Pretty bare shelves and slow register. Unfortunately looks like it is not doing well.

Its always great here but this month because of graduations its was very hit or miss but thats not always. so they get a pass from me.

I went in on 1/31.. There was one Young lady working cashier, ballons and phones one gentlemen stockings.Even though tho it was raining there was a lot of ppl and phone was ringing off the hook.( It is a few days before super bowl). Also young lady trying to clean up from night before. Dont understand why they would not schedule more help for her..This is Managements Job.. But the Young lady stayed professional trying to run to the cash register and making my ballon bouquets answearing phones, the gentleman helped her a little but he has to put up the merchandise. Young lady apologized to me so many times. I did not even get there names.But i want to say to her Thank You Mija..Great Job also Ty, to the gentlemen..Scheduling do a better job to help ur employees...

Good prices on party supplies.

Ordered online and picked up fast and easy.

Store had too many shelves empty. Store was a wreck. It literally looked like it was closing. Not ideal.

Laziest, most miserable employees! Getting help over there is like pulling teeth! The employees will even often mislead the customer ie. Tell them they are out 9f a certain item or size thereof, just to get out of the work of looking for it.

Avoid it. just dont go.hard to explain, but it feels like the company is downsizing or about to shut down so they staff the store very lean. Two employees with awful attitude to be honest. i witnessed a customer asking for help just to be literally turned down and told sorry i cant help you, theres just two of us.i purchased 8 balloons and the employee handed me down 6 and acted surprised when I pointed out their error.Party City: DO BETTER

You wait at the wall forever to order a dress to try, then get into another line wait for dress to come out of storage only to be told that size is not available. Then you go back to the wall!!! and the process starts again!!! If I know my alternative dress # why cant I get the dress at the pickup counter? Ridiculous process. Avoid this place

I can always find what I need here for all my family gatherings and parties.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Prices are fair. Would recommend to anyone 4 party supplies. We were doing a themed party for my granddaughters birthday and found everything we needed.

The staff was ridiculously unhelpful when I was trying to find an item for Halloween. Even though I had the picture and item number no one bothered to look it up in the system the first time I went (asked 2 bk store staff members and the cashier). Had to go a second time and ask the cashier to look up the item number so finally she helped me figure out where it was in the store. I had to go get the item myself (took literally 10 seconds sense it was towards the front of the store) when I got back the cashier tells me I had to wait in a long line again. I just dont understand why I had to tell them how to look up the item. I understand its a busy time of year for them, but customer service should always be a priority.

Ordered balloons for a first birthday party and they had them ready on the party date. It was really easy and the staff is friendly.

Maybe I was expecting too much. Was there for baby shower decor. A whole whopping end cap was dedicated to baby gender announcements and no other babyshower decor. Very disappointing. Bathrooms are equally disappointing. Not clean, however there was toilet paper so they get a start for that. The second star is for having an accessable public restroom. Thank you.

Best service I had in a long time. Went in just after they openedon a Saturday morning. They busy so we look around. We needed balloons for our granddaughters first birthday. After a few minuets the sales clerk help us pick out and blow up 25 balloons. It took her about 35mins. A very pleasant time there while shopping.

I called 40 times before finally not getting a busy signal and once the automatic system answered, I had to press0 8 times before someone finally picked up and delivered my item to the car.

If you need party gear quick, this is the place to get it. Otherwise you can find much better prices almost anywhere online. Save yourself a trip to this overpriced store with very few helpful workers, and order what you need on Amazon Prime.
