The worst service I ever got .I been there twice I never had a problem.This time the both front guests and lady was supposed to help me were extremely rude I ended up canceling my appointment .You lost my business.

Maria was my waxer & she was SUPER accommodating considering this quarantine wax she had to do! She was friendly & professional & i would ask for her if you came. Front desk staff was friendly as well.

Ive been coming to the EWC in San Ramon since it opened. The staff is super friendly, the establishment is clean and comfortable! MOST importantly, the waxing experience is great! I have been seeing Stephanie now for a year. She does and awesome job and is always personable. Im never in tears when I leave, like I have been in other places that do waxing. Thank you!

Apparently theres a manager at this location who never seems to actually manage the store and any escalations. I too have called several times to be told the manager is not there but they will relay the message and call me back. Not only that but, I also left a message on his voice mail. Originally I had called to speak with the manager because I had a terrible waxing experience. I have been to the European Wax Center several times and to this location, I find that most of the good people who work there dont end up working there for long because usually when I go back I have to schedule with somebody new. I believe the waxer I saw was Mercedes, she was a very sweet girl however I noticed the next day that for some reason most of my hairs had been broken rather than being pulled out. I needed a credit for a free wax being that I paid $60 for a Brazilian wax that looked more like a buzz cut than a Brazilian wax. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location even though I prefer this location*UPDATE* 10/07/2016I was contacted by someone shortly after writing my review who apologized and informed me that the location is now under new management. He offered a replacement wax for me but unfortunately, I have not been able to use it as it was only good at this location. I went to the Dublin location, where Ive never had a problem and realized then that the free wax was only for San Ramon location. I will update my review when I feel like taking another chance with the San Ramon location.

Super frustrated over payment dispute. Was promised several times that manager will call me back & straighten out my account (theyve overcharged me by more then $400) since April - get no answers from anyone...Came by location a few times - manager never there... Guess credit card dispute will be a better option at this point.

Rushed. Herded from the lobby & out the door like livestock.Esthetician was mechanical, lacked technique & rushed through my waxing. Looked over the bill & was overcharged so I called & couldnt get a manager. Tried several times over the next 2 days to get someone & no luck. Went back to the shop & of course no manager. Skin was red & swollen for two days & now theres some pretty bad bumps. Makes me wonder if they used the proper product & application.

I always see Eunice and she is the best.

Ive been coming to European Wax Center for about 3 months now. Every experience I have had has been super professional and executed well. I highly recommend booking with EWC. Staff is super friendly and extremely skilled in waxing.

*EDITED REVIEW*Initial review: With any waxing place, your experience always depends on customer service. Ive been to a few European Wax Centers and this was probably my worst experience. The waxer didnt even wait for the wax to dry before she tried to pull it off. They had me out the door in 20 minutes with irritated skin and broken hairs. Im not really sure how they hire people, but yikes.If youre going to try this place out, dont try getting a last minute appointment because their good waxers are probably booked. Look out for waxers mentioned in different reviews and try to book your appointment with an experienced waxer.Edit:After writing the review I was contacted by this location and they did everything they could to make sure that my opinion was taken into consideration and tried to make it better. They set me up with a more experienced waxer and Ive enjoyed both of my experiences after.I still stand by the statement that you should find a good waxer. Clearly it makes a difference! Leah is great!
