Clean and safe place for pharmacy and last min grabs.Seems to be busy these days, but I also see as many staff at the pharmacy counter. May be few more at the check out counter in the front would help foot traffic in and out quickly

Refuse to price match their own website. Buy elsewhere or order ahead for pick up if you want reasonable pricing. Many items are marked up 100% over their online advertised pricing.

The farmacy employees dont know what they are doing, 0 stars training employees is important, that way customers dont waste their time :(

I went to your prescription dept. to pick up a couple of prescriptions. I dropped the prescription slip & was told to come back after 45 minutes. I came back an hour later. I waited in the pick up while the clerk was busy doing paper work. She called me when her attention was called by a supervisor. Then I customer was told to wait for another 15. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes while the pharmacy has a full staff. You have a a very lousy & discourteous customer. This is my last I’ll ever enter your Windermere Store in San Ramon. They are so disgusting. I just had a tooth extraction before noon today & its past 4pm.

The managers should be fired. Not helpful at all. Creating a culture of not helping clients. This place is not helpful at all. Very few staff that are willing to help, but the rest arent helpful. My request for the managers. If you dont want to help, please leave, there are many people that are looking for a job.

I saw Staff doesnt want to help DoorDash drivers because of a direct instruction from the manager. I didnt respect that. These drivers are helping your clients and not respecting them is not respecting your clients.In a different visit, I saw an old man needs help but the manager was stubborn about a something doesnt make any sense.I saw that and I was so upset. Thats so bad. I think the manager should be educated and know that we are all human being and we need each other. This place needs a reformation

**** Very Bad Customer Service ****Selected 1 star as I could not give ZeroI ordered prescription and requested for Home Delivery. This has happened 2 times already. Both the times I called to check on the status of the delivery and they mentioned the packet is still sitting at their store FEDEX did not pick it up it seems ( 3-5 days no pick up ) something wrong with your store operations. If its not picked up then some one should call the FedEx and mention that to them.Especially the Manager of the store she is very rude and hang up on me. same with another employee guess Walgreens teaches them that way to deal with the customers if the customer question anything.Walgreens if you cannot deliver products ( especially prescriptions ) on time please do not give that option so that customers can make a decision to do business with you or not.

Lack of communication especially about COVID tests.

I like the addition of the drive thru. Expect the wait to feel a little longer in drive thru and you will have to be able to reach out your window to sign papers and retrieve ur meds. Wait times are good when I go. There’s usually only one other person when I come in. Friendly staff. My only complaint is getting a flu shot. The pharmacist who works here moves very quickly/ kind of urgently. I was hoping with a flu shot, he would know to move a slower. Getting my flu shot was not gentle at all. If you are sensitive or are bringing a kid, I would go elsewhere. Other than that, great store, updated, clean, convenient, and easy.

Great convenient place to do some shopping. But I do have an issue with this place. For some reason, they have a hard time keeping drinks cold. By this I mean numerous times I have come in to buy a plain 20 oz. coca cola and their refrigerator has not a single coke on its racks. They have many other drinks, including other flavors of coke but not the plain coca cola. To make matters worse, on nearly all those occasions I noticed end of isle displays that have dozens of 20oz. cokes displayed as if someone wants to come in and buy warm soda. Why, I ask does this repeatedly happen? Literally just came from the store, no cokes in refrigerator but had a coke ad display, no joke, one foot away from the refrigerator that had about 75 20oz bottles of coke. I nearly laugh out loud because of how silly it looks. This is the only issue I have with this store. Someone in charge of stocking and keeping the fridge stocked doesnt appear to be doing their job.

Some of the workers at the drive-thru are not helpful and not willing to help you from explaining the medicine and not friendly at all

Poor customer service. I asked what time the western union open the guy said I think its open now. I said do u no for sure? And he said I dont no just come at 9. Maybe customer service class would help him. Or actually checking and learning information about the store. That would be great.

Horrible service I only walked in their twice and cant ever walk out thankful. My first bad experience was the pharmacy and now its the photo department. Why in the world would I get an email saying order is ready for pick up and arrive to nothing because they dont have that photo size paper in stock then I go with another size and dont have it either.. So therefore I choose a smaller size photo print out and expect me to resubmit my order and wait 2 more hours.. Not convenient when you live across town and with 3kids. Personal will benefit from training. Have poor customer service.

Excellent staff.Free parking lot. Weekly ads and in store specials. Wine and beer sold here only. Great place for quick shopping visits and medical rx and care.

Completely unprofessional staff

The Rx Staff has little to no empathy for people who are in chronic pain. Ive been forced to use this location since the greedy corporation closed the Walgreens near my house. After 6 months July 2020 should be my last time in this retail store. Im switching to Safeway Rx because of the rx staff at this Walgreens who do not wear face covering during this PANDEMIC are awful.

Probably the best pharmacy Ive ever been to.

Its nice to have a store that is walking distance from home. We jog past this location frequently and since they support android pay I can stop in and get a Gatorade or water or whatever without having to bring my wallet. We have stopped in a couple times in the last couple of days to check it out and everyone has been very friendly.

Pharmacy definitely needs a new clock. They mostly seem to be in a rush to shutdown earlier than the posted Close time.

Always clean, well stocked, organized and they promptly answer the phone. The employees are welcoming and very helpful. Very convenient location with plenty of parking and available shopping carts

Very hostile, very rude, completely unprofessional.Should not b working in the medical profession at all. Theres easy access to this store. Its usually not very crowded.

Store is nice and conveniently located, but the pharmacy staff did not appear to be friendly. But that seems the case for most Walgreens pharmacies.

Nice,clean and welcoming place. Bit expensive compare to other drug store but conveniently located on Bollinger + Windermere pky for last min errands.

I like this store I feel conthrable when I get in side with my dad and mom and my family

Space is nice personnel would benefit from training.
