Took my Car here to the service department for Oil change and normal 35K check up ✅. Their staff were really welcoming, nice, friendly. The service guy his name Fabian, he took his time to explain what its exactly my car service steps gonna be and recommend so other service. After that he show me waiting area which really nice has Tv, coffee machine, and water bottles. While Im waiting I got a text message that has a link for a video showing the process of my car service. Definitely an amazing experience.
I would give Jonas 10 stars if I could. He took the time over two afternoons to answer all my questions via text and even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in. I was very impressed with how seamless the purchase process was, thanks to a great customer care service from Elizabeth Ruiz and Johnny. They were upfront about the deals available, and worked with me to provide deep discounts. I didnt even have to go in to the dealership! Everything was completed over the phone, and/ email, and they even delivered my car to the house!! This really helped me a lot because I was working a night shift, and I didnt need to worry about going to pick up my car. I felt that they cared enough about what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond in making sure that I got the color I wanted for that trim. I also must say that their website was easy to use, and once I emailed them, Elizabeth reached out to me promptly. I like that I was also able to ask any questions or clarify info over text. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership again, because my needs were important to them, and for their excellent customer service. Buying a car can be a long and stressful process but I have to hand it to Victor who made it as painless and simple as possible. We chatted a little over text about the car I was interested in and when drove up he was fully prepared and had the car ready for a test drive. He wasnt pushy or aggressive and helped get me a decent price and I was able to drive out a few hours later. Highly recommend Mazda of Valencia and Victor!
To say that I am disappointed in the professionalism of this dealership is an understatement. My experience was a total BAIT AND SWITCH. After inquiring about a Black Mazda 3 (Select) I was told that it had sold but that they could get another Black Select if I wanted to come in the next day. I then confirmed the current offer for the car that I wanted (via text with pictures of the offer) and specifically asked if there would be any charges for having a car transferred from another dealership to which I was told no charges. I was then contacted the next morning by the dealership asking me if I was going to come in. I confirmed that the car would be there, and me and my girlfriend took time off of work to drive from Hollywood to Valencia to make a serious effort to purchase it. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have the car for me but they had it in Red ($495 extra for color) to which they said I could test drive and that they could get a black one while we are talking about numbers. When sitting down to discuss financing or leasing Im told that my only option would be the Red car ($495 extra) unless I wanted to upgrade to a higher more expensive trim. Next Im told that I was talking to multiple people via text and not the original salesperson that I had started everything with. I ask if the price can be modified for coming in after being told that they had the car for me. Im told that they are not willing to do anything and that they dont know when or if they can locate what we agreed to and that there are cost involved to do so. I speak to the sales manager who says that he can not do anything on the price of the car but offers a free oil change like its going to make everything better. This was everything that is associated with the car salesman stereotype. They will say anything to get you in and get your money! Im upset that they wasted my time but more disappointed in their character as a franchise. I feel the need to share this on multiple social media platforms so no one else heads their thinking that they are getting what they have previously seen on-line or confirmed with their sales team.
Thank you to Will and Hello Mazda for making my used car purchase so easy, transparent, and pressure-free. Hands down the best experience Ive had at a dealership. The used car itself was in great condition—clean and drives very well. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
Victor was great! Despite a very busy Saturday, he made time to let us test drive a few cars and run the numbers on the car we decided on. Then he was understanding when we wanted to take a day to decide. When we arrived on Monday morning, he was ready with paperwork and a full gas tank. We were on the road in our new-to-us car in about 90 minutes!
I usually dont write reviews unless Im very satisfied. These ppl are truly amazing. I got my Lexus ES from them. I was a first time buyer at the time and had a hard time finding a place that could approve me with a reasonable interest rate. Fahad Mohammed the sales rep helped me a lot in finding my car and getting my application approved with the best rate. Highly recommended.

I wanted to buy a new car here. I was told that the car would be available in a week may be a bit longer. I spent the afternoon getting a cashiers check and going to the dealer only to find out that I was lied to. The car hasn’t even been manufactured yet and will be many weeks. The sales person assured me that he would try to find one but didn’t even follow up. Simply put, you cannot trust them. Needless to say I went elsewhere to buy a car.
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The process was smooth and pleasant, the video report of your vehicle was a nice touch, and the customer service was great. I later found out that one of my rims had become scuffed on its face during the tire rotation process. Its very unpleasant since I try my best to take care of my car and the gloss black finish is now affected with a scape about 3 inches in length across the diameter of the rim. I gave them a call and was transferred to a voicemail by the receptionist, have yet to hear back from them. All I want is for someone to meet me halfway and get the wheel refinished.
The people here are so nice, and really helped us out. My friend Jessica and I were shopping around for a new car yesterday, and a lot of the other places were very shady and unhelpful, but Adel and Fahad at Nissan were awesome! So thankful, and she has the car of her dreams now. She got the Nissan Kicks, and LOVES IT. They really really gave us the best service, and we are so happy. Car shopping can be very stressful, but they made it so easy. Highly recommend this place:)

Elizabeth Ruiz was amazing throughout the process of purchasing our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I told her the last time I purchased a vehicle the dealership had me in their offices for over 3 hours. I was in her office about 15 minutes negotiating the price and and not even a half hour the next day doing paperwork. She had everything organized and she was very thorough. Then we spent about a half an hour going over all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. I highly recommend Elizabeth on your next vehicle purchase.
Great vehicle, well equipped, very knowledgeable (Victor Aragon) and patient (Will Schaaf) sales staff. Paperwork took a while and required close reading. Dealership had surprisingly good inventory, considering pandemic-related shortages.
I never ever leave reviews but I need to let you all know that I had an amazing experience with Hello Mazda. Ive purchased many cars through dealerships, but my experience here was nothing short of amazing. I found the car I was searching for and immediately, Luis communicated with me regarding the car after hours and addressed ALL of my questions. The next day, Luis drove the car 100 miles to my home for me to test drive. (Because I have a newborn at home) Their concern for me traveling with a newborn was unlike any other. I knew I was going to purchase the car because of how they treated me. I didnt feel pressured to buy and the entire process took about 45min to 1 hr total. If you are looking for a great used car, with honest & caring people, look no further. This is the best of the best. When I purchase another vehicle, I will be coming here again. Anna Oh was our salesperson. My husband was in contact with her for over a year looking for a car. She continued to contact him periodically. When we finally got there she was a pleasure to work with very friendly. Definitely would recommend. Free coffee and snacks and clean restrooms. We traveled an hour and a half to get there so the amenities were nice.

I cant recommend this dealership. They are disorganized, chaotic and apathetic. I purchased a new 2017 Maxima Platinum on 11/30/16. The experience was underwhelming to say the least. With no other customers in the dealership I was ignored, left waiting so long that I nearly just left - which is what I should have done. The Finance Manager was so annoying that I did walk out of his office. The car is now leaking so I took it to their service department this morning. No one greeted me, said good morning, introduced themselves, nothing. When I showed them pictures of the leak the guy immediately just said Nissans do that - its condensation from the AC. Really? A 2 week old car just leaks? Oh, and let me think which month of the year it is...hmmmm.. DECEMBER MAYBE? Im not using the AC.I took it to Mission Hills Nissan and was greeted by every employee there. Not just the Assistant Service Manager who took my car, everyone. They all said Good Morning, Sir. I also looked at every Nissan that was queued up in the service drive way. None were leaking but mine. I guess the Genius at Valencia Nissan doesnt know what he is talking about.I would avoid this dealership. Try Mission Hills or Team Nissan in Oxnard.

Buying a car is such a stressful experience, but not at Hello Mazda of Valencia! Truthfully, I was extremely nervous about buying my first new car. I did a ton of research online about the Mazda CX-5 and determined that it might be the best fit for me. Hello Mazda had such amazing reviews, so instead of going to my local dealership near Burbank, I drove up to Valencia to inquire about a car with the intention to narrow down my choice to buy later. Elizabeth Ruiz was phenomenal and truly took time to inform me of all the different trim levels and set up a drive for me. With COVID I was extremely nervous about procedures, but everything was so safe and Elizabeth was very communicative and open. Instead of waiting, I decided to take the jump a bit sooner than expected and was able to negotiate on my new vehicle with Elizabeth exclusively via e-mail a couple days later (which was awesome and safe for everyone considering COVID)! I was on a tight schedule at work the day I came to sign papers and pick up the car, and Elizabeth and the staff at Hello Mazda were wonderful and had my paperwork prepared for me, the car detailed, and everything all set up before I even got there and I was out on the road in 30 minutes. I adore my new 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, and cant speak highly of this dealership enough! Thank you for making my first car buying experience so painless and amazing!

My father stopped by to address a key fob that had been working erratically. I dont know if he dealt with a service writer or the parts department, but he was first told that it was not an original equipment key fob (it was), and hed need to purchase a new one, pay to program it, etc. But before theyd sell him one, he was told hed need to pay for a $180 diagnostic to ensure the problem was actually the key fob. Fortunately, my father thought that sounded ridiculous and called me. I forwarded him a YouTube video on how to replace the key fob battery - which, of course, was all he needed.
If you are looking for a Mazda ask for victor. He is great. Helped us last time we went. Wouldn’t buy a Mazda from anyone else but victor. He’s very knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

Champion Nissan advertise on their web page with the following: You can buy with confidence, because all of our vehicles are put through a rigorous multi-point inspection, before they are offered for sale. Champion taking the worries out of buying a preowned vehicle. They sold me a car with a damaged oil pan and when I contact them, just days later, they reply with the following Im pretty sure that neither of these warranties will cover damage to an oil pan caused by an impact. Champion Nissan said they had changed oil on the car and it is not possible to change oil without noticing but still they did not repair or disclose the damage. Not to be trusted and very poor after sale service.

They are liars, pure and simple. To get out of giving me a $50 gift card for TWO test drives I did, they decided to lie and say I didnt even do one when its easy to prove I did them. Not only that, both my salesperson and a manager offered me medication for my headache. Um, NO.Even though I am in possession of emails stating that I would get my gift card WEEKS AGO, I still havent and have to get the California Attorney General involved.Decide if a place where they lie to you over $50 is where you want to drop tens of thousands for a vehicle. They lost the sale of two vehicles worth roughly $70,000 they all but had guaranteed over something they still owe me and is subsidized by their parent company. Mine isnt the only 1 star review they have on Yelp or here.Im enjoying the $45,000 Ford I ended up getting instead of another Nissan (Ive had 2). Ford seems to understand brand loyalty (this is #5) and how to treat customers. I received the Ford gift card in 3 weeks and they had to send it in the mail. All Nissan had to do was input a code online and it would have been instantly sent to my email. Again, decide if this is where you want to spend your hard earned money.
Hello Mazda made it easy to buy a new car. My wife and I purchased a CX-5 GT from Victor A. and it was a true pleasure. He was friendly, honest, and patient. He didn’t pressure us into purchasing any unnecessary add-ons. Instead he listened to us and what we were interested in (I.e. hobbies and lifestyle) and made suggestions based on those. They definitely try to offer competitive pricing and provide great customer service.
Took the car in for servicing and was very happy with the service. The representative listened to what I wanted and told me what other things I needed. He explained whether they should be done soon or later and the cost. I was offered a ride home but chose to stay since it would take only two hours which it did. Very happy with the experience. Now if you could only make a better Pathfinder I might buy it next time.

My elderly parents returned their leased vehicle to this dealer in January 2020 and purchased a new car from them. The remaining balance on their lease was paid off and they were happy with the initial transaction. HOWEVER, the paperwork was not completed correctly on the lease return and my poor parents have been living a nightmare since. Nissan Corporate has been calling them nonstop about locating the leased car, which we finally found out was still on the lot! Since the dealership changed from Nissan to Mazda my parents were continually told no one can help them with Nissan issues/paperwork. They are being told that they still owe money on the lease return because the proper forms were not completed by the dealer with the initial transaction. Their calls and messages to the dealership go unanswered. It makes you wonder if my parents were targeted due to their age, or if the dealership was that inept to complete a lease return properly. The worst part is that they have not been willing to correct their error immediately and provide some form of positive customer service.
When I was looking online I saw a few different kicks and inquired about 2-3. When talking with them I asked for the gray 2020 version and was under the impression that is why we were working on. I was at work for this process and asked them to have all the paperwork done and ready for me to pick it up as I was in a rush. It seems as if they used my business as a way to get me to buy a 2019 kick when I told them I wanted the 2020. They have now refused to do anything to make this right. I will say that everyone should not shop here and if you do question every move they make.
Went in to check out a 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback. While the car wasnt quite what I was looking for, my salesman Victor was very helpful in showing me the vehicle and they seemed willing to negotiate. Ill come here again should I want a Mazda.

Great dealership. I only buy Nissan and Infiniti cars, so when I was looking to buy a new Pathfinder, I came here to check it out. My salesperson was Anna and she was fantastic. Very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The staff was also pleasant. Overall a great experience.

My fiance just lost a well used Nissan (220k miles) 2 weeks ago so we were perusing the area for a new (to him whip). We happened upon the used car lot a few blocks down from the new car facility that is shown in the pictures. Steve was very amicable and friendly. The fiance got a good deal ($7K) on a used Honda Accord (2004) which he loves and the payments are affordable. Car buying is already stressful. It was nice to have to have a calm person and good selection helping us with the purchase.

My husband and I had a Nissan lease from another Nissan dealership that had matured. We needed help handling that, along with downsizing from two cars to one. Our other car was a lease with a different dealership as well. We worked with Johnny at Nissan of Valencia, and he was really professional and straightforward. Not only that, but our past experience with getting a leased vehicle had taken at least a full day. While the process is time consuming anywhere you go, Johnny shaved off quite a few hours from the ordeal and got us out of there in a decent amount of time, and really close to the numbers we needed to accommodate our budget. He and his team were fantastic!

This was my 1st time. What was pleasantly unexpected was the exterior car wash.
I picked up a vehicle at Champion Nissan and would say I definitely wasn’t satisfied with the service. I walked into the completely desolate showroom and was greeted by a friendly sales rep that pointed in the direction to go pick up my new company vehicle (fleet vehicle). The woman at the counter (I believe her name was Ashley) was very friendly and helpful. I was asked to wait and I did. 1 hour later I inquired as to why it’s taking so long and was told the finance guy was with a customer and would be with me shortly. I believe his name was Sid. Well Sid never even bothered to interact with me and pushed all the work onto the friendly receptionist at the counter. She did the paperwork with me and got one of the sales guys to deliver the car to me as she was not allowed to. Sales guy was friendly. The vehicle was dusty and not clean on both the exterior and had dirt markings on the interior where people clearly bumped their dirty shoes against the plastic. The gas tank was completely empty. They did not explain anything about the car to me and just sent me on my way. I really hope they don’t treat regular customers like that. I am certainly not going to be purchasing nor recommending this dealership to anyone I know. I buy Nissans for both myself and my wife as personal vehicles but I will NOT be bringing my business here. All in it took 2 hours to do 3 minutes worth of paperwork and 1 minute to put the temp tags on my car. Which would have made sense if they were busy (they were not).
