Very good gelato! Very friendly customer service too. I liked the options available on the day we went but it will be great if there are some coffee flavors available as listed in their menu. I would like to try more options.Not too pricey. Please add more spread available to order.

They need to have a couple permanent items on the menu. For vegan they should always have either a toasted hazelnut, chocolate, etc. For dairy options pistachio is really good as well. Quality is great but we go far leas than we would like to because the flavors on offer are too inconsistent.

Much better than Salt & Straw IMO. The Gelato is creamier and tastier. The only thing I wish was better ate the waffle cones. If we get fresh waffle cones like S&S, then I would never go to S&S.

Great place for gelato with variety of flavors, some unique. There was sour cherry chip, milk & fig, cremino (similar to Nutella), capriccio (it had chocolate wafers in it)I got a kid-size cup of Pear & Chocolate. Really nice pear flavor with chocolate shavings. Perfect sweet tooth fix!

Even with Corona Virus running rampant, this was such a treat to stop by at! Very friendly staff, and was able to taste everything wanted to before I chose what to get. Hazelnut, coconut, and chocolate, you cannot go wrong! I also asked for a flavor that wasnt on display and they had it prepackaged in the back:) such good service, and quality Gelato

Not as good as the SF shop. There are less customers and the gelato is not as fresh as SF. Still a good gelato for Bay Area. I wish it was as good as their SF location. Their SF shop is the best gelato shop in the west coast.

Ask detailed information about the ingredients of their ice cream. The store in SF could benefit from more cleanliness and hygiene. Not all staff is nice and kind. Guido, one of the owners, is a bully.

Wonderful gelato, with very fresh and flavorful ingredients. Their gelato is a lighter, milkier style. I tried the passionfruit, chocolate hazelnut and strawberry and all were excellent. The fruit flavors were especially good, but there are lots of flavors, so I look forward to trying more. We will definitely be back.
