This Barnes & Noble is awesome. Great selection of books and a very helpful and friendly staff. This is my daughters happy place and we love spending time there.

This place is comfortable to go and read your books without it being loud or being bothered. Everyone is respectful especially the staff, they are always kind and always looking to assist people around the store. I love when I come in that they have plugs on the wall so you can be able to charge your phone or laptops. The table areas are walls clean. The environment in this city is well. I seen a group of kids storm in the store and tell and be crazy . But that was one time. Not something to worried about.

First time at Barnes & Noble and sure will be coming back XXtimes!Got ample time for selecting and browsing .. may favorite authors.The staff are happy to assist.Great place, wide selection.Definitely worth my time!

One of my favorite stores. Generally has the books I’m looking for and if not I can order it or go to a different Barnes and Noble.

I was so happy to finally visit a bookstore. It had been so so long. I went there a little late, so they were in a hurry to get me out of there. The store is super clean and organized as well

Barnes and Nobel is the last bastion of book-store asthetic, and this one is no exception. Clean, fun atmosphere, lots of great products and the staff are very helpful. Especially Nico, hell help you with whatever you need.

I was the wrong color in the wrong store in the wrong neighborhood. Got a lot of dirty stares from customers and employees alike. Still bought an Othello gameboard from here but its no wonder that online stores are destroying these brick and mortar spots.There was a young lady that was quick to dismiss my inquiries on available books. Oh well. You can have your bookstore people. Ill take my green dollars elsewhere

Nice & empty so it was easy to shop around and get assistance from employees. I noticed less food options for sale than before (outside the cafe). They rearranged the store, what looked to me as an attempt to cover up less merchandise availability. Wish they would expand the pre-teen / teen area. Not child books, not quite adult books section.

Its been a while since Ive been to Barnes & Noble. The staff was helpful and the customers were respectful regarding covid-19 recommendations. Found the books I was looking for!!

Overpriced dvds and blu Rays. Asking 4x what others charge. High pressure every time you check out at the register to join their membership plan.

Brick and mortar book store and gift shop near Santa Clarita. They have physical books, board games, kids toys as well as action figures. I love my experience here just because I find books store like this a rarity since Amazon happened. They have open samples for reading, and a discounted item section although I dont find anything interesting for me at the moment. Parking is easy.

Quite and convenient

I LOVE books, so this place is like a library, but you can have coffee and buy the books. Many people come in and read...lots of places to sit and read the book you might purchase. Everyone that works there is super helpful; Matthew and Nico were great. Lots of gift ideas besides books such as stationary, games, music, wall/desk calendars. If you love books like I do this place is a MUST anytime of the year!

Love coming here to shop or just look around. I usually look in the science books and music/movie section and I feel like they always have a really large selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful but they don’t bother you if you don’t need any help

Listened to author presentation by Joanne Fluke, a cozy crime author. Nice place to just study or get a coffee and enjoy a book. Store set up so its easy to find what you are looking for.

Had the book I wanted. The girl in the childrens section took me straight to it after quickly looking it up.There was no line and checkout was finished in a matter of seconds. The only complaint I ever have about this location is their toy section is always a huge mess. I often put the messy toys aside and shop there for childrens gifts as they have a decent selection of out of the norm gifts.Happy Shopping!

Love Barnes and Noble. Not just books, but fun toys, puzzles and other gift items. They also have a section with music, CDs and vinyl. The staff are all very helpful and there is also a Starbucks inside. If you shop here more than a couple times a year I suggest the $25 membership, which includes 10% off all purchases, free shipping on orders, and special member deals and sales throughout the year!

Love to read and enjoy the enormous book selection at Barnes & Noble. The ambiance is great for reading at the store and the clerks is very helpful. I had to order a book that wasnt at the store and the clerk was very helpful and thorough, I got an extra discount for my order. I hope Barnes & Noble will remain indefinitely, we need a hands on bookstore for those of us who enjoy holding and reading a book rather then online publications.

I am a book junkie. Barnes and Noble is the top book store in my opinion with the widest selection of almost every subject. Their staff are very helpful, if you ever need anything theyll know where to find it.

I can count on Barnes & Noble to always have the books Im looking for. Today when we went for birthday present. I was happily surprised to see that the book series I wanted to purchase was on sale! While normally the books are full price unless you have a membership, I know that I can occasionally find good sales or may even find books on the clearance table for reasonable prices. The staff were all very helpful and answer the questions my husband had about mythology books. I also found the people at the checkout counter to be equally friendly. Im very pleased with my experience.

Plenty of parking and great help as soon as you walk in the door.There is a very nice lounge area for reading and pre-reading books.Starbucks included.They did not have my book but offered free 3 day shipping and additional 10% discount.

Very friendly/fun staff! Visited childrens area with son-in-law, daughter and granddaughter for book/story time reading and activities. Interaction with other children was a delight to watch. Dan, the human catapillar paid a visit and was available for pictures with the kids!Great selection of books, games, puppets and more available to help develop young minds. Be sure to inquire about the Kids Club. Highly recommend!

The selection is fine. Friendly service. Beautiful store.But its a 3 star rating because of price. I dont understand why anyone pays cover price for a book anymore. Id rather buy used or if new from Amazon.If you love books, hate online shopping, and dont care about saving a few bucks, then youll love B&N.

A great Barnes and Noble. There are many closer options in the B&N chain that we could visit - as residents on Miracle Mile are of Los Angeles - but we often find ourselves driving awhile to revisit this our favorite in Valencia. The selection is ample and often the customer service is great too. Just went again today.

The place is amazing! The gentleman standing at the entrance all day is so nice... Even after standing there all day he will greet you smile and thank you for the visit. So many cool stuff to find... Want a light saber go there. Want the coolest hobby books crafts and ideas in a cute little section. Huge place...

I thought this place was about books...but no...my nerdy friend showed me all the secret spots within the store and this place is a treasure trove of cult memorabilia, games, books and so much more. Mind. Blown. Love this place.

The staff was actually EVERYWHERE in the store, so you could easily be helped if you had a question and they were friendly in a genuine way. Im not sure what changed but it is working!! :)

This bookstore was lively yet quiet. I was pleased to see a bookstore seemingly busy. The staff were helpful and they had everything I was looking for. I highly recommend going here for books, games, and select toys. I have found almost all my favorite game night games here.
