They give you appointments that you didnt ask for in a middle of a pandemic. What is this kind of business to push us to come as cases are up and up!. They send you messages a few times a week for reminder and they dont give you the lenses information when they give you your glasses, except if you ask for it when you see that you dont have them, because you want another opinion. I left for another one recommended for my child and that dont do that, even if doctor Na looks ok. The other one where I went, had to redo my prescription. I dont want to be pressured like that. I sent them an email to cancel the appointment I didnt ask for and now they send me messages to confirm. They will tell you thats their machine. Stop harassing people. We can choose where we go. Still in democracy. Do I need to go to better business bureau or consumer affairs?

Dr. Na is very professional and experienced. The entire crew is friendly and responsive.

I love this place! If you ever need to get an exam or just pick out frames this is the place to go. The Dr. Is amazing and so nice, very quick visits, and the entire staff is friendly. There are so many options for frames and when it comes to picking frames let NINA help you. Shes amazing at what she does. As soon as i walked in she saw my face within a few minutes she selected multiple frames she thought i would like and I loved them! Great experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have convinced me to take my vision health more seriously.

Dr Na is fabulous but dont get your glasses made by this outfit. The ladies were rude and when my lenses came back, they had substituted a cheaper lense than the one that I had from my old prescription. They said they didnt know that the lenses were not the high end ones. They said that they would remake them but it would cost another $80. I said I would pay upon arrival of the lenses since I was not happy. When the lenses came in they were the correct lenses but when she quoted another $125 I flipped. I reminded her that she quoted me $80. She said she probably made a mistake in subtraction when she quoted the $80. I paid the $80 and will never go back. Sorry Dr Na - I really liked you but your optometric operation is incompetent.

They don’t bother to call the insurance to verify. They gave me contact lenses as sample - supposed to be the same with what I ordered/use but it is a fake - or whatever you want to call it. Every time I put the sample lens, I still cannot read, have to put my glasses over it
