Ive been to many Starbucks locations. This is one of the nicest Ive ever seen. It has a beautiful patio shaded by a pergola with lots of greenery. This will be my new go-to Starbucks even though its not the nearest to my home.Its very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy my drink. I noticed that a large group was there, but theres plenty of room and they did not intrude.

Starbucks comes out of fashion, need more personal touch

Always Fast Pick Me Up...

New review. This buks still needs help, I think actually they all do, just lazy. After being open 1 hr 22 min. The door is still locked. The bathroom is still blocked from them moping last night, there is no wet floor, at 0631 the manager came in & unlocked door, a employee took a break at 0645 used the bathroom and finally moved trash can, however when he was done he left the sign still in front of the door. Wait till someone trips & sues them. It’s like there is no training at all at any Starbucks. Open the doors, move the trash cans & signs, turn on the coffee brewer, put away stock, etc,etc. do it everyday, the same thing.

Its a Starbucks nothing different beside the service was good.

Such rude customer service, if you don’t like your job then quit. Everyone should be treating fairly and equally. Very disappointed, of course if I was white I would’ve been treated nicely & my experience would’ve been 10x better. Disgusted!!

Didnt like my tea

I went and got a grande espresso and they literally packed my espresso drink with ice 😡I basically paid 5.45 for a freakin cup of ice. Plus the customer service is horrible there. I’ve been to other Starbucks and they never pack my espresso with so much ice. I won’t be going back to that location for sure.

I drive back and forth between Bakersfield & Los Angeles on a regular basis and this is my go to break point. Its a great place to grab a drink or snack, stretch your legs for a few minutes in the surprisingly cute outdoor patio, and most importantly get a quick bathroom stop in a very clean for a public place restroom. The staff is also always very courteous & timely. Please dont trash this place or make it dirty!

I can say this place does it for me. Certainly worth going back to. The bill was fair for the quality of food. My apartment is far from here, so I cant visit often.

Friendly but takes forever

I dont go to this Starbucks often but this morning I was greeted with the biggest smile and friendly conversation by Lynn, our order taker. My advice is to always smile because you never know what is happening in a strangers life and you might make someones day, like Lynn did for me this morning. Oh, and try to smile even before youve got your coffee...;)

I used to live right across the street from this Starbucks and while I didnt come here often, I always enjoyed the atmosphere when I did. The patio is nice and big, secluded from the streets and covered in vines. Theres also a big fireplace which can be really relaxing in the winter. If I was a bigger coffee drinker Id probably be here all the time.

Easy access to the location, friendly staff and good customer service. Various food options are available from cold foods, wraps to dessert and pastries. Great stopping area with other restaurants and services available.

Old staff was much nicer and more accommodating with better costumer service.. the new staff has attitude and doesn’t fill my drink till it’s full, tells me I have to pay extra for coconut milk when I have never had a problem for the past few years I started getting Starbucks more frequent. This store along with a lot of other stores in my area I now avoid because of the employees being so salty and rude to me when my wife and I mobile order. I am loosing interest in Starbucks as a company because of this, although I do have a favorite store and now will only be going there. Valencia and the old road Starbucks has the most rude employees of all time that I have ever experienced. The girls that work here need an crash course on costumer service. Good coffee bad experience.

Starbucks is always good but this one is near a school so dont try to go there around 3 or 12. Also the staff seems to not have time for you even if you are just ordering one thing.

Very clean area

Ordered an iced matcha green tea and the barista made no effort to blend it. The powder was still at the bottom of the cup and it tasted like sweet milk cause it was so badly mixed. The milk was mostly still white even because she just dumped mix into the cup and handed me the drink. I couldnt take it back to get it fixed because the place got swarmed with kids getting out of school. I wont be back to this Starbucks anytime soon.

Big patio for casual drinkers. Nice setting outside. Average decor. If u need a place to sit inside working on laptop, ipad, then you are f---ed. There is little room to sit, very few AC plugs.

It is located in the corner of the outdoor shopping area. But that allows for it to be quiet for those who like to be away from the cars and the crowd.

That gentleman in the picture well thats a friend of mine and you are witnessing his very first time at Starbucks yes 2016 he finally made it in the door. the staff was friendly the environment was very clean my drink order was done correctly the first time it was presented and the cashier knew how to work the app properly 5-stars way to go Starbucks locations youve proven yourself to be awesome once again glad I can count on your consistency you can count on my loyalty till next time.

Starbucks in Fresno at Herndon inside Target would not correct my drink. All other Starbucks I have been to corrected a wrongly made drink even if made at a different store. This particular one refused and said I had to take it back to the original store. If I had time to do that I wouldnt have bothered to ask.👿Drink corrected at a different Starbucks, no questions even asked (Thank you to my hometown Baristas always working hard with smiles) 🍵😄

Place was a disaster. Bathrooms a mess, tables unclean etc. Why should workers get 15 an hour when they arent doing 4 dollars an hours worth of work. I knew I should have passed on Starbucks because of their liberal idealistic policies as well. Gonna start my own coffee shop, black coffee only and whisky straight up.

Great environment. This place boasts a huge, beautiful patio with a gorgeous pergola that is brilliant on a sunny day. The atmosphere is very charming and you can always find regulars here working on an upcoming project or studying for school. The baristas at this location are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Look for the Black Apron - this means they are coffee masters and can make the best recommendations for you if you arent quite sure what youd like. This is also a Starbucks Reserve store with coffee varieties you cant find other places and has the only Clover machine in the area. Ask them about it - its really cool!All in all, a really good starbucks. Choose this starbucks over the others if you want a great atmosphere, awesome work spaces and quality over quantity.

20 minute wait to use the bathroom and it was a mess. There are two toilets but the employees put a fake out of order sign over one so that they could keep a clean bathroom for themselves.

It has the modern look, is clean and they are fast.
