I had a bad experience with another local mechanic in San Ramon so I was uneasy. They worked on our 2006 Toyota Prius and from the beginning, Jeff kept us informed and gave us a break down of what they were doing. Not once did I feel like he was trying to over sell us on something that wasnt needed. He was honest and up front and this is truly something you just dont get from many mechanics or car dealers for that matter.
