Giving only 4 stars because too many products are made in China, but I guess thats how they keep the prices low! Many of us would pay a bit more for things not made in China though. Also appreciate their respect for my choice to walk around breathing freely 👍🏻

This is an excellent Walmart location. They have practically everything you need and are very organized. There arent too many staff members around the store to ask for help, but you should be able to find anything by going to the section you need. They also have a full selection of groceries and a very good bakery section as well.

The checkout stations are exceptional at this Walmart. I hope more Walmarts will add these because it helps to have a lot of room when I pack my groceries.

Because Covid-19 is raging again I order our groceries online for curbside pickup. I login Im on my way and then when I get there I let them know online which parking space number Im in and what color my car is. Then in a couple of minutes one of their friendly employees wearing a mask comes out with my groceries and puts them in the trunk for me. Its literally that easy. Their prices, quality, and variety of products are good. Even the produce is pretty good. I am happy with all of it.

I can never find anything to complain about. I bought a work out uniform and the nicest man was working in the changing booth that day. Made me feel like batman being outfitted by alfred. Truly a unique experience.

Visited Walmart few days ago just to look for a new computer . . .CPU specifically. There are few choices only so I end up going to another store. Thought the Walmart online is the same as the store where they have stock. Since I already here, grab what I needed at home especially groceries and other miscellaneous. Everything went well . . . no problem at the counter as well. Will be back for sure ince I have tine. 😀😅😎

I stopped at the Super store in Porter Ranch as I was heading E on the 118 from Simi Valley and its so easy to get to. However, they hardly had any gallon units of their brand of water and there were 5-6 units of Spring Water but zero units of Distilled Water there. So I continued to Santa Clarita and went to the Carl Boyer Dr store that I go to when Im on the 14 E and take the Golden Valley exit. To my surprise, that store had approximately 100 units of all three types of water, including the Distilled water that I wanted. I was so happy so see all of the inventory there and picked up the 6 gallons of distilled watch that I need for my project. So this is my go to store if Im on the 14 freeway and Ive never been disappoint there. Great prices, great selections. great employees.

Loved cosmetic dept. Found many things I needed. Much better variety than other stores. Giant grocery section. Need more time to look at ladies section. Only critique, my receipt only printed out the details not the dollar amount. I dont think I would be returning items on this day as they were mostly food. I immediately called the gal over and she attempted to reprint it, same results. She turned the light off and called someone over to fix it. Clean. Friendly staff.

I have 3 Walmarts within a few miles of each other, I think I like this one the most. It used to be open 24 hours back in the day. It was great for my insomnia ha ha. The store is always clean. There is always someone in the produce section refilling everything. They are so helpful. Go there. 🥳

Curbside pickup use to be much better when they first started it but now there are so many items that say Not available for curbside pickup while shopping in the app that you are better off using Ralphs if you can for curbside. You wont get any of that from them.

Online ordering seemed to be off in checking stock on hand, and calling a Walmart gets you absolutely nowhere. BUT the two young men who loaded our car were awesome! Quick, efficient, and not a scratch on out new car!

Average Walmart store. Employees dont really care much and will actively ignore you until your right next to then asking questions. The only reason I come here is because they have a large selection of everything. Mediocre customer service with a great selection of products.

It’s a Walmart. I love Walmart. I gave 3 stars because this specific location STOPPED having shopping baskets for us daily shoppers to use. I’ve taken my business elsewhere, and so far no other store has stopped using baskets. I’ll come back when this location brings back the baskets.

Its always very very crowded and the other shoppers tend to be rude. ive seen a handful of people walking around without masks on, or who will take it off when they think nobodys looking at them. theyre always out of a lot of stuff too, and a lot of aisles are cramped. the guinea pig food from here caused my house to have an infestation of small moths for a while a few years ago as well.

Rude and un helpful. No where did it say I could only pick up outside but I had to ask 3 different people because they didnt know either. I had to stand in line for customer support for them to tell me its only outside around back. The have a kiosk inside that you cant use. The out side pick up guy was nice.

I have 3 kids so going to the store for weekly groceries or waiting in the car is a hassle. So we frequently get our groceries delivered. That being said, this is the second time my $200+ worth of groceries were not delivered. I called customer service to see what they can do and they can only refund me my money in 10 business days. Customer service and myself have tried to contact the store (by phone and person) and there is NEVER a manager or supervisor around to see if I can get it re-delivered or picked up...All I want is my groceries. Now I have no money and no groceries!

Well they actually did their job this time I got lucky and was able to cash a paycheck that slipped thru the hands of my enemies actually one of the very few times I actually received my paycheck not being stolen and then after 41 times trying to cash my paycheck at a bunch of different financial institutions being black balled each time by the same group of people even twice at this Walmart the days before....so on the 42nd attempt to cash a check I finally was able to do so this time....amazing

I am jealous of this Walmart. That store was very clean and everything was fully stocked in all departments. Fruit looked fresh everything looked fresh and fully stocked. The Walmarts in Palmdale and Lancaster is garage you can never find anything you need everything is always out of stock. For months at a time. Its a huge inconvenience for me I shouldnt have to drive miles away from home to get the things I need when theyre a very important items I need. Not just the food their out of its things like lotion soap hair products spoons forks blankets. If the pandemic did affect this Walmart. Whats going on with the Walmarts in Lancaster and Palmdale.🤔

I am happy to see that the Food section is pretty well stocked now on a regular basis. However, sections like the Home Goods (especially the Bath Towels and bedsheets), indoor plants and pots and finally, womens sleepwear are terrible. Somebody needs to work on that.

This Walmart is a typical Walmart, which I love, but There are no baskets?? Very strange. I always use shopping baskets, because I hate the stuck wheel on a cart, and I never buy more than a few items. I just moved into the area, and I will be going to TaRGET BECAUSE ITS ABOUT THE SAME... BUT WITH BASKETS.

Where is the bottom. We can to buy but the they dont have the bottom to assist us. Very disappointed. Feel very discriminate. I ask a person to help he said he had something to do. 10 minutes later he was helping someone else. Very unprofessional.

Went to the pillow section and most of the pillows didnt have tags on them. So I took a picture of the tag on the shelf of the pillow I wanted. Waited in the long line. Lady told me I couldnt buy the pillow because there was no tag. Then told me it would take 30 mins for someone to make a tag for me. Why have a pillow section when people cant even buy them! Biggest waste of time!

The manager with the orange hair is cool but be careful for the lady that works the returns shes a little dark short brown haired lady shes really mean and often the other employees follow her example aka bad apple.

The employees that bring orders out to the pick up area are always so helpful and positive!

Has a wide selection and decent products. Only complaint would be the quality in their women’s pants and some t-shirts are just cheaply made and easily tear or are destroyed easily. And some of their items are priced way too high considering Walmart’s suppose to be a discount department store. Also have experienced certain staff members straight following me and my man for our entire shopping trip and made it completely obvious that they thought we were shop lifters or something.. like if you gonna be rude and assume some ridiculous thing like that just based on how I look or dress or the fact that my man is covered in tattoos then at least be discreet and don’t blatantly disrespect us like that.?!!!?

No one, and i mean NO ONE picks up the phone at this location. Doesnt matter which department you call. The only one that answers is they pharmacy and they can’t transfer you anywhere else. Terrible customer service for a business claiming it’s doing everything it can to make the shopping experience more covid-friendly. Everything but the most useful thing, which would be answering the phone so you don’t actually have to go to the store to get the information you need. Ridiculous.

I do online ordering of groceries since last year. It has been especially helpful since the pandamic .. No contact. The associates have been wonderful.Understand that as with any grocery store, things may not be available the day of pickup. However, they offer substitutes if requested when you order (also if you only want a specific item and brand you can identify in the app).

Very organized and very clean. Lots of good deals on clothing! There is no longer a line to get in... You can just walk in

I work for Postmates and often deliver Walmart orders to customers. I pick up from a couple different locations. I absolutely dread picking up from the Carl Boyer location. It’s is so slow and at times seems like there’s no one from Walmart working the line at all. I’ve walked out a few times due to standing in line over an hour, to know not to take those order calls anymore.The location on Kelly Prkway is on top of it. They always have several team members working and going down the line. Getting everyone in and out.I feel bad for the workers at the Carl location. All the work seems to be one one person and it looks stressful.

The touchless pick up in parking lot is poor signaled and bad organized.Usually the pick up parking spots are clearly marked on the front of the store, they did it on the side and there is only one pick up sign at the end of the parking lot.Also, I waited for them to bring the groceries to the car for 1/2 hour! If the groceries are ready to be picked up, it should not take more the 10 minutes.Get it together, we expect better!

Great experience drove from hacienda heights to Sylmar from Sylmar took the street route avoided freeway. Took my time. It was worth it. Got there late around 10:13 p.m. shop till close. Great cashier youngster. Has a job with the city as a mentor. Excellent customer service around the long pillow aisle. Such variety spent over hundreds of dollars. Awesome made my day. Shout out to home depot too in Sylmar.

Always have what I need. Needs better organization, but definitely a lot better than other Walmarts. There grocery section is larger than some supermarkets.

This is a MEGA walmart, mcdonalds, eye glasses, you name it they got it if you have the time to look . Its got groceries too. Helpful staff. Everything. Love it.
