I waited almost 4 hours for a new phone there was so many issues placing the order, I ended up re-buying & leaving with the same phone I came in with! Wont use again after this experience, go to a Verizon Corporate store.

Went to the store at 7:20 was closed even though online it says 8 p.m. and door says 8 p.m. had a rink a dink sign up that says closed new store hours close at 7 p.m. so whats the deal are you close at 8 or you close at 7 or are your employees just trying to not work. All the other Go Wireless stores thought they were open they dont even realize theyre closed at 7 p.m. kind of ridiculous change your hours online so people know.

Received a flier in the mail. Went to the store for Verizon to honor it. They said the mailer I received was a mistake and they would not honor it. That was a $2800 offer to our family that they are not standing behind. Time for small claims court!
